I was there yesterday morning , and I was not pleased with the service that I received. First off, I walked in because another company down the road said that your company had the acid for the batteries that I needed to add to get them filled. Our son just came home from the Marines. And he was there looking for stuff that he wanted to buy. I decided to bring in both batteries. I thought that they would test the batteries to see if they were any good and to see if they would fill the batteries. They said they don't fill the batteries , so they don't charge the batteries. And he didn't know where the tester was. He turns around 2 seconds later he finds the tester test the battery. Yes, it was good, but the attitude we got was very unprofessional. Our son shortly walked up behind us. He thought that he would get served as well for the three items that he decided to purchase. He was in there for a good 10 minutes with the guy that was waiting on us. He decides to take a phone call. Doesn't even acknowledge our son being there. Another person walks by acts like my son is not there? And our son decided to walk out and come back to the car, and we left. Very bad service. I will never go back again. Very disgusted with the service that our son received after serving for this country , it's not worth it. I will never come back again.And I will definitely be making sure I tell everybody about the service I received. If I could give a zero star, I would. I give your customer service a negative 100%

Morning staff didn't want to help me look for a part. They got my information &put me on hold, so long that napa hung up on me. And after recalling no awnser.

I live in Hawk Point and I drive right past the Troy Napa to get to the wentzville location it's a corporate owned location, the service is way better, you can make online purchases and pick them up here if you like at no extra charge, Troy store charges extra shipping. Boo

Great service. I had to replace 2 batteries under warranty (not from this store, but Napa elsewhere) on my F250. They accepted a scanned picture of the receipt, and brought me 2 new batteries to the truck in the lot after testing. Only thing that would have made it more helpful would be if they helped switch them rather than stand and watch.This store is VERY clean and nice, highly recommended!

Went there yesterday to get a caliper, and the gentleman that helped suggested I try the brake line instead.Due to intermittent caliper sticking and I had already took it a apart and cleaned and lubricanted the bracket and clips.So far I haven't had the issue anymore. Still need more time driving it to make sure.He saved me over 50 dollars and time.Thanks Napa!!!!

Amazingly helpful! I had a slight run in with a speed bump! Customer service was amazing and the sales rep even spent some time on the hot pavement getting a bolt out for me and got us back on our way in no time! Thank you so much!

Bought 5 gallon synthetic oil online... Went to pick up @ Wentzville, MO location... Asked for paper oil cone so I could put in my Jeep. Guy shook his head and said they don't have them. Guess I'll go to Quick Trip and fill my oil. Why in the world would Napa Auto Parts store not have the simplest thing to make customers life easier?

Needed a new boat battery. So we thought....nope it was just to low for the boat charger to read. They charged it for us and we was ready to get on the water. Thanks guys!

If I could give them a negative review, I would , my husband went and bought spark plugs for his mini cooper , and they sold him parts that where made incorrect , when he put the spark plugs in the were stuck in the car and it wouldn't run, we called them to let them know of there mess up , they had the car towed to a local shop , the mechanic said , he didnt want to tought the car cause of the possible law suit , napa lied to us and said they trying to fix it and there was nothing they could do , so not only did we not get correct parts we paid for , we are being lied to and talked down too , never in my life!! Have I been talked to or delt with in this manor cause of some one elses mistake!!!

Unlike all the other auto parts stores around who warranty items by your phone number NAPA does not which means you have to have the original receipt. Don t waste your time with them

NAPA always seems expensive but has parts other places don't. Never really busy but seems like you still end up waiting for help. Almost every requires assistance to get from the storeroom.

Great people, great parts and a fair price for the quality. This store is great, they have always had what I needed, never had to order anything. My go to place for car parts!!!

I was looking for a part for my work van I went to multiple auto parts stores nobody had it Napa ordered it for me and it will be there the next morning which is awesome they're competitive same pricing with everybody else very convenient very helpful staff I would go there and recommend to all friends and family

Very helpful. Went in expecting to pay about 350, because of there knowledge left spending 150. Cannot ask for more than that.
