I'll change my ratings if things change, but as of now, the couple that runs it is very nice, respectful, and easy to talk to.. but they have had my car for several months now and everytime I go in all of a sudden "it's the next one up" I like them, I really do, so it is difficult to give them this rating. But they are a car shop that apparently doesn't fix cars... Or at least not mine

They took the time out of their busy day to fix our car when initially we just thought it needed the transmission fluid changed. They did two diagnostic drives with the car to identify the actual issue then got it running properly within about 4-5 hours. We go back in two weeks to get our ordered part put on. Definitely found my new favorite auto shop.Services: Exhaust, Tires

They were very cooperative and gave me multiple numbers to call when I needed a tire urgently. If they would of had cell service or reception on one of the calls I would definitely rate 5 stars. Highly recommend this place, great service and nice people. Very thankful for the late night answering of calls. Thank you.

Great people and knowledgeable Mechanic's! Quality work at fair cost! And if your needing tire work, be sure to hit up Heath with nexpress tire at the same stop. They'll get ya up and going!

I've used Midnight Auto since they've opened 4 years ago. I finally found a group of mechanics who dont jerk me around, who speak to me honestly and take the time to help me understand what my vehicle needs truly are. Thanks for the continous hard work ethics even if it takes till midnight! You've help keep my family and I on the road and I will remain a loyal customer.

Helpful, courteous service. They have never tried to oversell or overprice my family on work we have had done. They get our vehicles back to us responsible quick. Worth checking them out for sure.

Woman lied about services offered, was hateful and demeaning in how she talked to us. And then when I brought Facebook posts of her offering those services and that her place of business was pictured so it was obviously them, she back tracked and admitted that she had posted those services offered. But then tried to claim it had been a while ago (posts are still available to look at on Facebook). She talked to us like we were complete idiots. Horrible customer service. I ll never give them business again.

Had a valve stem blow on my daughter's car and they got on it fix it with the low air pressure indicator worked parking there is a little tricky and I'm ocd so I would straighten up in there. Super nice and very reasonable

I thought that this was a great place but I am sorry to say it's not.I bought a " new used" car & brought it to them. I drove it from Mountain View to West Plains & the car tracked straight & true & the steering was tight I was told by them that it needed a whole new front end , Pittman arm, etc. This didn't feel right & they also wouldn't safety it because of the front end. I took it to Wilbanks Auto & Tire all it needed was wiper blades. It got safetied 20 minutes later & I was told that the front end was just about brand new. Just to be sure I took it to Andrews Automotive & they said the same thing!

My car was sitting in the same spot for a week not being looked at and anytime i called they said they had been looking at it. Still haven t figured out a diagnosis. Would not recommend them if you want automotive to be fixed or diaganosed quickly. Will barely answer calls and when they do they don t really tell you much.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

These guys fixed my car for less than half of what the Andy's Automotive was going to charge me and instead of it being a two day ordeal they had it back to me 5 hours after j dropped it off. Definitely recommend these guys
