Very professional and courteous. We brought our car in after it broke down on the highway. They did a full diagnostic testing and even drove our car around trying to recreate the issue. They could not find anything wrong, which was a great relief to us. They certainly could have charged us for the diagnostic test and their technicians time which we appreciated. But they told us there was no charge. Nobody does that anymore but they did and we are grateful. I highly recommend them to anyone with an issue. They are honest and trustworthy.

I used to be an Automotive Service Advisor for a Chrysler dealer for 12 years and am very versed in customer service. This shop is actually an honest shop and knows how to make money via customer service retention and not by sky rocketing prices. Is simply how they ve been in business for so long. Outstanding mechanics as well.

Being born and raised in the auto industry, I'm more than familiar with what to expect from the average independent shop or dealership service department.Every experience I've had at Harris Auto in Wentzville has been consistent and top notch. The work is done professionally and quickly, the communication beginning to end is stellar, and their attention to detail is like nothing I've seen from other shops - even ones at the big fancy dealership facilities.This month, I had 3 of my 4 vehicles worked on at Harris Auto, and will continue to trust them with my vehicles. I have a very special old truck that used to belong to my grandfather, and they took care of it like it was their own.Thanks, and keep up the good work!

I recently purchased 4 new tires at a different automotive shop and after several tries they could not get them balanced properly. Took my vehicle to Harris and they were able to resolve the issue in one visit. They asked questions regarding the situation and made sure to test drive it to confirm it was resolved before handing it back to me. Staff was great. I will use Harris in the future.

This is one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had!! I highly highly recommend Harris Automotive. I made an appointment for a check engine light. The soonest they could get me in was a week from that phone call which was fine. Until the next day, my car began to overheat. Harris got me in that day and worked me into their schedule. They had the problem fixed and car back to me in two days.I appreciated the communication they kept with me through the whole process. And my car is now running great! I will continue to use them for all my car needs!

Awesome service with friendly and knowledgeable staff.My family has been taking our vehicles to Harris Automotive for years. It all started when my wife was picking up our daughter from middle school in Wentzville. Right before turning onto Pierce Blvd. my wife s car got a flat tire. She pulled into Harris Automotive explaining she had a flat and was on her way to pick up our daughter. They were very busy but within twenty minutes they had my wife on her way.That s customer service and with that made us lifetime customers.Since that time, we have taken our vehicles there for any type of service. I also like that they know who I am when I call or come in. It s nice that I m able to call and talk to Jordon, Jeremy, or Andrew if I have any questions about a problem with any of our vehicles.Just recently, my truck stalled on the road and would not start. This was two days before Christmas. I had the truck towed to Harris Automotive. I know that they had to fit me in their schedule and two days after Christmas I had my truck back.Truly a family-owned business.

Replace tire - We had our vehicle towed to the shop, because roadside didn't have the right socket size to put our spare tire on. We were cold from being stranded for a couple of hours. We came in right at closing time, and they didn't hesitate to help us. They let us warm up in their waiting room and stayed late to swap our tire. Thank you!!

Call now and make an appointment!! You won t be disappointed with their friendly , fast service and reasonably priced repairs ! I feel I can trust their judgement on working on all of our vehicles and have been very satisfied over numerous visits to their auto tire shop. Clean waiting area and polite staff !! We will return !

i came to know Harris Automotive through family members that has used them for years. when i moved to the area they were my go to. they are fair, hard working and honest (that honest thing is difficult to find nowadays) highly recommend

I took my car in for an alignment at Harris Automotive after putting on four new tires at another location. They worked us in after other locations had no availability. When doing the alignment they found a bad wheel bearing that could have been a potentially dangerous situation. They replaced it promptly and at a good price. Thank you Harris Automotive for being customer focused and providing great automotive repair services.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

My plates expired and needed to get a quick inspection. Called Harris Automotive and they squeezed me in 3 days later. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got me back on the road quickly. My truck is the only way I can transport my disabled husband. Thank you Harris Automotive.

My 2004 GMC Yukon was in need of heads replacement to correct a problem I had with anti freeze loss, some GM 5.3 liter engines (1999 - 2007) leaked anti-freeze into the cylinders through a crack in the head which could be catastrophic. Harris Automotive replaced both heads and remedied the problem, this was in April of 2014 and the engine hasn't missed a beat since. We still have the truck and anticipate many more driving miles.Thanks Harris Automotive

I called at 5:15 p.m. (they close at 6 ) with a nail in my tire. They said "come on up." They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I also appreciated that the shop wasn't dirty and greasy. Makes it nicer for us girls. Thanks, Fellas !

Harris Automotive is top-notch! Even though they are often booked solid, when I called for a 'sick car' appointment, they managed to work me in a just a few days (I had to have my car towed there, something was VERY wrong with it!) Always a great experience with Harris Automotive. I am notorious for setting up an appt for a specific reason then asking to add additional services at the last minute and they can always take care of me. Great customer service and honest assessment of car problems without trying to over sell you something you didn't need.I was only traveling through the area when my vehicle broke down, and they were able to quickly help me out and get me back on the road. If I lived in the area, I would take my vehicle there for all its maintenance needs.

Family owned and run auto and tire service. I have been taking my car to them for approximately 10 years. They are very accommodating, reasonable, and most importantly, HONEST!! I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Harris is a great business to work with! They were able to get my car in for an inspection quickly and the customer service was great (thanks Megan!) I got off work after they had closed for the day and they were so kind and made sure I could pick up my keys after their hours. We were from out-of-state and my vehicle broke down. Had the vehicle towed to Harris Auto after I spoke with Andrew. It was repaired within 4 hours, and I given a loaner car incase it took longer. Can't Thank Andrew and the Harris Tech enough for assisting with the car repair and providing excellent customer service in my time of need. Car ran great after it was fixed! Great Service. Great experience.I bought new tires from Harris Automotive and they discussed options with me. I chose one of the tire options and the tires I had chosen ended up not balancing out right. I called up. Made another appointment. Took my SUV in and they warrantied all 4 tires. Keep in mind this is not Harris Automotive s fault but they back their work. Sometimes tires are bad from the factory. I took it back and they put on new ones. No hassle.
