Currently desperately needing an oil change, and I was literally just sitting here for 2.5 hours, after the person at the desk told me it was only going to take 2 hours. I go to check on my car and they tell me there s 3 cars still ahead, and it was going to be another 2-3 hours. EXCUSE ME, I seen a coworker or somebody they knew come in and it was obvious they cater to those they want before they actually be fair and do their job. I ve been coming here for years now even when I was an associate in 2016-2020 and I won t be back. Don t waste your time just go to Valvoline and save yourself the headache. Only come here if you dropping off your car for the day.Service: Oil change

It was brought to my attention by my mechanic that my battery was leaking acid, which also explained the foul smell inside my cabin. This is the $120 battery that is supposed to carry a 3 year replacement warranty. I was told by the Assistant Manager, John, that this is normal for a battery and that as long as it was holding a charge, they would not replace it. I recommend purchasing a battery from someone that will honor their warranty without hassle.

I will never return to this establishment for my business ever. The worst customer service and horrible miscommunication between staff members. I ordered tires and made an appointment only to be misdirected because people called in and I was made to stand outside because no one had keys to even open the door. I left because I was so frustrated. Their service manager is very unprofessional and inconsistent. Never again. Go somewhere more reputable.

I get both my cars oil changed at the Wentzville Walmart. I have my wife follow me and drop off the car. I get the PitStop. Filter and Quaker State oil. It's cheaper than doing it myself. For my wifes car we have the lifetime tire rotation which I have done every oil change. The use a torque wrench on the lugnuts.I have ordered tires online and had them set there. They mount, balance and install them for a nominal charge.I have been very satisfied with their service.

I arrived at opening time, 7am. There were already 3 people waiting, so I knew there would be a wait. I waited over 2 hours before my car was even started, which I felt was excessive. When I went to pay for my service, the cashier and the manager both just walked away from the desk, leaving me standing and waiting. It had been 3.5 hours and I wanted to go home! The cashier came back and a mechanic was at the counter. He looked at the gentleman behind me and said not gonna happen, no more cars . This was at 10:30 am. Never will I go here again. Very unprofessional.Service: Tires

Nik saw me walking in and met me at the counter in the auto shop. He's a very polite individual with a smile and was very prompt with his service. I own a growing plumbing corporation and I know how hard it is to find people with Nik's kind of professionalism. I'm very impressed with Niks presentation and would hire him in a heartbeat! This guy is upper management material! When you hire someone with Nik's people skills and his knowledge of the business he helps run, you take care of them if you want to keep them. No matter where this guy goes and the career he settles into, he will Excell!I know this seems over the top, but the truth is the truth!P. S. They also notified me of a broken leaf spring that was missed by another company that did my inspection. A broken leaf spring is a dangerous situation and could have caused my work van to crash possibly on the enter state which could have been deadly! Thank you Walmart auto center for all the help today. The manager in the Auto center is running a great crew. Thank you, Tim.Service: Tires

Tires balanced and fixed a slow leak that was from the valve stem. It's best to drop off if you can.

Would have given minus star if I could, waited to hrs for them to tell me they couldn't fix my tire. They said leave the rim they'll put new one on and call next day to install. New one arrived, went in and waited two hrs again for for them to mount and install. Next morning tire flat took it back and waited two more hrs them to tell me they didn't tighten the valve stem. Azzholes have zero regard for customer time

I was scheduling an oil change and asked if they could look at my tires because my losing pressure detection light came on. I filled all 4 tires and checked psi next day no change...just wanted a second look to make sure there wasn't a nail or something. He said he would have to charge me for four flat tires since I didn't know which to check. I realize I would pay for their time but 4 flat tires come on...

First of all, my fault for going back here in the first place. I was the only vehicle there when I got in. Asked how long for an oil change and tire rotation. They said there is no wait. Like I said, I was the only one there.I waited... and waited.... and waited.... 2 hours later they finally come back with the keys only to tell me that they could not rotate the tires because the lugnuts were damaged. Guess who rotated the tires last time. This place.Staff is rude as can be and stand around and talk about the customers while they are standing right there. Its not a fluke that majority of the reviews say the same thing. Enormous wait, rude staff, obstinence when trying to get anything covered under warranty. What an absolute joke.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OIL CHANGE! I got my oil changed 2/26/19 (waited almost 2 hours at that). On Saturday 3/23/19 my car stalled out and wouldn t run properly. We luckily got it home. After multiple trial and errors of trying to figure out what was going on and what was wrong with my car, we checked the oil to find it ALMOST EMPTY AND CHARCOAL BLACK and I know there were no leaks (I would see it on my garage floor).. I m no expert but I know I didn t run that much oil in a month. The oil was never changed and I paid for a service that was never done!!

Terrible customer service! I called from the parking lot and they said they had time available to do an oil change, I walked in and they said they couldn t do it. There were four men standing around doing nothing and no cars in any of the service stations. This was 2 hours before they closed.

Staff are generally rude. Understaffed to the point they generally start refusing new business 3 or 4 hours before close. And just try to call and speak to a manager! Insanely long for them to just answer the phone. Rarely any management from Automotive available. Store management tries to help, but (understandably) doesnt know how.

I tried calling before I got up there but no answer. I get up there at 5pm they close at 7 and was turned down service because they were understaffed with 4 people. 3 of them working on cars, one at the counter with one going home in 45 minutes and 4 cars. The whole time I was at the desk the phone rang and the person at the counter ignored the phone multiple times and didn't answer once. Had someone answered the phone when I called could have saved me a trip and time I could have used going somewhere else to get tires. I tried calling the next morning at open and still no answer. Went to the shop to get tires and waited 3 hours listening to the phone ring and watching the guys in the shop snack and work on cars for people that were there after me.

We have tried 4 times in a week to get the oil changed and tires rotated. Each time they have told us it would be 3 to 4 hours. We have waited over 3 hours each time and all they say is they are short staffed. They just need to say they don't want any business. Never again.

Techs were helpful in accommodating me even though there were busy. I was able to do shopping while I waited for my truck to be serviced.

Wal-Mart is where I always buy tires. Their prices are the best. But the service can be a little shoddy at times.
