I get parts fairly often from Tim Parr at the O Fallon Missouri store. Today he did a bunch of legwork and help me match up some stuff for an ancient axle, which really save the day for us. It s getting real hard to find parts people that know what they re doing these days, Tim is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And he always insists on helping carry stuff out!

Matt in the parts department was a great help this morning. I drove two hours down to a competitor to get parts that were supposed to be shipped and they told me everything was in. They did not have it all out of the dark. I stopped by your store in Wentzville Missouri to see if you guys had the parts Matt was a great help and gave me everything I needed. You guys had it in our lifesaver your guys a store for customer service and friendliness because I was at the store 25 minutes before you actually opened, and he was willing to help me and not make me wait.

Very knowledgeable staff.Well supplied with quality products.I went to two different places online first, was supplied two different hitches that did not work and very poor quality. These guys fix me up with a very best I've seen anywhere, and it all works. They have my business from now on.

A portion of the roof on my box truck had ripped off. This truck is on the road 7 days a week so I needed it back quickly. The team did a great job repairing and for a really great price! Thank you Mike! You were a life saver!

Nationwide took great care of us helping us find the ideal Cathy trailer for us. I researched different brands throughout St. Louis and found them to be the best value for a high quality product. Cate and the rest of the team were great at answering questions and making the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience at Nationwide in Wentzville. We went in for a certain cargo trailer and it had sold. But Mike helped us find a better fit for our needs. We're very happy with our purchase.

Nationwide changed brakes out on my dump trailer very quickly, less than they quoted and also greased the entire trailer without being asked to do so. Highly recommend to anyone purchasing a new trailer or needing service!!

So, I have a travel trailer, and the leaf spring broke. I brought the trailer in and was told the labor would be 1.5hrs for one leaf spring replacement. The manager then said if I wanted to do two (both on the same axle which is recommended to replace in pairs) he would charge me 2 hours. I agreed and dropped the trailer off to get done. They then told me that the leaf springs I purchased were not the correct ones but they would be able to get them to work (they were a 4 leaf instead of 3, but same exact dimensions). When I went to pick up the trailer, they had already spoken with the warranty dept of my trailer manufacturer and somehow now the labor went from the agreed upon 2hrs, to 3.75hrs. Mind you I am a few days drive from home with my travel trailer and family, so staying and arguing is not an option. In order to get my trailer back I had to sign their receipt, but I still feel I had no option and they took advantage of the situation. I did call 3 different trailer shops and they all said leaf springs shouldn't take longer than one hour to replace as long as the trailer isn't old and rusty. My trailer was only 2 months old, so no rust. I feel like this is a very poor business practice and just wanted to share my experience.

Would not recommend. Purchase a new trailer from the Wentzville MO store upon me second visit. 1st visit I spoke with the salesman on the floor with little to no help was rudely greeted as if I was bothersome. With much hesitation I returned because of necessity for a particular trailer that I found in their inventory that suited my needs. Spoke with Caleb this time and he was pleasant to deal with and purchased a trailer from him. Things went south when I had them install e-track and the failed to properly secure to the wall resulting in the e-track detaching from the wall. Now we are a month later and have not received the title that is needed to license the trailer before the temporary license expires in a few days. This is poor business practice all around.Update::: We are now in a new year. Have yet to receive a title. Have received 2 tracking numbers one was lost second was a wrong tracking number. This situation is continuing to decline. Recommend to avoid this business.

What an amazing trailer shop. They have a large inventory of trailers, parts, and accessories. Their team is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. This place is so good I drove 600 miles round trip to my my new PJ gooseneck. Thanks

Tim in the Service/parts department was extremely helpful. Made a call in my behalf to a manufacturer to verify what was needed for my repair and talked me through the process of what was needed next to move forward. Thank you Tim!

This Nationwide Trailer location just recently opened near me and I thought I would make arrangements to service my bass boat trailer. I met the manager Mike and spent quite a bit of time with Joe in the shop. I was very impressed with both and I deeply appreciated the personal, cooperative, and honest recommendations and service I received from both. I would highly recommend Nationwide Trailer.
