Fantastic sales staff and service department.I cannot speak highly enough about the positive experiences we have had at this dealership.We ve been coming to them for service work since moving to the Ozarks 6 years ago, and have always been highly satisfied with their quality of work. Something I cannot say about all dealerships I ve worked with in the past.The time finally came for a new vehicleand the process simply could not have been more painless.Even in the current economy their finance team got us a great interest rate on the vehicle we wanted, and we were in and out in less than 2 hours (I had talked with them on the phone beforehand about what we wanted but that was maybe 20 minutes tops)Although I worked mostly with Levi, the entire staff was helpful in assisting us and making sure our needs were met. As a salesman myself, I recognize quality service and commitment to customer satisfaction when I see it, and folks these guys have it.Thank you to everyone at Morlan Shell Ford for all of your hard work and dedication to excellence!

Went in on Monday 7/24/23 spoke with Bryan about a 2013 Ford F150 that I inquired about the previous week. Managed to work a deal on the truck within 20 mins and went back 7/25/23 and purchased the truck with cash. Very good people at this location. Thank you for the easy transaction and straight forward honesty in regards to my purchase.

We took our Expedition in for an open recall. My husband chose Morlan due to the rating on the service department. We were NOT disappointed at all!! Everyone from the ladies that we checked in with, down to the service guys, were great!! They had the part on hand and was able to get it changed out with no problem. We will be back!! They deserve the 5 star rating!!! Thanks!!

I have taken my truck to West Plains Morlan Shell Ford for the last year on three different occasions for a supposed failed vacuum pump that thank goodness was covered by my extended warranty in the beginning. Fast forward to now on my FOURTH visit for the same failed vacuum pump and a different tech happens to walk by and says that doesn t look like a vacuum pump, it looks like a valve cover. So this whole time it s been a valve cover and not the pump. (By their own admission.) But now my extended warranty is out and Morlan Shell Ford says , nope, it s not our problem we aren t going to cover this even though they admit they drop the ball.

I called and made an appointment to get a purge valve replaced. Drove over 70 miles, sat in the waiting room for an hour to be told they don't have the part and even though it wasn't fixed, it still cost $97. A waste of time.

Had a truck issue while in the area camping and Morlan-Shell was able to get my truck in to fix the issue. Had to have a part ordered but Martika made sure that I was drivable to get back to my campsite so I wouldn't be stuck. Thanks Martika for fitting my truck in and getting the problem diagnosed and repaired!! Your customer service is certainly appreciated from this stranded camper!

My experience with the service department began with a phone call for information on enabling OCR function on my F350 6.7 diesel. Les took time to answer my questions in detail, and even let me know about a factory service notice on my vehicle needing attention. When I arrived for my appointment the service department went out of their way to resolve my issues, including a battery charging issue I've been dealing with since I purchased the truck new. The batteries always started spewing acid and needed replacing every 1 1/2 year to 2 years. I was in the process of installing the 5th battery in 34,000 miles. This was the only dealership that actually did more than throw another battery in it! They explained what was happening with my driving habits (short trips 5 to 10 miles) and offered a solution. The Service Desk (my apology for not remembering the names of the two helpful ladies) even contacted the last Ford Dealership to get the paperwork for the battery I bought from them, so that, I wouldn't have to pay for another battery because I didn't have the receipt in my truck. Vern, the technician who worked on my truck was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain upgrades and repairs. He even walked me out to my truck in the parking lot to show me the upgrades that were installed and how it worked. Thanks to Les, Vern and the two wonderful and helpful ladies in charge of the Service Desk. Thanks Morlan Ford. Great Job!

The service center and shop had no idea what they are doing. Took two months to figure out how to fix the car. Program the car to a different vehicle, which broke more stuff that wasn't broke. My sun roof is now broke, and I can't prove if they're programing did or didn't have something to do with it. Ask them to look at while it was in there, and they didn't. Customer service is less than one star. I would never buy from this dealer unless you're going to have it service at a different location. I had ford's my entire life and was never treated like this. When asked for a rental car because Ford pays for it under warranty. They acted like this was the first time they were ever asked that question. When I first scheduled the appointment, I told them it was under warranty. Went to pick it up the first time ( yes, I had it up there several times before it was resolved). They tried to charge me big money. Not a Ford technician, but doesn't the VIN number tell you everything. --- 6-24-23 Well, this is an update. One month after the repair here. Engine blew a head gasket and burnt antifreeze in the cylinders and exhaust. I have it at Freedom Ford, which they are great. They decided to replace the engine. It's still throwing codes, and every once in a while will only run 2500 rpm. They have to replace the oil pressure switch and the catalytic converter. It has been in the shop over the past month and a half. Hope to get it back soon with all the bug worked out. Now, can I prove this may have had something to do with it. We may never know.

Took a couple of my cars in for the State Vehicle inspection. They were fast, courteous and very friendly. While I was there I ask some questions about maintenance and repair and they gave me straightforward, honest answers. Most of the time I repair my own cars so I know they were being truthful. Told me what the likely price of the repair I need done would be, but didn't try to pressure me to book an appointment. Even gave me some advice on how to do it myself. I would trust them to do repairs for me and not overcharge or add unnecessary work.

Went there to look at some trucks and found one I liked. One of the salesman came out and long story short basically told me that I couldn't afford either of the rigs I was looking at and had better luck doing payments somewhere else. Not very happy

Nice guys to deal with and very helpful, everything was ready when I arrived. The lot did not appear to have a large selection of vehicles, but if you know what you are looking for they can get what you want. I wouldn't hesitate to stop and talk to the sales staff they know what they are doing.

I took up an issue with Morlan-Shell Ford and the work that was done to my truck I returned the truck and they completely backed up their work my first review was a bit harsh and I would like to say we are all human and can make a mistake, I do And so do you. They backed up their work and their work is quality . And lastly I d like thank Dan and Les for going the extra mile to help me out with this issue

We are from Pennsylvania. We needed oil change in our explorer. Called in morning got us in as afternoon. They didn't try say it needed filters etc. They explained everything did. Got us back on the road. They need put dealership in pa honest people. They are hard to fine.

There s a salesman there (in his 30 s) with a very disrespectful attitude towards customers. He didn t speak to me but I heard him make some very ignorant comments to another customer at the dealership waiting while their vehicle was being worked on also. It was obvious the salesman was judging a book by its cover because I happened to know who the person was he was being so rude to and just because that person had let their hair grow out once they retired, the salesman assumed the person he was talking to didn t belong in their dealership. What s funny is that the other customer could have bought any vehicle on the showroom floor with cash many times over. I know this because I do their taxes every year. I won t be going back to Morgan-Shell for anything and I hope they won t either.

Very professional right from the start. I'm not the kind of guy who takes his cars to shops often. I work on and repair almost all of my rides. Most of the time I'd rather fix it myself than deal with a crooked mechanic. With my Lincoln it's to high tech for me, so called Morlan-shell up and they got me right in. Had my Navigator fixed in a day, and blew me away with the overall price. I would highly recommend you take your vehicle there for repairs.

We took my wife's mustang over to get the brakes fixed. It had a terrible shake in the front end when you hit the brakes. While it was there we had the o2 sensor replaced and the transmission and rear end serviced. This car has a 6 speed manual transmission, and holds about 4 quarts of oil they charged me 200 dollars for that. My local lube shop charges $45. The rear end that holds even less was $150. My local lube shop $24. Total bill was almost $600 and they never even fixed the brakes and all it needed was roters replaced. They were warped. I have bought two new vehicles from this dealership and I will never do business here again. When I told the guy at the counter that what they were charging was ridiculous he just said oh well that's what we charge. But what gets me is they never fixed the problem we brought in for and it took them two days to do what they did.

I went to them for an estimate on getting the heater core replaced on my truck. After I received the estimate and took it in I was told that the estimate was for man hours only. It would be an addition few hundred for parts. They also would not listen to me that it was the heater core! Because I am female, most likely. The next day they called me and said it wasn't the heater core that it was something more simple and would only cost me around $100. I said great! Fix it. Then they called me and told me it was my heater core and the broke the housing because it was "rusty" which I knew it wasn't. By the time they were finished it cost me $250 dollars MORE than it should have. I will never do business with them again. First to give a low ball estimate, treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about, then to make it even more money??? I believe it was intentional all the way.

Work on our transmission, said it was fixedNot !!! Broke down on our trip now the FordDealer were we broke down says we need a new transmission, that's going to cost another 8 thousand dollars, after spending 2 thousands dollars at morlan-shell
