Employees are engaging and informative, always eager to answer any questions or concerns. If there was ever anything that I needed to know/see, I was quickly shown potential issues and given options before any commitment was made. This has been my go to for basic vehicle maintenance for nearly 10 years and it has always been a pleasant experience.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Great family owned business! And A1 quality work! Engine oil change, transmission fluid flush, headlight cleaning and more! I actually work at the shop next door but was a great opportunity to rate a fine business with many years of reputation.

We almost always use Ozark Quick Lube & Car Wash /Valvoline Express Care for our oil changes. They are fast, friendly, thorough, efficient, and have great prices. Highly recommend

I have never stopped here before but my car was overdue for an oil change and the Dealership could not get me in. So i had one of their coupons from the mail. So i stopped! What a great place!Very fast! Very friendly!Great Service! They vacuum and wash your car also as part of your oil change.

They get the job done right and don't fast even if you have some extras other than oil changes.They can get busy so give a look to see how busy they are if you're in a rush. Don't upsell needless thinga or pull any scammy stuff.The workers there make all the difference!!

One of the best experiences I've had!! Entire staff works diligently and effectively. Clear communication helped me change an engine air filter and no other place has mentioned it. Jason was great!!

I went yesterday and it started out with them bringing me an air filter that was still white but had a little dark line on the very outside and he told me that I needed a new air filter. Not knowing anything about air filters, I said okay if you think I need it. So there was a $30 air filter. By the time I left there I had a receipt for $110 and a list of all of these fluids that they had filled. When I got home I checked into the air filter and saw that the air filter that I actually had was really good and didn't need that replacement probably for quite some time. So I decided that I better check all of the fluids that they supposedly filled. The engine coolant was near empty and the washer fluid was about half full. So I went back today and the man apologized and said he was sorry that they must have just got distracted because the battery was so dirty that they forgot to fill all the fluids that they charged me for. So he did go ahead and top those off today. But I will never go back again and I wouldn't recommend that any single lady pull up there and expect that they're being trustworthy. He did offer me two free car washes for the inconvenience which I declined because I will never go back there!!! Not honest!

This is my go to place for service on my 6 year old Jeep Rubicon.Personnel are polite and courteous.Service is fast and thorough and prices are fair.They advise of any potential things that will be addressed in the future with no pressure.I highly recommend this place!Service: Oil change

Ozark Quick Lube provides good, fast service. There's a lobby to wait in but I really appreciate the stay in your car option for oil changes. All the staff members are helpful and friendly.

I used to use this place but the hours I work doesn't allow me to, because they are no longer open on Saturdays which makes it hard for working people to use this business.

My first visit here was made so easy and pleasant and reassuring! I just lost my husband to Covid in March and having to do first time car maintenance and stuff has been a bit unnerving for me. Henry took me under his wing and took great care in handling my oil change and engine light resetting. I would like to add that he is a hoot and makes it a happy experience! Thanks so much and I will return for all my car stuff and it s very reasonably priced!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This place really is awesome!!! I recently moved to the area, and after reading all the great reviews decided to take my Camaro there for an oil change. The whole staff was fast & friendly. Henry greeted me, and was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. I ll definitely be bringing my car back for all of its maintenance needs! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, dependable maintenance on their vehicle. Thank you again to the staff, you guys rock!!!

Excellent customer service and quick turnaround time on oil changes and visit durations. Henry is very knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face. If getting an oil change in west plains, this is the place to go. Their hours are awesome; you can go in as early as 7 am. The guys here will even come pick up your vehicle, take it for repair and return it to you during your work hours! I won t go anywhere else for any needs!!

Was passing through going North and needed oil change. Quick service. Asked them if they could look at one of my wheel wells and possibly replace plastic screw after I had swerved into a ditch to avoid a deer and damaged the plastic, apart from my oil change. They replaced the plastic screws needed and didn t charge anything extra. That doesn t happen where I m from in the big city . Also vacuumed out my car. Not sure if that was part of the service even. I would certainly go back.I just posted this review one month later because the service really was impressive. It was also on a Friday one hour before they closed.Five stars.

These gentlemen seem very knowledgeable. Definitely will use again. Prices are within reason. I choose to run full synthetic in my truck which calls for six quarts of oil. Their full synthetic oil change was 67.99 (I think) which includes five quarts and oil filter the extra quart was approximately 8.50. There was a short wait, but that should say something for the shop. I'd be more concerned if I was in and out. The oil change did come with a free carwash which I thought was awesome. In the end my family will use this shop again.
