Took my daughter truck cause the 4wd wasn t working. They said they replaced the 4wd module costed her $500. Bout a week later I was cleaning it up for her. Found a busted fuse in the floor on the passenger side. That was odd to me. Got to looking at her fuse box and it was obvious then what happened. They didn t replace anything. It was a bust fuse and when I look underneath the truck. Again it was obvious that they didn t replace what they said they did. Basically they took full advantage of a 18 year old girl trying to go to college and work a job. To do something like that is low real low. I took a pic of her brand new module that they said they replaced. Look and see if this part looks to be less than week old. It s the original part. All they did was replace a fuse and charged her $500. If u want your loved ones to get screwed over. This is ur place to go. Sad taking advantage of anyone especially young kids starting out and older people on a set income. But my guess is that s who they make money on. I add a pic you decide your self if that s a new part. But it s a $500 charge on a 18 year old that s going to Mizzou and waitressing any chance you can get just to make it through college, but they took for 500

Brian quoted me two prices, one that a routine fix would cost and one that if that routine fix didn't work.the routine fix worked and came in under estimate. Thanks Brian !

I Went to see if they could check my Volvo for problems and the person behind the desk made me feel stupid and I know more way more about that car. I would not go back. And his parking lot almost requires 4 wheel drive. Very bad.

We were new to the area and needed some work done. I thought it was a joint going out and it was just the lug nuts loose. Brian called and told me the issue, being super honest about it. I got my inspection done and had him replace my brakes. Very reasonable for pricing and fast service. He will keep getting my business. Ally is amazing as well!! Keep up the great work.

I firmly use to do business and trust this family business, til I paid attention to what they have done to me not once, twice, but three times. After the 3rd time, I decide that this post was necessary.1. I use to have them do oil changes for me and paid $87 and some change. I didn t mind but I told them I wanted motor craft. And the exact response was that s all we use on fords . I checked after the oil change to see that they used to see that they used WIX brand. I decide that I didn t need to oil changes there anymore.2. I was having overheating issues and took it took to them and explain what the issue was. Motor is blown up, I m absolutely positive, all Fords blow up all the time! And they ran me a quote for top end motor rebuilt for a grand total 3500 dollars. I took my truck to Morlan-shell for a 2nd opinion and they fixed a simply radiator hose leak for around 120 dollars.3. While Morlan-shell was looking at my motor and checked everything out. They told me that my air filter that I had Andrews put in a K&N 3 months prior, was ripped up and had holes in it.I hate to be negative, but I cannot in good faith recommend this business.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

The people at Andrews are AMAZING! I was leaving Missouri from my grandmother's funeral and needed to get home to Florida. The hub assembly on my Suburban decided to try and give out. I called Andrews first thing on Monday, explained what was going on and they were able to get my truck repaired and back on the road very quickly. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Everyone was incredibly nice and made what was a very stressful situation a breeze to get through. Best part, their price was substantially better than we were hoping for!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Great place, highly recommended Did some oil gaskets and a/c work on my First-Responder Tahoe, and, recharged my a/c system when done. Located a little off the beaten path, but well-worth it. The Andrew's family have a great business here, a little hectic, but that's to be expected in a busy business, and worth your time to bring your vehicles here for repairs. Really nice down-to-earth people.

Car broke down while traveling through. I called Andrews and they were able to get me in that same day and had it diagnosed/repaired by 5 pm same day. They were friendly and took the time to explain what failed. Reasonable price and no issues with car since. A friend also told me to go here after I had called to see if they could get it in. My son has been taking his vehicle to them for years. He has nothing but praise for them. So, when we needed work on our truck, we took it to them. They remembered me from times I came with my son and even got a big hug. Will use them from now on. Felt right at home. Really good people. Our truck runs great! If you ever have a problem after a repair, just call and let them know and they will fix it!

These guys are Great. Gave me precise technical troubleshooting to avoid being stranded in my motorhome while traveling though town for the solar eclipse. Runs like new! Thanks Again & God Bless.

Never use, these people ruined my sons distributor, cost me a lot of money to have another shop fix! Went in for an o2 sensor. Never disconnected the battery fried the distributor! Ran fine when we took it in just throwing an o2 sensor code, went to pick it up barely ran! They said it need a new catalatic converter paid for that still would barely run! Tech revid the engine super super high! Finally I said stop, took it to another shop! Over $1500.00 in repairs to fix what was broken when we took it into Andrews!
