Hands down,the absolute best shop in town. Had a oil leak on my vehicle. I called them at 7:45 a.m. they said how quick can you have it to us. I was able to get it to them mid- morning. They accessed the situation, called me with results, got it back to me the next day. They also called my warranty, took care of all the red tape.They are fast, friendly and very professional.

I recently left a poor review because I felt like my issue wasn t being addressed. Gary s tire called me until I answered and they cared enough to take their time to fix the issue and make me feel valved. I ve been their customer for many years, they have alway been good to me before this little hiccup. I will continue to use them and recommend their shop.

These guys are busy, and thorough, and have a good system for getting your car done as quick as possible. Prices are reasonable too. No gimmicks to try and have you spend more money - but they'll tell you if something is wrong.

There are very few people I trust to touch my vehicles. In all honesty, I can do my own repairs and oil changes, I choose not to because of my work time constraints. These are great guys that try their best everyday! If a mistake is made, they track it down and make it right. You can always trust them to treat the customer right!

These guys were so kind and helpful! My little family found ourselves out of town with vehicle issues, and they did not hesitate to hook our car up and try to help. Thanks so much for your willingness to help strangers who were at their most vulnerable!

Not a horrible place but if you get a tire rotation you better make sure they do it my mother went in and had her tires so called rotated she got home I looked at it never happened. Could have gotten busy and walked away to do some one else vehicle but just pay attention!!

This is the only place in town I take my vehicle. I actually trust them compared to other shops. So far no bad experiences and will be returning

I can't speak highly enough of them. This shop was exceedingly patient, helpful, and fair. They took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and answered all my questions. I wasn't pressured to spend any money I didn't need to, and they didn't even charge me for diagnostic work or testing. To top it off, when I realized I was a few dollars short on taxi fare, one employee lent me what I needed so I wouldn't have to walk to a nearby ATM. Thank you for being people of character, and for giving this new-to-towner peace of mind. If I ever need to, I'll be back!

Gary s is a really great to get things done on your vehicles came here a couple times and was informed my grandfather had been going there for some years now. It really is a great place everything was done right and efficiently and I will recommend them for anything. Great people great service. They did it in great time. And it s always pretty cheap.

Gary's Tire has the best customer service anywhere. The boys are helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I've been in there twice recently and they looked at my vehicle only to find nothing wrong... Meaning they had perfect opportunity to charge me for some sort of repair but didn't. No charge at all after all sorts of diagnostics. Really great feeling knowing you will not be taken advantage of. Thanks.

Took our Nissan Altima to get the AC fixed, The people at Garys quotes the job. It was done within literally one business day. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that doesn t upsell you on things you don t need. Couldn t ask for a better place to take your vehicle. 10/10

I went to and called seven shops today. They all said the they couldn t look at it till the tenth or later. Stopped by this shop and they said they could look at it. Within thirty minutes I had an estimate of $400. Less then an hour later they had fixed it. Was less then the original estimate. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else ever again.

Quality of work performed here was great. They are kinda slow on the mechanical side when a rig is dropped off, but we did get it back the same day. About 10 min till closing. Dropped off the night before.

Awesome Shop! Great service. Battery went dead on my way to have them look at my A/C and they sent someone to give me a jump. These guys will have my business from this point forward! I highly recommend them to anyone!

I went in at 9am for them to inspect my car, replace studs on the wheels, and put on new tires and they said it was going to be awhile before they could get to it. They recommended doing whatever errands I needed and coming back in a couple hours then they could probably start on my car. I came back an hour and a half later and then they said it would be another 3 hours before they could get to my car. Waiting 5 hours is absolutely ridiculous and Im not about to go somewhere that tries to jerk me around like that. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Full automotive service and repair. Frank and honest assessments of your vehicular concerns. Reliable advice from behind the counter, good skills on the shop floor. You get your money's worth. They offer an overnight key drop box for your convenience. It's a very busy place, so making an appointment is a good idea.

Gary s tire took care of us. Flat tire on our family vacation and they wasted no time making sure we were back out on the road in less than 30 minutes. Fair prices and awesome customer service.

What a great group! They were able to work us in for 4 new tires on short notice. They were extremely helpful and very professional. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

Don't Recommend going there didn't you did not even get the chance to chance to get work doneI made a front end alignment appointment I called them to let them know I was running about 10 minutes late said no problemWhen I got there they acted like I had no appointment I asked Hi asked him is this your phone number Showed them my phone they said yes I suggest this is a right place in they said no we have no appointment for you

I wouldve have given them a 5 until they price gauged my Mom. They gave her a price on repairs in front of my daughter and when she picked up her vehicle it was twice almost 3xs that price. They said they never quoted her that then offered a free oil change. She won't go back, and I don't blame her.

These may be the best people I have ever met in my life. A group of us were stranded on the side of the road on vacation on the WEEKEND. They did everything they could to get us a wrecker and fix our car. On top of that one of the employees wife came and picked up and drove us half an hour to a local resteraunt. They proceeded to drive and get us at the resteraunt to go get the car and put us back on schedule for our trip. These people are the definition of southern hospitality and we couldn t be more gracious we called them.

Courteous friendly pleasant! Shop is clean the area is clean and all the guys are really nice. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. We recommend them highly

The most honest and competent mechanics I've ever dealt with. Their prices are reasonable and they won't do work that doesn't need to be done. Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

Best tire and automotive shop in West Plains and the surrounding area. They do good work and they have very good prices on tires. They re good about explaining things to people that aren t smart on cars while most shops talk down to you and try to sell you things you don t need. They won t do that here.
