Great experience! They were so knowledgeable and explained everything so well. Plus the whole process was done in about an hour and you get free roadside assistance if anything goes wrong! And the payments are even super affordable. I would recommend to anyone on a low budget!

Just went here for the first time today because my tire had a huge screw in it and the guys there were quick and efficient and so so nice. They fixed me up and I was on my way in no time. I will be recommending them to anyone that will listen. Thank you!

Wow! Is the first word that comes to mind. Michael and the team at RNR tire went above and beyond. From the moment I parked my car to driving away with my new tires everyone was Profesional, kind, helpful, and informative. I never felt like I was in the dark about what I was buying.Thank you to the whole RNR team!

Greeted with a smile and kind word's as soon as I walked through the door they explained how things worked there , all the papper work was explained were you could understand what you were signing. Is a lot of papper work but I promise that it's worth it , good at working with you and your budget very professional. ( Would highly recommend ! )

Courteous kinda welcoming clean priced to sale. No where else I would or will go. Definitely best place for tires and prices. I still won't go anywhere else for tires or rims. They are on point!

Great place all around. Just rode off with some pretty sweet tires for 1$ down! Still blows my mind. Plus free roadside assistance and free repair or replace and unlimited alignments for as long as you lease the tires from them! And 6 months same as cash. I'm only gonna pay 50$ a week for six months and done. Very friendly and very helpful staff makes the whole process very easy! I would have gave 5 stars except for the speed factor. They probably shouldn't have put " Express" after there name. I was only the 3rd one through the door after opening and I was there with my kids for over 2 hours! I don't think they are as heavily staffed in the actual garage and it shows. They probably only did 5 cars by lunch time. But if you have extra time and can't afford new tires outright I highly recommend them! I will definitely be using them again but will probably leave the kids at home next time. lol

Great shop with great people. My last two visits have been tricky tire repairs that they fixed for free. They spent close to two hours on my first flat (a unique issue with my tire, not a lack of knowledge or skills), and they wouldn t let me pay a dollar. I m almost eager to need new tires so that I can partially compensate them.

Highly recommended the staff was very helpful and took time to listen to exactly what i wanted and needed. Spent all night on the website trying different rims on my vehicle digitally and man did it pay off...looks even more amazing in real Life!!!

I live more than a half an hour away, I called them to get a quote over the phone to put new tires and TPMS sensors on my car, in which I already have purchased all that is needed. Patrick couldn't give me a real quote, in fact he stated I needed to bring everything in to get a quote from multiple people onsite, this is very usual for any tire shop. Since I already drive the car now with these and just need them changed and balanced, just needed a quote for the service that is required, nothing wrong with the rims or the new tires and TPMS sensors at all, he explained it was their policy for this which doesn't make any sense, especially when I told him it was 245/35r/20 tires replacing the other tires with the exact same size, then claimed they needed multiple people to help replace a 24 inch tire, which I'm not asking. He eventually stated that it would be between $25-$75 per tire, which is a big difference in price for a 20 inch wheel. The fact is I use to be a mechanic who has changed multiple tires, I have never heard of some beating around the bush technique to quote a tire change and balance, which sounds a bit suspect for a garage. Think twice before going to a garage that can't give you a decent quote over a phone for tire service, there's no way you can have that much difference in price for tire change on a 20 inch wheel, in fact $25-$75 is on the high end. I merely wanted to give service to a local garage, but if they sound schemers I'll go somewhere that is more replicable and farther away like Plaza Tire Service in Pocahontas, AR., a half an hour more drive for me but I know their work.

We had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding. Everyone we worked with was super friendly and helped us get the best tires and payment method. We will continue to get our tires from RNR nautilus in West Plains. Michael Davis helped us get the right tires for our vehicle and helped us set up a payment plan that worked with our budget. He did an incredible job and we appreciate it.

Where to start first off, the staff doesn't seem to even care about the customer or if the job is done right or done in a timely manner. I had to wait over 4 hours just for them to put on the new tires even though there was only one person ahead of me. "Second, the tires are way overpriced, and I could get the same set of tires they wanted $1,600 for elsewhere at around $1,000.Third off they don't keep to the price they originally tell you the tires I got were supposed to be a little bit over $1,600 & I paid them down the day I got them to where they were supposed to be around $900 left and set it up on the monthly payments. Then when I came back in the next month to make my payment and paid $311, which should have taken the amount to $ 600 - something I owed. They said I still owed $700-something and only applied the minimum amount to my account and not what was actually paid. When I confronted them about it, they said the other was applied to taxes and fees and other stuff such as a balancing charge that was supposed to be included for free in the contract. So that just goes to show you that they don't honor the contract. Also, last time I checked, it was illegal to tax someone again for something they had already paid taxes on.So, in conclusion, I've decided I'm just going to pay off the remaining amount I owe them for the tires since I've already paid off over half of them and not do business with them anymore after that. Also after my experience with them I would not suggest anyone else to do business with them either unless your ok with them overcharging you and charging you for things you've already paid for or were supposed to be free.

When the manager, Jacob comes to get wheels and tires he needs to make sure he's is at the right adress to get them and not just drive across a person's front yard like he did at my house.

THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE IVE EVER GOTTEN SERVICE FROM!! I am a paying customer at this RNR in West plains 1st off I was told As a customer we are supposed to get free tire alignment and replacement if tires are worn or damaged for any reason for free, first they said their alignment machine was broken for 2 months I was told this I asked how they were doing new business if they cudnt align tires and why they cudnt get current customers in if they are doing new business and getting them aligned they shud be able to get current customers in as well. They have made me wait for over 2 1/2 months to get my tires aligned the whole time they are wearing worse and worse!! And still got another month to wait smh this place is the worst!!

Tyler was very helpful start to finish! Tyler was able to answer all my questions. Everyone at RNR at West Plains that I came into contact with were all friendly. They all seem to really like their jobs!5 STARS!! Fast and Friendly service!

R&R are very fast, friendly and reliable! They hooked us up with a great deal even though we were paying cash for our tires. 10/10 would recommend!
