We recently purchased a new Brinkley Model G from Tyler at Bill Thomas. Tyler was quick to respond to our questions and worked with his manager to get the right deal for us. I was very excited that we were able to buy this camper locally and while they weren't the cheapest BT was very close to other dealers across the Midwest. I also had a great experience with the BT Parts team - including Kayla. I wanted to swap hitches on the camper and they were very helpful in determining the right part for my setup. On our pickup day everything went very smoothly. The unit we very clean and operational for PDI. Kevin did a great job showing us the myriad of systems on the coach and while he didn't know it all he was able to cover down on the majority. Ronald was very helpful in the F&I office and wasn't pushy at all with additional products. Finally, getting an in person handshake and thank you from THE Bill Thomas really meant a lot. He certainly didn't have to meet us at the door to personally thank us but he did. It was touching that I was able to tell Bill that my grandfather (recently passed) purchased several campers from BT years ago and now I was doing the same. The interaction was just icing on a great transaction and the final confirmation that we made the correct decision in purchasing from Bill Thomas Camper Sales!

The 3 stars are for the experience we had when purchasing TWO campers combined with the service department's repairs. The Sales Department was great. The service department is terrible! If I could give separate reviews, they would geta zero! I will try to consolidate and give the highlights. They had our RV for a total of 69 days last summer/fall. There was zero communication unless we reached out. They would tell us a date to expect things to be finished, that date would come and go and we would hear nothing. This happened repeatedly. The biggest issue is we had an unknown leak in our outdoor kitchen. Our door-side slide had to be removed and completely rebuilt. We also had a small leak in our bedroom slide. After they "fixed" it, both leaks were so much worse! We took it back and they supposedly fixed the bedroom again...and tried to charge us. It continued to leak and we actually had to start sleeping with slide in. My husband eventually found the problem and repaired it himself. It had not been caulked correctly so water would pour in every time it rained. The off-door slide started having issues when trying to put it out. This is the one that they charged thousands of dollars to fix. Now we are almost 1,000 miles from the dealership and it's broken. We will have to try and get a remote tech to repair it. They also put staple and screw holes everywhere when doing the rebuild. Our fireplace was no longer attached and it was full of screws when we got it back. I could go on and on, but these are the main issues. All I can say is customer service ended when they got our money. During thr process, I emailed the company and the GM called. He ensured me that he would follow up and I never heard from him again.

Purchasing our camper through Bill Thomas Camper Sales was a top notch experience. Anthony was very professional and guided my wife and I through the whole experience. Ronald in finance was very detailed and really took the time to explain everything. Greg was very thorough and patience during our walk through. Greg had that ability to know when I wasn t quite sure on a process or function of our new camper. The parts team even took the time out to confirm if a slide topper would work on a particular slide. We are very happy with our purchase and happy to be a customer. Thank you, Todd

Highly impressed by the service and character of everyone involved with Bill Thomas! My wife and I visited to shop for a travel trailer to get back into RV'ing and we decided to make BT our first stop. We were so happy with our experience that we didn't want to go anywhere else! Tyler did an excellent job showing us exactly what we wanted...as well as a couple of units to compare them to. Ronald was instrumental in locking down our financials and Scott was welcoming while leading the way. Once we purchased, Greg assisted with our final walk through and provide all of the how-to's and why-for's in RV ownership while Matt got our unit road ready by installing sway bars, lengthening our tow chains and setting our hitch. This is a great team that treats you like you're the captain of the ship even if you may not know the first thing about sailing. We are life long customers from here on out!

Bill Thomas is the only place I consider for my camper needs. I've bought both a bumper pull and most recently a 5th wheel from them. By far the best service around. Tyler in sales was excellent, professional and friendly and Ronald the finance guy was as well. Great management team and willing to work with us on all our questions. They walk you through the whole camper soup to nuts and explain how everything works as well as go with you to do a test drive to make sure you are comfortable and feel safe pulling it. I've been to many other camping dealerships where all the care about is getting the sale. I recommend Bill Thomas to all my friends and family and it's the only place I'll go!

My wife and I highly recommend Bill Thomas RV if you are looking for a new travel trailer! We worked with Dale through the shopping process and he was wonderful. No pressure, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their entire staff was awesome and in the end we got the perfect trailer for us and at a great price! We recommended them to our neighbors when we began the buying process and they traded in their existing trailer and bought an upgraded model! They also enjoyed the process. You won't go wrong with Bill Thomas RV!

After a few years of looking at travel trailers we finally pulled the trigger and purchased a new travel trailer from Bill Thomas. We had been in touch with Tyler for a few years and he was very patient guiding us to find the perfect fit for our family. This guy knows campers!! All the staff at Bill Thomas very friendly and we felt comfortable as newbies as they guided us through all the steps. All of our questions and concerns were met and we are very glad we chose Bill Thomas. We would highly recommend Bill Thomas to anyone.

Amazing sales experience in every way !! The entire team was outstanding albeit three employees stood out: Scott in sales, Ron in the business department and Bill in the delivery services. No hard sales pressure and we were able to look at several RVs as Scott showed us several options and we finally purchased an Airstream Caravel as it met all our requirements.There was never any pressure to purchase a unit, a rare experience when purchasing an expensive unit.If you re looking for an RV, I strongly recommend you visit Bill Tomas sales.

My husband and I just bought a preowned Airstream Bambi Sport. We were blown away by the service we received at Bill Thomas. Scott, Kayla, Bill, and Ronald are all excellent at what they do and treated us like friends. We even got to meet Bill Thomas himself while we were there. This is our first airstream purchase. We love it and If we decide to buy again it will only be from Bill Thomas and we have recommended them to many of our friends and family already.

We had a great experience! We came to the store with no intentions of buying here and driving out of town to get a camper! however they went above and beyond for us! We didn t give too many options for Tyler to talk because this was not our first rodeo and we knew exactly what we wanted but he exceeded still! Thanks for making us even more of a happy camper!!

Worked with Tyler, Ronald, Kayla, and Conner to find a travel trailer that met my needs. Everyone was friendly and invested in my experience not only prior to the sale but afterwards too. I like the transparency and willingness to answer questions and show how to properly use all the features on the trailer so that there's no confusion the first time you go to use it. I would definitely buy from here again.

We have been visiting Bill Thomas RV for years for both service and to look at new Airstreams. Their service department has been great to work with and always completes everything. In a timely manner.We finally found a larger tow vehicle and we re ready to buy a larger AS.The sales team has been great and very patient with me over the years.If you are not close, Bill Thomas is worth the drive.

We just purchased a new Reflection 303 RLS. Our sales person Tyler and our set up technician Kevin did a great job! Tyler worked with us to get a great deal and Kevin especially did an amazing job walking us through how to use our first 5th wheel. This is a great place to purchase a camper. This is our second purchase here and both experiences have been excellent!

My wife and I couldn t be happier about our experience buying our camper!From our salesperson Amy to our walkthrough tech Bill we felt right at home! Didn t feel any pressure to buy, the team is well educated in everything camper and answered all our questions and was very patient. And before I left with my new home away from home I was given a very comprehensive overview of my camper so I could feel confident in my towing set up and all of the features the camper has to offer !There is no question that I will refer everybody to Bill Thomas Camper Sales!

The easiest Big purchase I have ever had . My salesman was Steve and the dude was absolutely amazing I also dealt with Ciarra who was very sweet and knowledgeable . I was Amazed by the process they have and the service that comes along with it . Bill was super knowledgeable and helpful with the walk around of our camper and answered any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase . Top Notch Quality all around and will gladly do business with them Again !!!

We had an amazing experience buying our Airstream Basecamp 20X REI 2024 from Bill Thomas Camper Sales - First, we met Ciarra, who made a great first impression that drew us in to explore more options with them. Next, the salesperson Anthony took over our account and he was very patient and helpful. He showed us different models during three visits and he did not pressure us at all.Once we decided to buy, the finance manager Ronald found the best rate for us and explained every detail of our finance plan options. He was very clear and friendly. He made the process easy and smooth. After that, the delivery coordinator Kayla arranged the delivery of our camper with care. She communicated with us well and made sure everything was ready.On delivery, Bill shared his unbelievable knowledge and expertise with us during the training on our new camper. He answered all of our questions without us even asking. He was very thorough and informative. He taught us everything we needed to know to get started with our camper.We are very happy with our new Airstream Basecamp 20X REI camper and we highly recommend Bill Thomas Camper Sales - to anyone looking for a camper. They have a great team and they provide excellent service.

We had a wonderful and very smooth experience at Bill Thomas Campers buying our first 5th wheel! Tyler, who handled the sales part, is great! We had add-ons done there, andKayla was great with any questions we had. The day we picked up our rv, Connor went over everything with us and made sure we became familiar with the unit. He's very thorough.Everyone we dealt with was super! And we even got to stay overnight there in our new rv. Any questions or concerns would be addressed in the morning. It's a great company we are totally impressed with! Thank you all!

Had a great experience with the folks at Bill Thomas RV. Started at the St Louis RV show where we met Ryan and he got us in the perfect RV, Reflection 28RL fifth wheel. Ryan made the whole purchase process stress free and unpressured. Did our walk-thru with Bill and had a great time. Bill was very knowledgeable and patient while he answered our myriad of questions. It was great to be able to hook up and take a first time drive with the RV while having Bill with us. The RV was spotless inside and out. We spent the night at the dealer to be able to run through everything and the next morning found a one of the thermostats was broken. Pointed it out to Bill and he had it replaced and working in 5 minutes. Cannot forget about Ronald in finance. Again he made the normal stressful part of the purchase very relaxing. Everyone we met at the dealership introduced themselves and were very professional.

Skip your trip to Camping World and go straight to Bill Thomas Camper Sales!! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot our experience has been 10/10!! Our needs and wants were very specific and instead of pointing us in the direction of the most expensive units, Ciarra our sales person actually listened and recommended a unit that was used but coming in later that month (we were thrilled!). In the meantime we checked out a couple other 5th wheels but were not happy with the dealerships. Long story, short we decided we wanted to buy from this dealership based on our short experience after walking through their doors and it was no mistake!! When the unit came in, Ciarra was on Vacation but Steve was happy to help us, and we had another great experience with him! Everyone from the sales team, Ronald in finance, to the Tech team and in between are amazing people who love what they do, and want you to be happy AND comfortable with your new Camper! They gave us DOUBLE what Camping World offered for our trade-in AND they have NO HIDDEN FEES!We did our last walk through with Greg from the tech department and he was great, funny and VERY knowledgeable about the camper and pulling it. They take you out for a test drive to make sure you feel good and encourage you to stay a night in their full hook up lot incase there is anything you find that needs to be fixed in the am, or just have questions! First time fifth wheel owners and we feel very comfortable towing, and living in this bad boy! If you are questioning buying here, this is your sign to do it!! Ready Go Dog Show and our pack of 15 pups will be comfortable doing shows non stop from July to November in our 2021 Grand Design Momentum 381M!! Simply put, to buy an RV anywhere other than BT Thomas is a mistake. The level of customer service is second-to-none. I am a picky and discerning customer, yet I found myself saying "wow, this is more than I ever expected" on more than one occasion. BT Thomas, thank you. For everything. I cannot say enough about our experience at Bill Thomas Camper Sales. The ENTIRE staff is truly amazing and genuinely cares about their customers. Dale truly listened to what we wanted and made some points that we hadn't considered that absolutely changed the route we took. The best sales experience I have ever had. Greg was very thorough on our walk through and test drive, taking the time to make sure we understood every inch and feature and even gave us some tips for living in it full time because he used to be a full timer also! Ronald made the closing a breeze and gave great explanations on every detail and Kayla was very helpful when purchasing accessories. If you're in the market for any type of camper, you'd be mistaken to go anywhere else!

Best experience ever. It s good to see some companies still provide amazing customer service. We bought a used RV, our sales person Amy was very good about pointing out the good and the potential pit falls we might encounter in the future. Then went through the RV and replaced everything that needed to be. Tires, battery, even added stuff like latch s for the out door cubby doors. Jesse our finance guy worked with us and before I knew it we had purchased our first RV. It could not have been simpler. The day we picked up the RV the spent nearly 4 hours with us, even took us for a test drive so I could get the feel of driving a trailer. After that they took us shopping and outfitted us with everything we needed. Didn t try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn t need. They introduced us to the staff in the customer service department. This place is amazing. I give this a 10 star rating.

Awesome experience from the whole BT crew, from my first visit 6 months ago to my back and forth trips throughout the summer/fall and finally to today where my family and I picked up our new Ibex camper. We were treated well by all sales crew, finance department and technician explanation and demonstration. Very thorough and helpful throughout the whole processes. Glad I could get a good quality trailer and support BT camper, after hearing how well Mr. Thomas treats his employees was an added plus knowing I m not buying from a scummy dealership as well! Thanks BT Campers for everything, already looking forward to our future business with you.
