Great experience using Caliber. My car looks great. They called and provided updates so I never needed to call to check on my repairs. Jodee was super helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Went here for warranty work for century jeep. The repair started to rust after 2 years. Went back and they told me they weren't going to guarantee their own work even though it says all their work is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Update - Changed to 4 stars. They got ahold of me and are now fixing it.

Brought my Challenger RT to this Caliber Collision after being treated horribly at another Caliber location. They listened to my concerns over the mismatched paint from the Other Caliber and agreed with my assessment. Amy and Jay really went above and beyond on my car. They got me in immediately and had my car done in only a few days. Today it looks brand new!! Great Job to the staff at THIS Caliber Location. Remember folks not all collision shops are the same even if it's the same name over the door. Some people still care about quality.

Caliber Collision went above and beyond with my SUV. I was sent up-to-date text messages, and I was able to know what was happening with my vehicle in real time. I got my SUV back earlier than expected. And my vehicle looks amazing. This is my second time using caliber collision, and I wouldn t go anywhere s else. Thank you again to Caliber Collision.

Our insurance company recommended Caliber, and after researching other local repair shops, we decided on Caliber because they were honest on when they could schedule our vehicle. They kept us informed of the progress during the repair process. When I picked up our repaired vehicle, it looked excellent. Their guarantee is yet to be tested. The person at the desk explained the repair process and the repair charges to my satisfaction. If we ever need a major car body repair again, this Caliber shop will be our first choice.

I had my car damaged in September of this year. Most shops in the STL area were booked to not even have an assessment done until late October, early November. I was luckily able to happen upon this Caliber location during a business trip through Wentzville. I called and they were able to get me in for an assessment the very next day. Got the Vehicle back early December but I have 0 complaints because the industry as a whole is having a hard time getting parts in for vehicle repair. I also know if I hadn't gotten lucky and got in when there was availability, instead of driving my vehicle happily now already early December, the other shops would have easily been January or later.100% highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

Buyer Beware. I took my vehicle there after a crash. They walked around it at first, telling me the bumper and quarter panel would need to be replaced. They said they would do a estimate and send it to me. I then told them the insurance company had already done a photo estimate. They then told me they couldn't do an estimate, that they had to work off the insurance companies estimate. They never sent me any estimate, never contacted me about what repairs they were doing. When I was told the repairs were done, I asked them what was done. They didn't replace the bumper or quarter panel and told me they were repaired. When I asked them about it, they said that is what the insurance company authorized. When I challenged that statement and asked about the quality of the repair, they said it was a perfectly acceptable repair. Thats what I want from the companies I do business with, perfectly acceptable!!! The repairs look fine, just don't think it is what they would have done if I was paying for it.

Very professional and pleasant to work with. My completion date got pushed back multiple times (due to no fault of theirs), but they were always right on top of communication and sending texts quickly. we are new here, had to have a window replaced and Caliber went above and beyond, from the front office to the shop it could not have been smoother for us. A larger "glass" company could not do the work for 3 weeks and ironically enough had an estimate for just under our insurance deductible. Caliber and the fine folks that work there got me a price thursday and had the glass and time to change it out Friday, for a fraction of the price, if you need some work done do not hesitate to call them, they are amazing!

I have a small hole in my front bumper where someone backed into it with a trailer hitch (or something). This was the second place that I stopped.Mostly-empty parking lot and an empty bay. There was three employees when I walked in and no customers. One on the phone, but two office guys BSing. One looks at me like a deer in headlights - Okay I guess I ask I speak with him? Who knows. I greeted him and before I can even finish my sentence, he says well do you have an appointment? No I dont - Im just looking for a quick look and ballpark. Yeah, sorry we dont do anything without an appointment. Seriously, you cant just take a quick glance? Nope, everything is by appointment only. He asked the front desk person for dates available but I told him dont bother. If they are this lazy when nothing is going on, I cant imagine how the actual service would be. I mean really... this is the epitome of laziness and no customer service.This was actually the second shop that I stopped at. I wanted at least two estimates. The first shop was friendly - They looked at the bumper, told me what would likely be involved and said they would be able to do a thorough inspection when I bring it in. What they DID do however, is give me a ballpark and showed that they would be happy to earn my business. The second shop wouldn t lift a finger.I miss the days when it was MoJo s. It would have been no issue at all for the owner or his wife to take a quick look. They used to do great work also.I ll be amazed if this place is in business a year from now.

Body work was fine, but problem with tire was not fixed properly. Had to go in twice and always got the run around. Go somewhere else for collision wheel/tire damage. Customer service is not important to them.Services: Tires, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Body & Trim

Took my daughters Chevy Malibu there after an accident, it needed a new front bumper, quarter panel, headlight, side mirror, amongst other little things not only did we get the car back sooner than expected but they work they did was PHENOMENAL. The parts were perfect and the paint job was amazing.They made the entire process extremely easy and care free from start to finish.Service: Painting

I used Caliber on a recommendation and I was not disappointed. They were attentive to my needs, seemed genuinely concerned and interested when communicating with me. It didn't just seem like they were just doing their job. They cared. Very professional and friendly staff. They even set up my rental for me and it was so stressful free! They kept me updated through the whole process and never kept me waiting for any answers and were actually ahead of schedule getting my truck back to me (which was cleaner than when I brought it in). They were a pleasure to talk to and even were super friendly with my daughter while we waited. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here and will definitely go back! Did a good job repairing my trucks body damage in a reasonable amount of time. If my interior had been clean and not musty smelling I would have given a 5 star rating. The smell makes me want to give 3 but the overall experience warranted a 4.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
