I'd leave a zero star if possible. I live over an hour away and drove to R and D to get an alternator that I was informed ran and was "tested". It worked for 10 minutes and my car died while driving down the road. Upon returning the lady was EXTREMELY rude. Then she questioned if I had the part installed properly. I also am not receiving all my money back because of a 30% restocking fee for a DEFECTIVE part. Absolutely ridiculous. 10/10 do not recommend this business.

Great place! They were very helpful and had exactly what I needed. They gave me a very reasonable deal on more than what I originally came for. 10/10 recommend!

I had really struggled to find anyone willing to help me take care of my dads old truck none of the Mountain View places would even return a call. I called and Debbie walked me through all I needed to do and the truck was hauled away in 48 hours. Responsive and friendly.

I woke up to a broken side glass on my truck. Called and priced new. Called R&D. Brought the window for1/5 the price. The yard technician told me how to replace. Ten minutes later I was driving home with new window installed. Thank you

Just checked them out recently because I was looking for a piece the parts stores didn't have. Friendly knowledgable guys no doubt. I'll definitely be back. Glad they had what I was looking for
