I called last minute for tires. They did not have the tires I needed in stock. They took the time to call other centers in the area to find the tires I needed. They drove 1 hour round trip to get them worked me into their already packed schedule and install them for me. That is excellence in customer service. All tires will be purchased here from now on.Thank you, Dobbs Tire & Auto Center Wentzville, MO.

These gentlemen were amazing to me. Going into a holiday weekend my tire was going flat quickly. I came in close to closing time.These guys got my car in, and found the extremely sharp object stuck in my tire. They didn't have the tire I need, but Adam went out of his way to call and see when the soonest we could get my tire in. Since I don't live in Wentzville, they made sure the Dobbs in my city would take care of me.Then they put my spare on, so I could at least get home safely. I'm very appreciative of all their hard work. Thank you!

Took me in 15 minutes before closing and changed my tire. Never made me feel bad for being there so late. Good folks and great job.

Great place. They quickly and correctly installed new Michelin tires on my car. Also did an alignment, which completely fixed a vibration that was occurring at 70 mph. The free rotation they provide is also excellent, just had the first one done on the new set of tires. Took less than an hour and the car was back on the road. I highly recommend this Dobbs location if you need new tires and/or an alignment!

This Dobb's is garbage. I took my 2012 Chevy Malibu for an inspection here. They failed me for a loose tie rod and a leaking flex pipe, which they tried to charge me $900 to fix. The tie rod was loose. Although, the flex pipe was fine. It was actually the Exaust Manifold that was severely cracked and leaking.After I fixed the issues with the car. I took it back to this location for an alignment and a reinspection. I explained to them that it wasn't the flex pipe and it was actually the Manifold. And still...I wound up getting a call telling me that they didn't want to do the reinspection because the flex pipe was still leaking...I took it to Harris Auto, passed immediately. Oh, and the alignment. My steering wheel shakes violently at speeds over 40mph after a $180 alignment.I say this for the sake of the Wentzville community, do NOT go to this Dobb's.

Had a flat tire Friday, knew it was almost time for new tires. Did some checking around the Wentzville area at a couple of tire stores. Went to Dobbs and spoke to Fred. Provided me with a couple of options; good & better. Went with the better. Fred provided good facts to make my decision. And Fred was able to accommodate my last minute install and get me in. Will be a regular customer at this location.

Highly recommend! They repaired our vehicle same day -- we broke down and were far from home and they made sure we were able to drive home safely! Very friendly staff and excellent customer service -- thank you guys!!

Was overcharged Majorly just to get a battery. Charged for a diagnostic when I just had one done 30 prior at Walmart.Then And then a godly amount for installation. Who around here charges to put a battery in? The last time I was at this location, they ripped me off on tires & my alignment wasn't right. Took it back for them to do another & it was still out of alignment. I wouldn't use this location if my car broke down in their parking lot.

I called Dobbs in Wentzville yesterday morning, which was 7 March 2024 and ask for a price on a tire for my minivan 2013 Chrysler Town & Country and they quoted me 169 which was a great price I ve been going to a shop in Florissant for decades and I just had brand new four tires put on that minivan and I had a blowout on March 6 2024 so of course I was going to take it back and have it towed to the shop In Florissant Charbonier Service But when I called them, they wanted over $300 to put a tire on and no warranty. The tires are only two months old and only had maybe 500 miles on them Would not warrant them, and did not give me a warranty on them. Dobbs got me in got the work done by noon on the same day it was brought to them March 7 of 2024. They did an excellent job there. Their shop is clean my car was clean. They were professionals they gave me a warranty on that tire and my service from Dobbs was outstanding. I will now always go to Dobbs and I highly recommend them And my husband is going there Tuesday, March 12 to get four brand new tires on his 2021 Hyundai ELANTRA and a state inspection and an oil change. Dobbs has our business from now Thank you Dobbs for being so wonderful so efficient so fast I cannot say enough about your shop. Thank you again for taking care Of my van and my tire need at such a reasonable cost and so fast and efficient . Thank you also for the warranty on that tire.

Oil change, tire rotation, replace broken sway bar, new ball joints. Took my vehicle directly in Saturday morning. Excellent Service, polite personnel, nice waiting room, fresh coffee. Vehicle when finished rides without shimmy, rides like a new truck. Five star organization. Tire pressure all the same all 4 tires.

I ve always had a good experience here. Bought my tires here and had no issues getting a plug put in a year later.Came to them with an unrelated and out of the ordinary request and they were more than willing to help!

The staff is always helpful - multiple times, they ve been able to fit in my service in spite of the fact that their appointments were full. Friendly and flexible - I will continue to go there for my vehicle service needs.

I hit a curb and loosened the plastic shields inside my front driver wheel housing. It was making so much noise against my tire. I called Dobbs and they got me in right away and they did not charge me a dime for the repair job they did. This is not the first time that they did a minor job and did not charge me. I highly recommend Wentzville Dobbs tire and auto. They are professional and very very nice. Please frequent their place of business on Wentzville Parkway in Wentzville!

Either liars or just dumb.Took our vehicle in to have the heater fixed. Said it was the blend door actuator and they were able to get heat out. Didn t think it was this but said ok. Picked the car up, still no heat. Took it back up and they said the thermostat was bad, and the heater core needed to be manually flushed. This doesn t make sense as one side was and always has been getting heat, but whatever. Paid yet again to have it fixed. Was hot for a day, then went ice cold again. Took it back up there and now they re telling me it s one of the HVAC doors not being controlled properly due to having Auto HVAC / Dual zone, saying now they need to replace the entire HVAC assembly (which houses basically everything).So I ve now wasted roughly $700-$800 to have our vehicle not only not fixed, but now being told it will cost over $2,500 to fix it. I highly doubt the two parts they replaced were actually broken to begin with. But unfortunately, at this point there s no way to prove that, and they probably know that.My gut is usually pretty right, and I have a feeling they have no idea what is wrong, and were just replacing parts / doing work based on probability, which I get sometimes that has to happen, but don t lie to me and tell me this was it, it s fixed when it s not. So now that they still can t figure it out, they say let s replace the one big part that houses everything, it ll have to be fixed then . If they would have taken time to truly figure this out and diagnose it, I wouldn t have had to waste $700-$800 and would have had them do the bigger repair. But now they lost my trust.So either they knew it might not be fixed and were just hoping they rolled the dice right on the odds of that repair fixing it, or they truly have no clue. Either way, I ll never in my life go back to Dobbs.

Quick, easy, and painless! I discovered my car was a little deflated, walked in, and my tire was repaired/replaced in out in 45 min. Over than that, the employees were straight forward and honest. This location has accessibility-friendly parking spaces and facilities. Added bonus, the lobby, and restrooms were spotless. A simplistic experience like this will make anyone happy!

I noticed that I needed 2 new tires ASAP! Mine were so wore down that they were unsafe. My father n law was in the hospital and I needed my vehicle to be safe for the back and forth trips to see him. It was it was a very stressful time, I call Dobbs in wentzville and Justin the manager said they had my tires in stock. I drove right there and within 1 1/2 hours from my phone call I had new tires installed. I couldn't believe they got me in so fast! They took a stressful situation and helped me out as fast as they could. I highly recommend this location! Thank you so much Justin! My family and I appreciate your great customer service.

Got all new tires for a good price. Only complaint is that I took my car in because the window kept going off the track. They fixed it and told me I had a warranty on it. After they fixed it, it fell off again. This happened maybe another 2 times before I just quit going to them because it didn t seem to ever actually get fixed. But polite workers

Traveling home from a sheepdog trial, blow out on the freeway. These guys went above and beyond to get me and my dogs back on the road safely. Highly recommend this professional and courteous outfit.

My son is doing a summer internship in the area for the summer. His car started leaking coolant and soon check engine light, engine over heating lights came on. We are in Iowa and not familiar with the area really had no idea where to send him for help. He called a few places and Dobbs Tire and Auto was able to get him in right away. They diagnosed the problem and were able to order parts and get him back on the road quickly. They certainly could have taken advantage of his situation as he needed transportation and we are 4 hours away. They were very honest and fair and we certainly appreciate that. Highly recommend their service!

Scheduled a state inspection, and they completed the inspection in a timely manner. The waiting room is highly air conditioned. It was cold, so I waited outside. They have WIFI on site if you need to connect to work while your car is being serviced. The WIFI was fast enough to support a video conference. The staff is friendly, and if I need any of the services they offer, I will schedule it at this location.

While traveling to St Louis (from Houston, TX) our alternator started acting up. We pulled into the Dobbs in Wentzville. Arrived at 3:27 PM and we drove out at 5:01 PM (SAME DAY SERVICE 4/6)! These guys were amazing, honest and hospitable. We can t say thank you enough. Justin & Adam were amazing and great to work with.

Had a blowout on I-70 and needed to replace a tire. Limped in with my temporary spare and they set me up with a replacement tire. They even filed a claim for me with my road hazard insurance for the damaged tire. I decided to replace all 4 tires. They worked me into their schedule and got me taken care within a few hour. Very pleased with their service and professionalism!

Called because my tire got a giant nail in it on my way to Indianapolis from KC, they said they would help, and it was really close to closing time.Had my dog with me in 90+ degree weather, they were very nice to let her hangout inside.Happy car/dog owner & cool puppy.Thank you guys.

The guys stayed late to fix my alternator so that I could make it to a wedding. They gave me a fair price and a military discount. Very fast and friendly service too!
