The best place to go for an inspection in west plains. The guy behind the counter is polite and always willing to go the extra step to help you out. 5 stars isn t enough for the place. Been going they got years and always left extremely happy. The other shops in west plains acts like you should bow down like they walk on water.

Haney's has ALWAYS been a pleasant experience for me. The people are friendly, the lot and lobby are clean and not overcrowded. I've had to have a flat repaired twice and they worked me in to get me back on the road. Their location was convenient to my workplace so I went to them for my business years ago and still do. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

One star is the least amount I can give. They cheat you. They stole $20 from a teen. You don't have to believe me, go in there. If you really want to test it, get a quote first, then watch how much you actually get charged. Good luck.

Had my oil changed they did not put the filter on right and my oil dumped every were when I called them the guy was rude as hell would not listen to me because I am a female and he told me I did not know what I was talking about if I could give them a negative stars I would it's not worth going to them at all he does not hold up to any standards

First time I went there they did great. The second time they redid my front brakes and ruined my emergency brake. The rear left tire was locked up the very next day! Of course I took it in right before a road trip to give the whole thing a going over. I was told back brakes 40% everything else was fine. So I was stuck in a small town, with a broken van, two dogs and a lady, three hours from home and their response was "Well that was pretty messed up when we were looking at it". Well ya failed to mention that when I paid you!!!! I would have paid them to fix that too, had they mentioned it!! Stranded, and their over tightening of my E brake cost my hundreds and hundreds of dollars. And not so much as a "We're sorry" 4 thumbs down

Hadn't been to Haneys in years. Location is not on main road so I forget. I remembered them and wanted to give them a try. Did walk in tire rotation. After market wheels. Friendly and fast. I could see how dedicated the staff and owners are. Lots of hustle. Clean shop. Polite. Fair pricing. The place was busy so clearly they have a good customer base. Give them a try.

I have had nothing but great reviews for this company. They are very courteous, polite,informative professional. I recommend this shop over any other in this town and surrounding areas. Excellent service. Thank you Haney's Tire.

DO NOT take your automobile to these people. We VERY RECENTLY had a horrible experience with them leaving parts loose and un-torqued in the front end steering section of our car.Parts loose that could have damaged the car, or the person driving. Maybe even worse, for the driver.All of this done in the last 6 days or so! Nov/Dec 2022!Which, had to be completely redone and repaired at another shop costing us an extreme amount of money and time.And, their prices are EXTREMELY high!I DO NOT recommend these people. They are extremely careless.I would give this --5 stars if I could.

I am editing this. Over 5 weeks and I finally got my car back. Drive it back to Thayer and went to get in to start it again, and the starter was bad. Took it to a different shop, turns out the BRAND NEW MOTOR that was supposed to be installed was from a wrecked car, and the new motor was also shot. ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND.If I could give zero stars I sure would. This place has had my Durango since April 5, working on getting a new motor put in it. Almost Everytime I have called to check I have gotten the run around. I ve been told they aren t dealing with me because they didn t sell me the car. Sure they didn t but it s my car. I purchased from carmart but it s still MY car. I will NEVER use this company again for another repair on a vehicle. I don t guess this review is going to do any good but I just want people to be aware, they apparently take their time on getting vehicles fixed. One month 3 days later and still not done and not looking like it ll be done today either.

The Haneys are great people! I always go there for car inspection, tires, light bulb changes, and anything else they can help me with. I love how friendly and fast their service is, and their shop dogs!

Great service. Very helpful. I drive a transit van and in-stock tires can be hard to find. Traveling tonWest Plains I had a tire go bad and I changed it out with my spare. I saw in google Haney Firestone was the first tire store open in the morning in West Plains. I got there at 7:15. Not only did they have one tire in stock, they had two! I ve had several of my current tires go bad recently as I d bought a set of four a couple years ago. I had them replace another one that I suspected would fail soon. They charged me below market price for the two tires. Put my spare back under the van and fixed me up in less than an hour. For my experience I can t say enough good about them. Very helpful. Courteous and concerned about my needs.

Had a flat on the road w our 5th wheel. Put on our spare and stopped in the next town to get a new tire. These guys were amazing!!! Had us on the road in no time at all!!! Definitely recommend these guys!!!!

the people here are super amazing! Im traveling to see family. I am currently 400 miles from home. And another 400 miles to my destination!. These guys took my car in after it started running hot and got me fixed up in a decent amount of time and foe a really nice price! Highly recommend!

These people go the extra mile. Very trust worthy. I can't even begin to describe how great they are. I had two tires flattened by vandals. They came to me , removed and replaced the tires at a minimal charge. It was August in Missouri. Unbelievably hot. Amazing service. Dont expect miracles if you drive a junker and send your girlfriend to take care of something you should have been doing all along.

We take all of our work vehicles here. Fast friendly service!This business always has a relaxed atmosphere even when it appears they are very busy. Quiet waiting area with two big comfy couches as well as chairs and a small glass doored fridge with complimentary water bottles!

Did a shotty alignment job on my truck for another Shop changing my ball joints, asked them if they could adjust it at 3pm today. Literally a 10 minute job as it is close to aligned.. Shop oldster got rude, yelling," we aren't doing anything until Monday!" They absolutely refused to help me any further. Funny part is, he wasn't who I was discussing the issue with. Shop oldster said, we need to stop accepting jobs from the shop that referred my vehicle, as I was leaving. Pretty sad display of (I dont want Haney's Firestone to be known for quality work and good customer service). I'd say, take it somewhere else. Lack of attention to detail and unwilling to own their work. Will have to get the alignment redone at another shop that is competent. I do not trust them to fix their work. What a waste of time and $$.

Only needed an inspection, and was prepared to have to wait, but they got me in right away and I was done and on my way! I will definitely go back when I need actual work done and will update after that. SO FAR SO GOOD, THOUGH!

I used the shop for many years and recommended to others but my last experience didn t go as well they damaged my rim and wouldn t admit to it just basically told me they don t now how it happened. Definitely not going back.

Poor customer service and unknowledgeable. Charged me a ton and did not fix the issues even after going back several times. I took my car to another shop and they had the issues fixed the first time and even fixed all the things that were installed wrong.

Great family owned business with great customer service everytime!! They got me right in as normal and found out a couple if my tire sensors was bad as I suspected.

Was passing through after a long road trip in a Jeep that I just bought. I could tell that it had a few issues. Haney's got me right in and even showed me what the issues were on my Jeep. Incredible people!

Bening seventy five years old I think everything cost too much, besides that you can't beat Haney's for getting your car or truck repaired in a fast and efficient manner.They do good work
