Very friendly staff and service!! This place is 10/10! Had a wonderful experience. Good products and prices. They give a military discount. Braydon is the manager, and he helped me test my battery and alternator, purchase the best battery for my car, and get it installed, asking nothing in return. Customer service exceeded my expectations!! Very honest and dedicated to his work. He wouldn t even accept a tip. He s the store manager there. Go see he and the guys for all of your parts needs. I d say this store is in very good hands, as well as you as a customer!

Awesome guys behind the counter. Ordered some ignition switch parts yesterday afternoon, they said they would be here this morning and they were. Thanks Larry for the help this morning ! Thanks to the guys yesterday for the help !

We went to the preacher roe location of O reilly looking for a thermostat for a Chevy tahoe on 10/7/2022. The man behind the counter was so rude we will never go back to that location again. He may have been having a bad day but so we re we. He said do you need the integrated one or the other. We didn t know. We had our old one with us and he turned the computer screen around to face us and said it asks that that that. Nothing else when I asked if he could check another specification. We bought the wrong one. So we went to auto zone and with research and effort they found that our vehicle had a different motor than the original and got us the right part! We were so grateful. Sometimes a bad attitude can really damage a company s business and in west plains on preacher roe brace yourself at the door if you re going to try to buy the right part with any help at all

They can get the parts you need usually by the next day. O'Reilly auto parts in West Plains Missouri is my go to place to get those parts I need that the other stores can't get and always with great service.

Always a great experience. However it was interesting to see who cussed me out in traffic yesterday and said f you while wearing full O'Reilly's uniform. That is not the norm. Most O'Reilly Associates are awesome

I would have given this a one-star, but the countermen here at the Preacher Roe location are great and really tried. The manager however is a different story.So I removed and brought in a faulty alternator that a counterman confirmed was bad. I'm told it's under warranty but the manager would have to be present to do the exchange since I used to be an employee and they close accounts when employment is terminated to avoid misuse. I expected as much since I've had to do this before.After stopping in 2-3 times with the manager never being there I was finally told by one of the countermen that the manager was refusing to access the old account and brushed me off saying I had to contact the corporate office. If I didn't know better that would be one thing, but I do. Whether it was laziness, incompetence, or something else I don't know, but this has caused me some major inconvenience and not a little frustration with the lack of basic customer service.

The store in West Plains Missouri would not stand behind a mistake there store in Thayer Missouri made. I was sold the wrong battery for my diesel truck. Ended up going to auto zone and getting a new battery,

Shawndra is very pleasant, very knowledgeable on in the parts, excellent customer service and always has a smile. O'Reilly has an asset when it comes to employees in her. It's nice to walk in and get help from someone who knows what their doing and talking about.

They are good for car parts etc that you need right away... I'd recommend price check what you need here and compare online prices like Amazon or ebay.. sometimes it's a huge difference to go online instead.

Original Oriellly's is way better more efficient and has a better staff and management. the employees are held to a higher standard and they take pride in their work this O'Reilly store however is incompetent lazy and not worth stopping at
