AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! Terrible non-trained staff. Rolled my window down to ask how much oil was evacuated from my engine. Tech said oh it looks like you were a lil low. Only 5 qrts came out. Then I hear the guy in the pit say what s the small seal for? Tech replied Just throw it away. I had to YouTube a video of how to change a Tacoma s oil filter. $120.00 later and a week later I check my oil and pic provided. My truck is extremely over full. I call the store to make a complaint and ask for a refund and they send my call to corporate. Corporate then tells me that the store manager would have to give the refund and reconnects me to the store. The store manager asked me to drive the truck back 37 miles so she can check my oil. She has to do an investigation before she can authorize a refund. At this point I m fuming mad. The manager then offers to pay for a tow truck to come pick the truck up. The cost of the tow would easily triple the cost of the refund. THANKS FOR THE HASSLE CHYANNE.Update the photo below is the oil I drained from the filter. Note the color.Not sure how a fresh oil change would ever be that color. Perhaps they never changed the filter.

Faith & Terry changed my oil and they were both so friendly. They checked everything like they should have and did it quickly too. I will definitely come back here.

I'd avoid this place like the plague. Went for a simple oil change and 20 minutes later they are towing the car to a proper repair shop because they dropped something in my oil well. Seems like it happens often because the staff basically just brushed it off AND tried to charge me for a cabin air filter lol

The people are super nice and did a great job, pretty decent price. I went on a Sunday because it was the only place I could find open and it was rather busy... the wait time and oil change was over an hour but totally worth it.

Got to Valvoline, needing an oil change and they were really busy.. I thought about going else, but they came out and had me back up in a parking spot and the guy was super friendly so I stayed. Glad i did. They have it going on! Super courteous, and even though I had a little wait, they had me in and out in just 15 minutes.. half hour total. I highly recommend. 0/5 Avoid this place at all cost .they ruin cars all the time .Worst place to ever take a car/worst place to work. They put there new employees on the floor by day 3 and have people who know absolutely nothing about cars working on yours. The management is in a constant ego trip and would rather see you break someones car than train you the right way. Be smart, save money. Go to a dealership/mechanic for an oil change these places are a scam

Zero stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs. My son had his oil changed here, it leaked something terrible afterwards. My daughter just had her oil changed here, it's now leaking all over my driveway. Whoever is running this place is doing a terrible job.

Great service very professional. The price was perfect with our coupon. We went somewhere else yesterday for my husband car and it was not as through as it was here and it cost us more money. We have decided that you will get all our oil changes business.Great Job!!!!

If you close at 7 and I pull up at 6:51 and you tell me sorry we close soon. I asked what time do you stop taking oil changes? 6:50. Oh so I m 60 seconds late. Yeahhh was the response. I ll go post double and get good service. Thanks

Staff went above and beyond for us last night! Our sons oil filter was over tightened from the prior oil change and it took them 30 minutes and a couple different staff members to remove it. Everyone was kind and informative through the process with no additional charges for their labor.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Couldn't get in at the dealer for 2 weeks. Just bought a used pickup and needed an oil change. Won't use the competition (Pennzoil products) I've used Valvoline as one of my favorite products and used this station a few times before. Great service

Great service, although i wasn't able to be serviced at my local shop. I was so impressed with the service out of town. Had me in and out in less them 15min. Great Job guys.

Wow ! Fast & friendly ! Chris welcomed me to pull my SUV in with a smile , after oil change even showed me my clean & full dipstick . I used a coupon they advertise when you call in /$25 off oil change / coupon was texted to my phone .. It definitely didn t take long & you DO just sit in your car . I HIGHLY recommend Wentzville Valvoline for your oil change ! Especially if you have kids / & or just hate waiting around a garage sitting !!! Worth EVERY penny !Service: Oil change

Literally the most none chill place I ve ever worked wouldn t recommend for both employment or oil changing they literally have people who don t know anything about cars changing your oil for over $100 just go to the dealer plus the people who run that place are screwed up in the head and are entitled to respect but yet can t call an employee out on something they actually did and they make up stuff

The lady helping us today (1-11-2023) was sooo helpful! We come here often for oil changes and everyone always seems extremely grumpy (they get the job done so I don't mind..) but today the lady helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful! I hope she's working the next time we come in!

The most outrageous prices ever! 25$ air filter, 80$ for 4 quarts of oil and a filter. Ridiculously overpriced. Do yourself a favor and call any dealer in the area for a 50$ or less oil change.

Update: Stop by on 11/13/22 for an oil change. Encountered Sam again, this time he wasn t so pleasant to work with. After checking to see if they had my particular filter for my Benz, he was willing to just send me on my way. Zero customer service this visit. I had to ask if he would call around to a few of their other locations and he was clearly skeptical of doing so. I didn t find that unreasonable since there was no one else waiting. I guess you catch ppl on good and bad days but all it takes for me is one time to be rubbed the wrong way. Never again at this location. Thx SamHad a bad, improper oil change elsewhere which caused a leak. Sam and Jr happily looked at my truck and assessed the issue very professionally. I had them redo the oil change and I now have a piece of mind. Excellent customer service at this location!!!

Place is a joke. They always give me the run around. I called ahead of time for a tire rotation girl but n phone said no problem come in. I get there and the manager said he don t have time and sent me to another location. Another time I got there at open and they had 1 person working so he turned away 5 cars.

They were amazing! I showed up and they notice I had two small kiddos in the car and they gave them a hot wheels and a small monkey. My kiddos are 5 and 1 1/2. They loved it and my son is obsessed with hot wheels to it was a hit. They were all so kind and friendly. Tyler was so personable and showed me what needed to be done. He helped set a timer on my car to let me know when my next oil change is due. I didn t feel pressured to get any extra work done. Very happy with my visit and will always be taking my car there.Service: Oil change

Show up, no line. Workers sitting under trees not working. I'm told the air compressors is down and he can't do my oil change. Lol. Said it would take 4 hours. Not even 30 minutes later there is a line wrapped around the building and I'm now waiting. I drive my car for work, was gonna be at work on time, not I'm sitting here, in line when I should be at work with an oil change. The guy that told me 4hours is kicking rocks and talking about buying a car with a random dude. This is trashService: Oil change
