Quoted a 2 hour wait just to have the white van even pulled in. At this point there was no car on the inside oil change line, but several employees standing around chit chatting. I was trying to get my 80 year old Grammas oil changed while she shopped, having her wait more than 2 hours while your employees are standing around chatting is reprehensible. Never attempting their auto services again.

Kid zipped my wheel lugs off with the torque wrench and somehow baced the wheel lug out of the hub. So I had to drive away with it clanging around until I could get home to fix it. Also broke my center hub cap.

Fast enough for the moment but almost put the wrong tire on the wrong side. As soon as it was pointed out the manager's was outside. To assist it seems like the job is getting handled.

Went to get a tire patched said they couldn t do it so I bought a new tire, when they took my spare off they just threw it in the trunk and crushed my stuff in the trunk instead of putting it where it was supposed to be placed underneath.

I paid extra here for the oil change that includes checking and filling the other fluids and vacuuming the interior but I only received the most basic oil change without the other services. Plus I took a battery here to have it tested and the technician peeled off and lost my sticker they require, there for voiding my warranty on it

Absolutely horrible. I will NOT be taking my vehicle back. Very upset with the service. It took the cashier FOREVER to even get me checked in. He has no idea what he was doing. And then when I went to checkout he told me nothing about my vehicle. They didn't even rotate my tires like I'd asked because one of them had something in it. And as I was checking out the cashier didn't tell me that there was something in my tire and he also didn't even tell me that they didn't rotate my tires. Very upset with their service. I used to take vehicles here years ago and got great service. Now it's just a joke. And very unsafe to not inform me that something was in my tire. They just expected me to drive off and have no idea. I guess it's my own fault for going to Walmart and not a actually tire and lube place. I guess now I know for next time.

Great with tires... THEY DO NOT DO BREAKS!!! Got told this after I asked if they could look at them after the tire was off and let me know if they eventually need work! THEY DO NOT DO BREAKS!!! I don't think I'd trust them with anything but tires.

Products and prices are typically equitable with others in the area. Their service needs a major overhaul. The labor force consistently demonstrates very little regard to customer service and a general lack of caring how it reflects on the store, or Walmart as a whole. Shop workers have little or no interest in problem solving. The general attitude hinges more on problem or work avoidance. I periodically give them a chance every couple of years to perform service on our tires or vehicles, and they continue to disappoint.

Usually very quick with any service and the staff are friendly. I always recommend the road hazard warranty when purchasing tires because Walmart honors their policies about free tire replacement. We have had to use it several times over the years. We won't buy tires anywhere else.

Pros: very kind, clear, doesn't throw in any surprise costs. I didn't make an appointment, I just showed up, they were kind enough to let me get an oil change that day.I picked the oil I wanted. They vacuumed my car. They changed my Windshield wipers. Gave me the okay on some of the under the hood stuff.Cons: I was there about 1.5 hours. Which isn't awful since I just showed up with no appointment. The -1 star comes from the fact someone left an oil stain handprint on my light grey interior.Overall, will be returning. Maybe investing in a powerful upholstery cleaner.

Brought a flat tire in. They checked it and didn't find any leak so they put sealer on it and didn't charge me anything. Great attitude and service!! Thanks!

If I could give a negative number, I would! Service writer obviously isn't cut out for dealing with customers. If you do not want to work with the public, or are too good for the job you were hired to do, get out from behind the counter, and find a job that doesn't deal with people on a regular basis.

Good price for oil change. Staff is friendly. Only down side is having to wait 1+ for oil change both Times I ve been here

Average. You get what you pay for and nothing extra. Guys could be more hospitable but I guess people think they need to act a certain way working in certain industries.

Best priced oil change and tire services any where. Service can be slow sometimes but, as we all know, schedules and labor hours available are dictated by Bentonville.

Not a bad place to go for a simple tire patch. I do not recommend purchasing tires at wal mart supercenter.

They're pretty fast hete
