*Used Car experience* Overall, we had a good experience buying through this smaller dealership. There was low pressure when looking at cars and going through the test driving process. We worked with Preston, he was very nice, personable, and professional. The only word of caution I have is to make sure that when buying a used car through them to be very clear about the warranties that are offered and to get as much done before the car is driven off the lot. Just so you know exactly what you're getting.They were open to negotiation and willing to work with us to meet us in the budget we had. We really appreciated that because we were buying the car in less than ideal circumstances.I will say that this dealership puts alot of maintenance into the vehicles before they are for sale, but when we bought the car we still had to get 4 engine recalls checked. We thought this would have been apart of the normal maintenance of the car so that was another hassle after the fact. However, we are very happy with our purchase as it is a huge upgrade from what we were driving before.Preston is very good with taking care of customers after the initial purchase, and would consider them again if we were to look for another car. Cliffton went above and beyond to help us, as well as the staff at the Joplin location. We also had issues a few days after getting the car and they were quick to respond, address the situation and take steps to get everything resolved. One of more enjoyable experiences I've had!

Was looking to buy a reliable car for a good price in this tough market. Preston and Cliffton were extremely helpful and nice, and I ended up buying a car from them for a great price. The car was super clean and all recommended maintenance had been performed before it was put up for sale. Overall great experience.

I have purchased many many cars over my years but my last purchased from Roper Honda of Webb City was the BEST! Clifton was amazing! Made a deal that we BOTH was happy about.

Purchased a vehicle today from Preston Carpino. The entire transaction was very short BUT THOROUGH. Preston and Clifton offered a professional but very relaxed and comfortable experience. At no point did we feel pressured in any way to take a deal we weren't 100% comfortable with or look at any vehicles we weren't interested in. Preston and Clifton made it easy to ask questions and were forth coming with all information and options. Roper Honda of Webb City is a place I would be confident sending family/friends!
