Want to thank Hughes Towing and their driver Benton for getting my damaged 1956 4x4 Chevy 1ton Longbed Panel Restomod Truck from storage over to Duke Boyz for repairs. Benton was very careful and cautious so as to not cause more damage. Really appreciate Hughes Towing and Benton for the work that they do !!

My truck broke down near Thayer, Missouri. I had little cell service and thought I would be walking for help. Somehow I got through to Hugh's Towing. The contact person and driver, Benton was great. He located me quickly, then loaded my truck just as fast. He offered me a few options for repair and dropped me off at a car rental, while he delivered my truck to the shop. Benton made a stressful event much better as he seemed to be a great person to go with great service. Thanks, Ron T.

They were great. Came out quickly even though I was a ways away. The driver took great care with my trailer. Very friendly and fast service. The driver dropped off the trailer just where we needed it to go. The trailer still needed to be unloaded.

so my buick encore broke down at Auto Zone here in West Plains. we are originally from here but we moved to oklahoma. i called bennet and he said give him about 30 minutes and i swear he was there within 15. best prices around town, good communication and even recommended a better shop here in town to take it to quickly to get back on the road. oh yeah did i mention this was friday on Easter weekend?! the guys are great. id recommend them. definitely keeping their number in my phone for future visits to west plains!

We had a great experience with Hughes Towing 10/19 even though we didn t end up needing a tow! They responded to the scene of our breakdown due to loss of coolant and with great help from a kind state police officer and some first responder volunteers helped us get the RV into a local business that said we could park there overnight. They stayed with us and helped diagnose the issue with a coolant hose leak and suggested we avoid a tow and provided us with mobile repair recommendations. Can t say enough about how helpful they were. Much appreciated. We would highly recommend this company.

Would recommend for you call them for all of your towing or recovery needs. They also are very quick and helpful with lockouts. My truck has locked me out a couple times and they are the only ones I call. They are as fast as they can be and very careful with your vehicle. Highly recommend.

My was Buick was hit sitting on our carport and shoved through our garage doors. Hughes cut that car out and towed it away. They were fast, careful, kind and thoughtful to not damage the garage anymore than it was. Awesome job guys. You do above and beyond. Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Sadly we broke down last night in Willow Springs. We had 80 miles to go until home. (Springfield) I called and Garrett answered right away. He was kind and friendly and wanted to help me find the best solution. We stayed at a local hotel and the following day AJ came to pick us up. His truck was exceptionally clean inside and out and you could tell he loved his job and the company he works for. I highly recommend Hughes Towing! Just hope we don t have to use them again! We were stuck at Walmart after grocery shopping. I called Hughes and the guy was in Arkansas on a job, said he would be at least an hour but he could call a coworker and have him call me back. The guy called right back and I could tell he was at home as I heard kids in the background, but he came right out to get us. We dropped the car off for service and he gave us a ride home. Great service guys. We really appreciate it. Wish I could remember your name.

This business is absolutely amazing. Our problem happened a while back and I forgot to leave the review. They were so helpful and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. Unloaded our truck and took us where we needed to go. They were very careful at handling our truck and took the time to make sure they there wasn't further damage. I highly recommend them. Talk about great service! Scott (tow driver) was extremely helpful. Got connected with a ride share service that I would ve never known about and I would ve been stranded had it not been for the recommendation. Made sure I wasn t stranded myself in the middle of the night. Went above and beyond. Situations like this is where we need a 6th star. I had just gotten off the phone with the company that was going to be contacting a towing company to come get our car and less than 15 minutes later the truck was here. The driver was very friendly yet professional, and let us know where he was taking the car to be repaired. He was here and gone in just a few minutes. Very impressed.
