Everyone was very helpful and polite. They made suggestions on what my vehicle needs, but they weren't pushy. Awesome service as always. I also loved seeing two females in this profession. It makes me feel more comfortable, as a female, bringing my vehicle in for service. Awesome service, great people!

Staff are exceptionally professional and courteous but I m never going to pay $120 for an oil change. Convenience should never mean daylight robbery. Ended up going across the road to Walmart and got it for less than half the price. Do better corporate!

Quick and Friendly Service:I ve visited thie Jiffy Lube twice for oil changes, and both experiences have been excellent. The efficiency of their technicians is impressive they completed the job in about just�10 minutes�each time. Not only that, but they were also�affable�and�knowledgeable.I appreciate the convenience and professionalism at this location. If you re looking for a fast and reliable oil change, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube. Remember to take care of yourself too while you re out there shopping!

My visit was very quick and they performed my oil change as well as wiper blade change. Ash, one of the employees, helped me with my choice of oil and was very sweet. I had to get to work and leave for Florida (driving) the next morning and I was glad it was performed so efficiently.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They got me in pretty quickly for an oil change. Mind you it's a drive thru oil change. So they don't really pay attention to what you have to say or ask. Good service and everything all around. I had to double check if they checked and topped off all my fluids. That's one of the things you pay for in the process. They didn't on my car until I asked them. I had a $15 off full synthetic oil change coupon. They didn't apply it, even tho I showed them right before my card was taken to pay. All and all they are alright. But they need to pay attention. Especially when you're spending over $100 on an oil change.

They really don t want to do safety and emissions.The guy told me that it would be everyone nearby is 2 weeks out. They wouldn t be able to get me in for 3 weeks.I went next door it was done in 20 minutes.Those guys are just lazy.

Went to jiffy lube today at 230 for an inspection. Was told that the inspector comes back from lunch at 3. I leave and go back at 3 to then be told by the same guy his boss just told him that there's 5 people on the list and that they could have the inspection done by 5 and if I wanted to get on the list to go inside and leave the keys with them. I go inside to then be told that emissions is first come first serve and safety is by appointment only and they're two weeks out... Would've been nice to know that the 1st time so I didn't waste my time coming back.

Great job! I needed an emissions test. I got there and there was 2 cars ahead of me. I was done and on the way home in less than 1/2 hour!

As always, you drive on, hood opened, an oil drained and engine filled. Tires checked, pay and you are done ...1.2..3 and you are out and on your way. Excellent service.

If you have a coupon you must ensure or remind them to take it out of final before you pay them. The service was very quick and they have everything together there. Also you get free car wash next door.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Everybody at this location was very friendly and didn t make me wait five hours like every other auto shop in Wentzville. I left with the proper oil in the proper amount without any leaks so that is a win in my book.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I guess they close for an hour daily for lunch. Not impressed. At grease monkey we dipped our muffelattas in 10/30 as a side.Times have changed

We needed an emissions inspection to finish titling our new car purchase. We were super surprised to find out we could drive right in to the Wentzville Jiffy Lube for this service. All of the automotive places could not get us in for a week! I will happily share this info with anyone I know. I let the License office know, also, so hopefully they can guide people to get the service done quickly. It made our day to be able to finish titiling the car in one day, instead of having to wait another week.

I would not recommend the Wentzville location to anyone looking for an oil change. I m up to $600 in bills due to their tech not performing the oil change correctly, resulting in my oil pan needing replaced by the dealership. I have tried to be patient as I understand mistakes happen. What I don t understand is how a company will not stand behind their work and make the mistakes right. They have forever lost my business and I hope this doesn t happen to anyone else. I will be sharing my experience with as many folks as I can so that it doesn t Service: Oil change

Called ahead of time to see how much the oil change would be and they had great customer service. I got there and wasn't pressured into other services I did not need, and they were very professional and fast. After a long day, I was hoping it would be this way and thankfully it was.
