Just needing a state inspection for the 1st time I called the dealership. Honestly, the woman that answered the phone was rude. We were able to get a 4:30 time slot for later that day. We arrived and the lady working the service counter was courteous and pleasant (not the same person from earlier phone call). The car is taken back and inspection completed. While paying and getting documentation we were approached by a mechanic. The mechanic having noticed our military veteran plates asked whom was in the military. I responded, my husband. The mechanic turned to my husband and in the most sincere and kind manner thanked my husband for his service. My husband and I were astonished by the sincerity. The sincere nature made us both decide that upon needing a new vehicle we will buy from this establishment. Solely because of the mechanic and his sincere and good natured thoughtfulness. It truly meant a lot to my husband.

I would have loved to give them a positive review, however at this time I am not able to. I paid for a brand new vehicle off the lot upfront. I decided to trade it in for something of lesser value with better fuel mileage. At that point, money has been owed back to me in which I have not received. It's been over two weeks. I called last week and spoke to Shonda who stated it was forgotten, or they don't have anyone that can pick up checks from the Paragold office. Today I had to call corporate to get the check over nighted or I would have never received it until months later. This is bad business practices especially when a customer paid up front and does not owe on either vehicles and bought the extended warranties on top of it. I know they made more than enough money off me to pad their pockets. Once you sign the deal, they no longer care about doing good on their part or checking up. It just gets passed around until you call corporate.

Good customer service. Service department is great Especially Jeremy Benson he's always on top of everything. Sales also worked really hard to get us in the right vehicle and got us what we wanted.

Our experience with Jeff and this dealership yesterday was amazing! I can t say enough good things, and I normally DESPISE buying vehicles. From the text communication about when my Jeep would/did arrive, to the whole buying experience, it was a breeze! Jeff also checked in today with us! We truly appreciate the fantastic customer service and the fact they didn t make us wait around all day haggling. This is now the only dealership we will go to for all things Jeep! Highly recommend!

When I went in to order my DREAM JEEP, I worked with Patrick Kline. He did a great job on getting exactly what I wanted! Everyone there worked together to get things rolling! We came here to have our Chrysler Town and Country looked at and get an oli change. Our engin light had come on so we needed a diagnostic done as well. This place was easy to find. But the front doors were not unlocked at opening time. We discovered that the unmarked door on the right side of the building was the service enterance and that was unlocked and open for business. They offer coffee and popcorn. The waiting room was in the dealer's room. They had a really big Gong. Glad I didn't have my kids with me. It would be difficlut to keep their hands off it. The lobbby had magazines and kid coloring books w/ crayns for kids and a TV playing softly. The restrooms are large and I would consider them handicap friendly.Turns out our Thermostat rationality was off and they did have parts to fix it. It would take a bit so they offered to drive us back into town to hang out till the job was done. The service and how we were treated was wonderful.

Awesome experience! Our secondary battery in our jeep died and the battery light came on. We didn't have any clue it had one until I was googling info and stumbled upon that bit of info. Service staff was able to get it in and replace it and we were back on the road in under an hour!! Thank you!!

Patrick was fantastic to work with. He had a lot of patience as I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. After several hours and one hangry customer (me), we were able to complete all the paperwork needed for my new ride. Would recommend 100%.

I paid a tow truck to tow my car there to get it out of security mode, my son inlaw kept going in to check every now &then to see when it would be done after sitting in the hot sun in the parking lot for about 3&1/2 hours he went back in about 15 minutes before closing they told him that they didn't fix it because of the antenna code then still expected to be paid for work they didn't do. Then I had to pay for the tow truck again to bring it back home.

I bought a vehicle from them about a month and half ago...was supposed to get a second key made. Never heard anything else From them after I asked a few times...also didn't get a inspection the day I got the car...had to come back for it when had the chance.

I had a wonderful time buying a car from them, and they were very kind and helpful when it came to buying a car. Especially Patrick, he was a great person to work with and help us get are new car, he also was very helpful when it came to working with the numbers to help make things affordable. Furthermore he was very friendly with us. They re also very straightforward with all there prices.I recommend this dealership and this salesman!

If I could do 0 stars I would.. my car was in the shop there for 6 weeks and they still never figured out what was wrong with it. They eventually just stopped working on it.. Had to pay a labor bill for them doin absolutely nothing which is so frustrating. So I Took it to Taylor Grubaugh and they found the issue the next day. 12/10 WOULD NT RECOMMEND.

Jeff always takes good care of us. And is the only good thing about this place. They will leave you hanging and forcw you to drive an unsafe vehicle that's under factory warranty.

Had the BEST experience at Bayird! Jonathan Durney was our sales rep. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our car and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Never pressured us into anything, and took the time to answer any and all questions. Jonathan is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Bayird, we have never been treated with so much respect from a sales rep. The only dealer to be able to help us out and get us back on the road. When everyone else said they couldn't , they did . Had a couple of problems with the vehicle they made it right and are still standing buy what they sold. All my future purchases will be with them . Couldn't recommend them enough. We were on our way to visit family in Mountain View and hit a deer at 2am about ten miles from our destination. We live in Ankeny, IA (a suburb of Des Moines) and had been on the road for about 8 hours when this happened. We found out the next day the transmission cooler was the only thing that had to be fixed before we could safely drive home. We called Bayird because they were the closest dealer to Mountain View. We tracked the part down in Springfield on a Wednesday and then called Bayird and asked them to work us in so we could get our family home so I could get to work on Monday. Destiny worked it out with the service manager to have me bring our 2023 Durango in first thing Friday morning and drop it off for the 3 hour repair. Not only did the perform the repair in the exact amount of time they quoted me, they cleared a recall that I wasn't even aware of. They easily could have told us about the recall and had us have our local dealer take care of it, but they went the extra mile and cleared the recall while they had it in their shop. What a great team. Thank you to all involved for helping us get home safely!

Unique experience buying a car here. They have salesmen that actually listen to what a customer wants and needs....then if it's not there on their lot, they go find it and call you in to see it. Logan and Trey madey purchase informational and fun. You should go there and see what they can find for you!

Today I left the store with my 3rd vehicle I ve purchased from Bayird in West Plains and I have to say, the experience with the Bayird is like no other! They are the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendliest people from the sales staff to the service crew! My salesman has been Jeff with each of my purchases and I would highly recommend going and seeing him if you are in the market for a new (or used) vehicle! He will do his best to find you what you are looking for!

Patrick was my salesman very helpful very knowledgeable I would recommend him to anybody. The staff inside was great people too overall a very great experience. And I've already started telling friends and family about the good people up there at that Dodge dealership. Had a great experience at Bayird when purchasing a RAM 1500 from over 1,000 miles away. Ben took care of me every step of the way and made buying the truck a smooth experience, despite the obvious stress of buying a vehicle site unseen. Patrick at Bayird Dodge was a complete professional from first phone call until we drove away! The dealership did not have the exact car we wanted and Patrick found the right car 3 hours away, negotiated a fair price, and we were driving it home within 24 hours. On top of that, he kept us updated and worked with our credit union seamlessly. The dealership was friendly and professional as well. Dealing with Bayird was a breath of fresh air compared to "big city" dealerships and we keep our Dodge obsession with them.

When the engine blew in my truck, I had it towed to Bayird in West Plains. Since I live 11 hours away and my engine was blown, I figured I would trade it in on a new truck. After negotiating a price on the new truck, all that was left was to fill out the paperwork. When they came back, they told me the price was going to be $2,000 higher than what we had already agreed to. The folks at Bayird were really trying to take advantage of a guy that was a long way from home in a real predicament trying to get home before Christmas. I have tried contacting the General Manager many times and he refuses to take my calls or even respond via email. Beware of doing business with these guys.

These guys worked hard to get the deal done. Mike Bolerjack and Colin Earls were phenomenal to work with. They both did an outstanding job working to get me the best deal possible. I had a trade in and Mike was more than fair. They beat a couple other lots to earn my business on a new 3/4 ton Ram. I can t say enough about working with these two guys. Mike is the manager and Colin is in finance. I would highly recommend stopping in if your looking or thinking about any new or used rig. These guys are the best around!
