This location is awesome! Sarah turned my day around completely and held my hand through the process of getting my car up and running again! She is so patient and knowledgeable! Will definitely recommend this spot and her specifically to anyone!

Trash they never have anything you actual need and everything is outrageously priced for poor quality. As a former employee you better off going to orileys or Amazon way cheaper. And I'm not writing this because I'm upset just giving honest opinion since I can.

My sincere thanks and gratitude for the outstanding help I received from Cody and another employee. My Cadillac Deville engine, read hot on my trip from St. Louis to Quincy September 4. They checked several times within an hour before removing the Coolant cap.I want them to know I drove home to Quincy with absolutely no problem.God bless you guysMary Lou

Always super knowledgeable and helpful! Max has helped us multiple times with both headlights and batteries. Definitely the place to go for parts and small little fixes that you don t need a garage for. They make what has the potential to be a major headache an easy solution.

Had a good experience at the wentzville autozone today. Vince took really good care of me on a problem I was having with returning some warranty brake shoes. They were super busy and short staffed but he took the time to get my problem solved and get me the other parts I needed. Great parts guy, great service.

This place is garbage 0 star if it were possible. The employees are non educated on any products. The employees are rude and act as if they don t even want to be here and to top it off when you call they just pick up and don t say anything. Then my order was completely wrong. Just go to o Reilly s.

I came in for a replacement headlights for my car. I was expecting to com look through a book or have to Google what bulbs I needed but I was instead greeted by multiple employees to offer their help. Sarah took the time to explain to me the difference in each of the bulbs to make sure I made the right choice. She educated me on the importance of using bulb Grease and not only installed both bulbs for me but showed me how to do it. Not that long ago another employee showed me how to install my wiper blades. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for teaching me!

Went last night around 9:30. The person working the register kept leaving the store while my husband was inside. My husband took his items to the register and the employee went back inside to ring him up (I'm sitting in the truck looking into the store). The man rang up the items and then literally walked out of the store and got into a car parked two places over from mine. This was BEFORE my husband put his card into the machine. The transaction finished and then of course there is no receipt. So my husband literally had to go behind the counter and get his receipt while the employee sits in the back seat of this car next to mine. Insanity! We are honest people but we could have literally walked out with the items and no one would have been the wiser.

The night/weekend manager was my saving grace. It is my honest opinion that this man is overworked and underpaid. Strictly observational, bc he said nothing but nice things about the store and staff. His help saved me from a bad weekend when I was hours away from home and I hope his superiors read this and realize how great of an employee he is. Thanks again bro bro!(I think Dan was your name)

The guy that was ringing us out legitimately fell asleep at the register after saying that the other part that we needed was not in stock. I asked another employee and it certainly was in stock- that person helped us install the part as well.

Wow. What an AMAZING experience I had today! I went in because my engine light was on. A young gal was very eager to help and assisted me right away. She hooked the computer up and explained what codes were showing up and what they could possibly mean. It was a simple fix so she got me what I needed and I was on my way. I would have never guessed it was her FIRST DAY!! She was very well educated and the lady training her was so kind as well. Hands down the best experience I ve ever had when it comes to my vehicle!

Vincent made it clear he would get the battery replaced in my car fob, and he did. It wasn t easy, not a big sale, but GREAT customer service. When I came back to find out who the manager was to let her know, we found out we both were nurses. I ll be back.

I came in needing something done as simple as running a diagnostics test when my check engine light came on, but I had no idea what I'm doing. Brandon helped me out very quickly and with great customer service. He made it a very easy and very pleasant experience. Service was so good that I made sure to call back and leave a good review for my experience. Will definitely be coming back if I have a need in the future.

Go to Troy, please don't waste your time here. Especially if you're female. Guy did his best to tell me I had a V8 when I knew good and well it's a f!ng v6 bought brand new off the lot. He even argued about the year. So, wrong f!ng battery, another trip to Troy. That guy had it figured out in 30 seconds. Never again.

We were in need of some assistance, we called over the phone to verify what we needed was in stock, we get there and and the entire staff was very helpful. We had one of those situations where the problem just didn t make sense, so we were eliminating possibilities by process of elimination. It was hot and a long day with multiple trips back to Autozone., One of those return trips was due to the wrong size parts was picked out by one of the employees. When we had returned to the store the correct sized parts we actually needed they only had one, and we needed two, they had other compatible parts that would work but the cost was significantly greater. One of the employees Heath went above and beyond matched the price of the less expensive parts. We were shocked by the superior customer service we received, we will definitely return to this Autozone location in particularly in the future due to Heath s and the rest of the staffers extraordinary service through out the day s multiple visits. I wish we would of gotten everyone s name to mention on Sunday August 7th, 2022 Wentzville Mo location.

Me. Trenton at the Wentzville location is the kindest worker there! He is thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate him very much for all his help the last couple weeks as I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my vehicle!! I purchased an remanufactured alternator a month ago that had failed and this location processed a replacement without any trouble whatsoever. In addition I purchased a battery less than a year ago and they replaced it as well. No hassles.Thank you for the Outstanding Customer Service.

awesome customer service! Monica was amazing I had no idea what i was doing and she tested my battery confirmed it was dead and jump started my car so i could get home lol. 10/10 recommend
