Parts department is quick to answer, fast to solutions, and follows up when they say they will. They can get a ton of Perkins parts same day, cheaper than I could find anywhere online (and I m thorough).

I ve actually used them to fix a bunch of things over last few years. I am an owner operator and I come back almost for all my repairs. They do quality work. They do not work with any warranty issues so if I have a warranty covered item I have to use Peterbilt or Kenworth. The St Louis Peterbilts (CIT) are probably worst shop I ve ever dealt with. (Except Body Shop they are good) but repair shop is absolutely terrible and for many many reasons. Clark isn t any cheaper than Peterbilt but the quality is what you would expect for that kind of money. They are professional, good skills, honest, quality work, Their service managers Ken during days, Chris at night are honest professional know what s going on in their shops. So time lines they give are prompt and accurate. They don t get you in and then keep extending your completion time. They get all my business unless it s warranty work and if I have to do a dealer I drive all the way to Troy Illinois Kenworth for dealership they are best in St Louis area if you have to use a dealer for warranty. It is very hard to find a well run big truck repair outfit and I ve used about everything in STL and southern Illinois and Clark is way above the rest. They are all expensive and so is Clark but fact is atleast with Clark they are honest and punctual and quality for your money. Plus it s organized and they have never in two years extended the time line they originally told me. Chris and Ken are best service managers I ve ever dealt with. They also never play the rule out the problem where 4 things got replaced because they couldn t diagnose it. These are real mechanics not code reading guessers!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Good enough customer service and knowledgeable but for some reason they could not look up a TCM of my Chevy Duramax off of a VIN number or didn't want to unless I brought my truck in for a 3 week waiting list to get looked at....???Was more than happy to pay for the part and the service of the to flash and reprogram the new TCM but why would I need to wait 3 weeks for them to look at it? Any shop can install a TCM after it's been flashed and reprogrammed....

These guys are top notch. Ken the service writer is a great guy. The tech. that replaced my power divider did a great job, very professional. I asked questions and he didn't talk down to me just explained things (sorry I forgot the techs. name). Labor rates are very fair. They even took me to the motel and picked me up. All in all great place. I'll have my trucks go here when anyone is in the area.

Manager Kurt(sp) is very rude. Also the service department cannot decide on the status of a truck. One day it says its good , the next says it's not.

Disappointed. Took a part here to be worked on asked for estimate, told around $250. Next day get a call and they said should be around $250 the second time, need to verify its ok to work on. Told them to call me if run into any other issues or if it would be more. Get a call later in the day saying part is finished, $524. Asked what happen, no real response, talked to manager Kurt, didn't seem to care. A new part is $650. Lesson learned.

We use Clarke Power for service on our route truck. The guys there are top notch. Rob in the service department has gone above and beyond for us multiple times. I can't say enough good things about them!

This guys did a good job at 1st until they couldn't figured out the problem with my truck, it broke down 3 times for the same reason, they didn't fix it but they did charge me a pretty penny by the way
