This was a bad visit!! Said my vehicle needed a new engine. Wrong, just had to warm it up , do a little maintenance and it was fine. This was during the cold snap. Wait till I take it back and have my brand new tires rotated !!! Lol

We stopped by Don's while we were in West Plains to pickup a car to drive home (12 hours away). We didn't realize until we picked it up that it needed new tires. It was a Friday and a holiday weekend but Don's was still able to get us in quickly so we could get back on the road. Their staff was courteous and helpful. We had called a chain store to inquire about tires and they told us it would take several hours. Don's took about an hour and we had no problems at all on our trip home. Thanks for the peace of mind on our trip home!

I have been using Don's for a year now and have had 4 different vehicles in there for repair work done. The staff scheduling and management of work has always been on target, the facilities both in the back and in the customer areas are clean and well kept, and the technician is always available to talk (or just come out to talk) about the service work completed and their prices are always fair and comparable. Never had a question unanswered (or sidestepped) and having done inspections for the government for 15 years I believe I would know that. But the 5 rating really goes to the warranty work Don's does. They stand by their work and replace faulty parts (which sadly there are too many of nowadays). But in one case their mechanic was repairing some parts and during the repair missed seeing damaged parts that were clearly incorrectly installed by another mechanic somewhere else when I looked at them and that failed on me sometime later. But Don's said they should have caught it as part of their inspection so they repaired those [expensive parts mind you] under warranty. That's 5 star and what you rarely find anywhere today.

Never had a problem with them and used them for 3 years. I m moving soon, and they have been my go-to for oil changes, tire rotations, and brake issues.

Clean waiting room. Personally are great. I get an appointment and they get the job done to my satisfaction. Shannara is sweet and helpful and I can always count on Dave to do a good job plus explain what he did. Also easy to set up an appointment! Recommend to everyone

My husband's diesel truck blew an injector. Don's had it fixed in a couple of weeks. They are nice and friendly and kept us informed of the progress.

Had an appointment for tires and alignment at RNR down the road, and they sold our tires to someone else, and failed to tell me until I showed up for our scheduled appointment. So I called Don's and they were able to get us in for tires and alignment the same day! Better yet, the tires were higher quality than what we originally ordered at RNR, and they were cheaper, too. Excellent customer service. Will use them again.

My girlfriend blew a tire heading to work around 7 am. i got the tire off and we decided to go to Don's. Walked in about 7:40. We were met at the door by a gentleman and he took her tire to another friendly man at the counter. They gave her several options. They put a tire on her wheel and we were out of there in less than 45 minutes. Very friendly

Classic place they ll do you right. Walked in with a slow leak they tried repair but I just got a new tire in stock fair price. Less than 40 mins. Would go again for other services 100%

The service was done under my sons name as it was his car that we brought in. The rating was due to your customer service by the lady at the front desk. She was very rude (even rolled her eyes), constantly interrupted us and attempted to finish our sentences. She treated us like we didn't matter, we was just another check. I called after we left and spoke to your tech, he was outstanding and answered all our questions. If I was rating on just the techs I would have given a 4 or 5 but because the front deak lady is the first impression of this business I gave a 1. Customer service is far more important than the actual product to some people. Good customer service is what brings customers back.

I have gone to Don's Auto twice now. My most recent visit was for a vehicle safety inspection which was quick & hassle-free. The first was when my car broke down & I had no idea what was wrong. They quickly diagnosed my problem, replaced the necessary parts, and had me out on the road again relatively quickly. The best part? They didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge and overcharge me or do unnecessary work to get more money out of me. Fast and friendly service plus fair pricing. I definitely recommend Don's Auto for all your vehicular repair needs!

Took my mower tire in to have a tube put in. I paid a very high price for having it installed. Recently the tire went flat again and I find they did not put a tube in at all but patched it. Before I found that out I sent my daughter in there to have her AC charged. They tried to charge her a lot more. When she asked about the charges the guy behind the desk said there were extra charges. He read them off to her: "Oil for the compressor" and "tool usage" which is a totally bogus charge. I went in and spoke to John because I just couldn't believe they would try to take advantage of a young lady. He said nobody there has ever been charged "tool usage". I left believing my daughter just misread the bill until I found out the guy read her the bill and clearly said " tool usage". They have always been known as one of the most reputable businesses in town and I don't believe John is crooked but someone there sure is.

I would go here for all my inspections never had a problem intill now , for a tail light that had tape on it they failed me, but past me for the other previous times why now fail me

Professional and qualified. They stay on schedule and seem to really care about their customers. Nice thing in today's world. These folks have been taking care of west plains for decades. Their work speaks for itself.

Had the oil changed. It was about 30 minutes. They always do a great job. If they find anything that is questionable, they point that out & we get it taken care of. Appreciate their integrity!

They repaired a control arm and tie rod ends and done a front end alignment and, done a fantastic job!I do recommend them.

Great place to get your car worked on. It's not expensive and the have friendly service here. I have had my rig worked on here multiple times and have always treated me right. I would recommend them to anyone for your vehicle to be worked on or even just buying tires.

We've been taking our vehicles to Don's Goodyear for years. They do a great job and do it right. We won't let anyone else work on our rigs. New tires, mechanic work, and oil changes.

As I was passing through my car started making wired noises. I pulled in. The looked and they fixed it right away. Not only did they offer a place for my r kids to sit and color someone also bought us lunch. So friendly and clean.

50 minutes with an appointment for a inspection. Outrageous and unacceptable. Glad I didn't need an oil change. I would have to gave got a motel room for a couple days. Avoid!!!

Because if you have an appointment with them and you'll get there when your post you are doing an excellent job on servicing your vehicle and they're all Workers Unite explain to you exactly what's going on if they find something wrong with it be the one come out Dave is the one that comes out and talks to you and Dave is a wonderful man good friend am I good person to the community

I highly recommend Don's Auto Service for the professionalism ,efficiency ,rapid service and ease with making appointments.Great place ,customer friendly.I have twice purchased four sets of tires with them,no complaints.Keep up the good work!
