It was like making a wish with a genie, but instead of three wishes, I just had a bunch of car specs. Fast forward, and thanks to a surprise cash windfall (no, I didn t win the lottery, but close enough), I call Dylan. Like a car whisperer, he had already picked out the perfect ride for me fully loaded and oozing style.The finance part? Handled over the phone with Jeff, the finance maestro, who made numbers dance like they were on a Broadway stage. I signed some papers via email, and voil� it was like ordering a pizza, but way better.Walking into the dealership felt like arriving at a surprise party where I was both the guest of honor and the only guest. Randy, the sales manager, the general manager, and Jeff were all there, making me feel more VIP than when I got front-row seats at a comedy show.The last few years for me have been like a gritty reboot in Recovery working on my credit score, turning my life around, all that jazz. Today, I saw the fruits of my labor, and boy, were they sweet. Being treated as a person, not a number, was the cherry on top.Big shoutout to Clemente Hyundai for the red-carpet treatment. I found a car on auto trader & went to look at it on a Saturday. While there I explained I managed a bank & I would just finance there. They said they believed they could match the rate. They could & if get $1000 as well. So I agreed to finance with them. The car had a paint spot chipped & they agreed to fix it at their cost if we bought that day & the car had to go to shop still so I knew there would be a wait. On Wednesday I had a missed call from them but the voicemail was 2 seconds long & it was just them hanging up. So Thursday on my day off I called back & there was no record of anyone calling me. I said I had purchased this vehicle & wasn't sure if they were calling with an update. They said they didn't know. By Saturday (one week after purchasing) I had not heard anything so I reached out & was told someone from the service area would give me a call (they NEVER called me back). My boyfriend called later in the day & they said the sales guy would call him back. He did not receive a call. Monday morning they called my boyfriend & said the car was being detailed & he would call him in a few days. So my issue is my boyfriend is NOT on the loan or anything with the car & they called HIM back not me! MAJOR privacy issue there & being where I work private & security is a big deal to me. I looked at the paperwork & noticed the rate on the car was higher than the rate I was told they would match so they lied about matching my rate! They finally dropped the car off to me on Wednesday & I noticed the paint spot wasn't fixed. I called & spoke with my salesman was told the paint guy was only there on Friday. I said the car was there on a Friday so why wasn't it done. I was told I would have to bring it back on Friday (myself.. while I do work a full time job) & they would fix it.My attorney called & they said they couldn't talk to her if she isn't on the loan. She informed them that they sure called my boyfriend & gave him information when he wasn't on it. So they did speak with her. They said someone had explained they gave me the best rate that was NOT the case (check cameras). But they will be fixing the paint spot this week. They deliberately ignored speaking with me & have been unprofessional, rude, & absolutely awful with their lack of communication with me yet happily going against my privacy speaking to my boyfriend without my consent. I will NEVER recommend them.

The best price you will find! Exceptional sales team. Our sales associate was Tristan professional, patient, and personable, I ve already referred friends to him! The sales manager, Ben, made sure he stopped in to introduce himself as another point of contact for anything I might need in the future. Jeff in finance made everything very easy and had everything prepared and ready to go prior to me coming in. If I could leave a 10 review I would best car buying experience I ve ever had.

My wife and I came in to look at a specific car we saw online. We were immediately greeted by Tristan and he asked us how he could help. He didn't push anything in our faces, or insist on selling us anything we didn't want, rather he made kind conversation as they prepared the only car we wanted to see. When we saw the car it was exactly what we thought it would be based off the website. It's the first car we looked at in our search but we've been so impressed that we don't even want to go anywhere else. Amazing! Very happy with our experience, thanks Tristan!

What a great buying experience! My sales person Tristan took time to ensure I knew all of the functions on my car before I drove off. All the managers & finance staff made me feel at home & comfort with my purchase. They let me choose and were not pushy at all! Definitely recommend Clement Hyundai for a great buying experience!

Salesmen Josh and Anthony at Clement Hyundai were absolutely amazing at getting my husband into his new vehicle. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered every question we had. Coming into the dealership my husband was a little nervous. Josh made sure my husband was comfortable and helped him to relax before picking his vehicle. I had a great experience leasing our new Palisade. Tristan was very informative and trustworthy. He was easy going and had a laid back approach which made it one of the best car buying experiences I ve had. Jeff in finance was very knowledgeable and made the paperwork smooth and easy. Not a good experience. Showed up to my appointment. Turns out they took the vehicle to another state. Sales man was very rude, and pushy. Tried to tell me what I want in a truck and what I don t. Was supposed to be a dodge specialist. To me maybe he should stick to service instead of sales. Due to both these issues I went to another dealership and found a much better deal. The vehicle I went to look at was over price at Clement and had damages that were hidden on advertisement for truck. Much better experience at Napelton. Take your money somewhere else and get a better deal and a better experience.

Great experience buying at Clement Hyundai. Tristan and Kaylyn went above and beyond helping us into a vehicle for our son. Both are very knowledgeable in their profession and had all the answers for our questions and/or concerns. If you re looking for a true no hassle experience, this is the place to go. Management and finance were also great. Highly recommended!!!! 5

I loved how straightforward and authentic everything was! After dealing with other dealerships it was a relief to get answers right away without having to deal with the process of how they wanted the process to go! We got to work with Sasha and she was very genuine. We had to bring the kiddos with; everyone was really understanding and chill with the children attempting to be patient!

I would give zero stars if I could. We test drove a blue 2017 Ram Outdoorsman. My girlfriend love the truck. As it was late in the day she put a deposit down to hold it. We had set up a time to pick it up on the following Saturday. They was going to have it inspected and detailed. Saturday before we left they informed me it needed a brake rotor and it would be ready by Tuesday when I got off work. Monday right before they closed they called to say they couldn t sellMe the truck because the transmission went out. 64000 miles, didn t slip when test drove, passed inspection. We all know it was sold out from under us. Even the sales guy said he played phone tag. Doesn t sound like he bought the excuses either. We drove several hours for this truck for nothing and wasted a lot of gas as well

Kurt was extremely help and thorough when purchasing a vehicle. He was not high pressure and very knowledgeable during our buying experience. We started our search back in February. This dealership was our first stop. After checking out other dealerships we came back here. I typically don t like pushy sales people so I appreciated Kaylyn s easy going approach. Everyone else we interacted with, Ben & Jeff, were pleasant and professional!

Dillon took good care of me. Got me into a ride at a good price even with interest rates through the roof these days.Update: Promises were made and not followed through on. I feel as if they would say whatever to get me to sign on the dotted line, but once I did nothing else mattered. Love the vehicle, no issues there, but we haven't been able to drive it much since it's been nearly 3 weeks and thet still haven't completed the registration.

I went to check out a Palisade. I went in and found a really friendly team and ended up working with Melissa. She was eager to answer all my questions and get me any information needed. She arranged a test drive and that was almost all for me! The car was exactly what I wanted and Melissa and the team made paperwork fast and easy. It was a good experience and I d be happy to go back when I m ready.

Sean was super kind and helpful, this was my time buying and car and he took the time to answer all my questions and explain every detail. He was never pushy and made sure I was sure every step of the way. And Ben the manager was super helpful as well and took the time to explain everything that the dealership guarantees with the new car. They both were amazing in the entire process and I could not recommend them both more.

Let me tell you all about the amazing experience I had with Clement Hyundai Wentzville . Ethan and Jeff gave me an experience I never thought I would have at a car dealership. I walked in knowing what I wanted and what my budget was. Not only did they deliver what I wanted they got me below the number I needed for monthly payments. I was literally in tears leaving the dealership in the car I had prayed for. Ethan is the most amazing salesman I know he made me feel like what I wanted mattered. He educated me about my vehicle explained the ins and outs through the whole process. Jeff came in after Ethan had already had me sold with the warranty and the features of the SUV and sealed the deal with an amazing deal that I was very proud to sign for. Listen call them and let them work their magic on you! They are truly heaven sent and they will make sure they do everything to get you what you need and want. I appreciate them both! Thank you guys for being the salesperson that everyone should have an experience with.

Dillon was an excellent salesman! Very professional and never pushing something we didn't want. In and out with a brand new car in less than 3 hrs! Anthony was very nice, straight forward and honest. I really appreciated that when he didn t know, he told me he didn t know, and he found out the information instead of providing inaccurate information. He was honest and told me this is his first EV sale and he clearly did his homework! Would definitely return to this dealership and sales people!
