This place is garbage do not have your vehicle towed by them under any circumstance! They will force you to pay them just to look at your vehicle or to get any of your possessions put of it.

I blew two tires on HWY63. Shortly after a highway trooper stopped to help. He recommended J&J and I am glad that he did. I was roughly 20 miles away and the tow truck had my car loaded up within 30 minutes of the call. It was well after 5pm and they helped me get back on the road so that I could make it home that night. They were very kind and helpful.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Even though they did not have the second item needed, they directed me to the place that did. Gave me a business name, employee name and phone number just to make things easy. I will certainly check with them concerning future parts required.

My name is Tatiana working with Nation Safe Drivers on the behalf of Avis and budget rental car . I spoke with Frank at this location and i call to get the charges on a vehicle for me to find a provider to come pick up the vehicle i ask him and he said i cant understand you and just hung up the phone . I called back 6 times and he purposely did not answer so the 8th time i called he answered and he gave me the charges not asking what vehicle it was nothing and i ask him what was the grand total and he said figure it out i dont have a calculator and he said you need to do your job i said sir i am but i just need the charges so i can get some one to pick up the vehicle . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TOWING OR ANYTHING .

Was rude to me and my insurance company. They even tried saling my car... Just bc they towed it. Horrible treatment horrible people. Don't use them they will steal, lie, and charge you like crazy.

First my truck was stolen then jj towing charged me 725.00 to pick it up after being recovered. They also told us the truck was totaled and was not drivableAnd the motor was blown to have our insurance pay for it. It was all a lie. I am driving my truck and the only damage is from the towing service.
