Yesterday I worked with Ben in purchasing a Chevy Avalanche and I could not have had a more positive experience short of them giving it to me for free.The sales experience was pleasant without the typical pushiness which comes with buying a vehicle. The (very minor) issues I found during my test drive were dealt with before I ever left the lot. Additionally, Ben got me a far better monthly payment than I ever anticipated.I would absolutely shop South 63 Motors again and would highly recommend them. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I visited to look at afew different rides. Didn't buy anything, almost did but absolutely no pressure to do so. These guys are terrific. When I finally make up my mind,,I'll be seeing them. A pleasant experience. Update!!! I went back and bought the car I was looking at a few weeks later, They did me right, Highly Recommend. Period !!,

Having the car fax on my vehicle was amazing, they were kind, very informative about everything I need to know and do to purchase my vehicle. These guys have been servicing the area for many years in West Plains. They have very good verity of vehicles to choose from and are always bending over backwards to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase and become repeat customers. Definitely recommend these guys.

The people are friendly and helpful. There is definitely a lot less bullspit here than there is at other dealerships. Steven was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and gave us a chance to look closely at the candidates instead of "hovering." I like that. Good job, Steven.

Good selection, good service, laid out my options in an easy and concise manner, politely and fully answered my questions. When I pointed out a problem with the ride I was interested in, there weren't any arguments or counter-accusations, just a promise to look into and fix it. My first choice for vehicle shopping.

I had been looking at their inventory for a few months while driving by and online. They were very responsive to my text about my interest in a Jeep. The next day I went to test drive a few which was an easy process and bought a Nissan Pathfinder which I love. I recommend them. Ximon was a great salesman.

We went on a Saturday for a truck I saw on the website, we were quickly greeted by Ben. We had to wait until Monday to go through our bank and once approved I called and told Ben we would be down the following day. Everything was quickly handled, the staff was friendly and personable! Needed a car with lower miles, better gas mileage, etc. stopped here & Ben offered me the best on my current car & got me into exactly what I needed for myself & my little man. I cannot appreciate them enough. I didn t even have to lift a finger. He took care of everything! Easy to work with & will go above & beyond to take care of you!

Tried selling me a car with a check engine light that they cleared and came on after I was driving misfiring cylinders 1 and 3 a VW cc turbo... Then acted like they had no idea what was going on. Still found a decent car and was able to walk out with something the same day. Very unprofessional and shady the issues with the VW should have been brought to my attention before starting finance application and and driving an hour. Would not recommend doing business with them... Was already there in a tough spot, really didn't have a choice that day.. save yourself a headache and go somewhere else...
