I can't stress enough how good this team is. Got an entirely new setup at the front of the boat, and I couldn't be happier. It's a tight fit, and I'm honesly in shock they were able to get everything installed in suck a neat and orderly manner. I now need to make some time to get out and have some fun with it.

I have a Minn Kota 50AT that I purchased in 1998. This past week the lower cover broke and I could no longer steer the motor. I looked online for parts but then remembered that Tri-State was only a couple of miles from where I live. Tri-State had the parts I need to fix my motor. Customer service is outstanding.

Tri-State service was fast and fair priced. I had my trolling motor (cracked shaft) at a competitors shop and was told it would 7-10 days before they would be able to give me an estimate. I called Tri-State was able to get an ~estimate over the phone. I took the trolling motor to them and they were able to replace the shaft and completed the job by the next day. The ~estimate was within $10 of the final price. I will defiantly make my next purchase there.

I picked up my trolling motor the day before the memorial day weekend. When I mounted the motor, I noticed the trolling motor head was on backwards. So l called tri-state and explained and that they ruined my weekend of fishing. He told me to just drive backwards. What happened to courtesy. I guess all that matters is my money is in their bank account.

Tri-State has always given me great customer service. A lot of items are difficult to find due to issues beyond their control, but they manage to track down what you need. The service department is knowledgeable and fast. They are also a certified repair center for the major brands and that makes it convenient.In today s ultra-competitive market they have the history, knowledge and staff to be number 1 on my list.

This place is a gem. They've saved my tail quite a few times. They'll take your troller and call you next day with awnsers and solutions. I've never had one there over a week. Amazing knowledgeable staff. Competitive prices and good people.

Ordered parts from trollingmotorparts.com not able to leave a review there so i looked at my credit card statement which shows my payment went to tri state trolling motor. Anyway the part failed half-way through the first fishing trip they said no warranty so I'm out $200. They said it had to be installed by a certified dealer so they just use the easy way out. I'm a certified marine and diesel mechanic btw. Told them I'll send it back so they could see no error was made during installation but no response. I see the person who responds to reviews is a clown so I can't wait. LoL.

Been in and out this shop since 2003. Great folks that know their stuff. If you know what you want, chances are they have it or are happy to get it for you. If you are looking for technical advice, they are more than willing to help, just be respectful of their time and do so during slow hours or off season.

I just purchased my 2nd Ultrexx for Bob and the crew. Had a problem with my install ( not theres) dropped into the shop and they fixed it while I waited. I could not ask for better customer service or support anywhere.I am extremely satisfied with the service, reccommend to ALL. Thanks Bob Mike Jason and crew well done.

I had an appointment to take my boat in for a fish finder install. The mentioned that they do not have an indoor install facility so I wanted to call in before I took my boat there. No one would answer their phones. There is no way of leaving a voice message. Then their phones had a busy signal for an hour. I finally gave up calling and sent in an on-line message asking if we could reschedule but still no response. I guess they're too busy to notice one of their appointments didn't show up.

Ordered a Nucanoe kayak of which I was having a hard time finding in stock anywhere else. Bob noticed I live in Wisconsin by the shipping address, which is where Nucanoe kayaks are produced, and arranged for me to pick it up directly from them saving me time and shipping costs. Customer service was great and I am very satisfied with how they conduct business.

This place is the best. Not only are they helpful with general questions about your trolling motor and quick to respond to emails, but they are extremely knowledgeable about your boats electronics. I highly recommend them for all of your boating electronics and trolling motor needs!

STAY AWAY. Ordered a 5 port Humminbird Ethernet switch from them online. After not receiving anything but an automated receipt after a week, I decided to call. After trying for 3 days to get ahold of them I finally got ahold of someone, they had a hard time finding my order and come to find out it was in their new orders to process . I m not sure whether it wasn t in stock or what the deal was. He claimed he d ask his online orders guy and get back to me. After another call and 2 days later I m still wondering what the status of my order is. I ve missed other opportunities to buy the switch elsewhere, and still not sure what is going on with my order. These guys claim they are dedicated to providing the best sales and service available in the country ... I beg to differ. TERRIBLE experience all around with these guys. TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately I will not be able to go back to them. Second time I have gone to them for repair and I have the same issue the following time I m out on the water. On top of it, their Labor costs have nearly tripled. Wait for the surprise bill, and make sure you ask if labor is included when they give you a estimate.

This place saved me big time! Went out two days before a big fishing tournament and my trolling motor blew out. Called them up the next day saying I needed it for the next day and they said bring it in! Had me fixed up and good to pick it up within a couple hours. Highly recommend for any repairs or new trolling motor questions.

The owner, Bob, was very helpful. I am buying a boat and they were very helpful in picking my electronics out for my boat. I am getting a 2021 tracker targa with a ulterra 2 helix hummingbirds with ipilot link. They sold me both Helixs and did updates. Also, they installed and uninstalled helix. The customer service and service was great. They know their products.

If I could leave less than 1 star then I would. Tried to return an item and they charged me 5%. Nowhere does it say that they don't do returns or that they are going to charge a re-stocking fee. Terrible Business, small businesses that operate like this dirty the pond for the rest of the good small businesses out there.

These guys can make it happen. I had a problem with my trolling motor and called at 4:00 pm on Friday. They told me to come in at 10:00 the next morning (Sat). I arrived on Saturday and they diagnosed the warranty work and had me out the door by 10:23. No kidding! To beat that Jay told me about a brush pile on LOZ and later that day I caught a 4 pounder off it. These guys are customer friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.

Tri State installed a trolling motor, and most of the work was good, but a few items were poorly done. On several issues they did not call to inform us of problems and just installed and charged us for the work. Not very pleased with the customer service.

SAME DAY REPAIR!!! Not only is this place one of a kind. They have been fixing my motors for a decade plus, and always do a great job! They just fixed me up on the same day for my MLF Super Tournament!!!

Great Service. Just called and bought a Garmin Panoptix Livescope system with a Garmin 93sv plus. When no one has them in stock and on backorder Tri-State has them in stock. This is my GO TO trilling motor and electronic needs. Hands down they have the best staff around with the knowledge for all the equipment they sell.

Wanting to buy a new ipilot . Called 4 different times today to see if they had one on hand. 2 no answers and two hang ups as soon as it answered. Ended up driving 135 miles to get one

Great customer service !! Brought my Minn Kota Maxxum for armature replacement in a Wednesday morning and it was ready to go Friday evening. They explained why it went bad and what Minn Kota redesigned to fix the problem. Great selection of Humminbird, Lowrance, Minn Kota, Motorguide, and everything else that goes with those products. Highly recommend Tri State Trolling Motor!!

Coustomer service absolutely sucks!!! Ordered a elec. [22"]motor sent me the wrong. Motor (30") kept it anyway,(needed it) so I'm out 50$ I'm done with them!!! Had to go get it at ups wrong address etc etc ups,
