Great experience. Purchased an ATV. Chris in Sales was amazing. He went way out of his way to make sure I got the ride that met my needs! Mike in parts was amazing as well he made sure to get me all the supplies needed to maintain my ATV. The entire staff was great to work with and I will continue to be a customer!

One day we were doing errands in West Plains and decided to check out the dealership on the way back home. We were greeted by several employees and immediately felt welcomed. We took a look around and saw a Can Am that we were interested. Brandon Creech, our sales guy, started showing us the features and took us on a test drive. We ended up leaving without purchasing it so we could discuss it more but not even 20 minutes after leaving we decided to text Brandon to tell him we wanted it. It was a Saturday so he said he would have everything ready for Tuesday.We came back Tuesday and the Can Am was inside the showroom waiting to us to pick it up. We went through finance and Kelly walked us through everything and was straight foreword. After we finished the paperwork we went to parts to order a few things from Mike. We recently picked up the parts after being ordered and everyone was super friendly just as the first time.Overall we had a great experience at the dealership from sales, finance to parts. Everyone is friendly and straightforward. We have already highly recommended this dealership to all our friends and family!

Return customer and great experience again. Brandon worked hard for us to get the deal done, would recommend him to anyone. Second new SXS we ve bought from them. They were more than fair on our trade-in and pricing of the new unit. Will be back in the future when it s time to upgrade again!

Zach was great to work with and very accomodating when we needed our Polaris serviced. They offer pick up and delivery. anOur driverJeremy, was very prompt and courteous. In spite of being very busy in their service department, the guys had our Polaris serviced and returned to us the same day. That was an unexpected surprise and we sure appreciate their professionalism. Thanks again guys! Always happy to do business with you.

Dealing with Chris was an exceptional experience. Chris was very responsive to my phone call with texted pictures nearly immediately after inquiring about one of the units he had in stock. Meeting Chris and closing the deal in person was just an added bonus. Chris is professional, kind, patient and very knowledgeable about every unit in stock.Kelly was extremely patient, personable and made you feel welcome also.Overall, I received the best customer service that I could ever ask for. Thank you all for a fabulous first time experience!

Luke made it a fast, easy, NO STRESS transaction from the time I first walked in the door til the last time I walked out with my bike. I appreciated the no pressure sales. I let him know which bike I was interested and the rest is history. First place I have ever been buying any type of vehicle where they didn't try to sell me something I didnt want/need. Will be going back for sure!

This place more than exceeded my expectations. Chris Hunsucker handled everything over the phone and when we arrived it was just as he had said. A great team to work with and we will surely buy here again even tho they are 3 and a half hours away. Great experience with these guys.

5 STARS to Brandon and Mega Motorsports! We are super excited to finally get to own a NEW Honda Pioneer 1000-5. We have had one ordered since February with a different Motorsports dealership but put in calls with 23 other Honda Motorsports in 6 different states after the long wait and Mega Motorsports was the only one to be able to find us one to buy! We Can t thank Brandon enough for the call! We absolutely love it! Brandon was also great to work with! Thanks a ton!

Had a great experience, called about a week ahead of time to see if they had the bike I was looking for and Chris was quick to help. They let me get a feel for the bike, and were patient when I was indecisive on which one I was getting. 10/10 recommend, and Chris deserves sales rep of the month

Just had the first service on our KRX. Lee Jeremy handled transportation to/from Cloud 9 and Zach in service took care of the rest. Excellent experience - it's great to have a good dealership close when we're not at home.

My experience overall was great,from my original phone conversation with Brandon. I picked them up on Tuesday afternoon and I believe I talked to Michael and they had both bikes right there ready to load up.The paperwork guy in the back was also amazing even though I can't remember his name.I will highly recommend you guys

HONEST, TRUSTED, VALUED... worth the 4hr drive to pick up my new motorcycle!! Thank you MEGA Motorsports! Awesome straightforward purchase starting with my initial phone call with Mr. Luke Stokes. The advertisement represented the bike and all pricing was discussed up front with a follow-up text and email.I met Mr. Chris Hunsucker on delivery day (a week later) who was outstanding in taking care of us, showing the bike, comprehensive delivery process and completing the paperwork.ATTENTION military folks... Chris is familiar with our challenges handling title, registration and licensing in other states... no double tax issues MEGA just leaves it to your state's process, though I did not finance the bike; advise completing the due diligence to know your state's process.Finally, everyone at MEGA was welcoming and helpful getting this new rider oriented. Mr.Joe G (service dept) came up on his own accord and helped me load the bike and shared some trailering tips... thanks again, Joe!WOW comes to mind for my whole experience at MEGA Motorsports... no matter where my military duty takes my family and I, we will first call on these folks for any motorcycling, other rec motorsports, and servicing needs!Thanks again MEGA Motorsports!Sincerely, Tom

My experience was pretty Awesome! The whole team was great to work with. Such a quick and easy process. Kelly did an amazing job finding me the best interest rate. And in sales we had Chris Hunsucker who made me feel as if I had my own personal advisor. I told him what I was looking for he showed me what I wanted to see and then helped me narrow it down based on my wants and needs. So if you're looking for a new UTV stop in and ask for my personal advisor Chris Hunsucker. He will take care of you!

Poor Chris Hunsacker got the pleasure of working a deal with us, lol probably the easiest sale he's had all year, great deal on a great piece of equipment and he took the time to point out all the features and functions on a used Side by Side, I've never bought anything used before and had a salesman give me the rundown on it, usually you get the keys and a see ya later! I would definitely stop in and buy from them if the need ever arose again.
