It s ok but recently did an online order bought some car wash and spark plugs. Look at the picture I provided. That s exactly what it looked like when opening the box. Emailed them bout it with no response. Broke 3 out of 8 spark plugs. They didn t care take or leave it they basically said

Most of the employees with maybe 2 exceptions are really nice and helpful. These other ones aren't necessarily bad; they just do not do their job correctly. Anytime I have needed a part and one of those two has "helped" me, they give me the wrong part. But other than them two, the place is great, nice helpful, clean, and well stocked and organized

My family has used this oreilly's for years. They are always super helpful. I called to find out if a part was under warranty and they managed to find it. He even gave me the part number so I can use my local oreilly's to get a replacement.

I needed some ARP assembly lube. They got it to their store same day! I'm from Mountain Home AR and they said it would be 4 days.... Made the drive short and was highly satisfied. Young man helped me from ordering to check out and was great! Highly recommend!

Needed wind shield wipers. Gentleman seen me looking and offered to help. Look up the size wipers for my truck and then helped me put them on.

The staff at both places in town are super helpful, kind & polite! If they don't have the part in stock they can usually get it in the very next day. Thanks Brad for all your help!

These guys are awesome. Quality service, and the staff are very knowledgeable. And these guys tracked me down on facebook to tell me I dropped my ID! These guys seriously care about their customers.

They have giid customer service very helpful and nice. They can help you install window wipers and add oil to your car or any vehicle. They can check your car enginee light and tell you whats wrong with it for free. Recommend this place to everyone.

I paid 44.00 for windshield wiper blades it wasn't the most expensive one's and I had to have them put on

I really think a lot of this store. I'm disabled and when I go there I will call and explain my situation and they are friendly over the top and come out and fix or get me anything that I need. I will go back again.

Some employees talk down to you like your 2 if you ask questions. Have never had to wait long in line before someone waits on you ,that's a plus.
