Needed really nice hardware for my Aluminum New Racing maggs. They had plenty for me at a good price. Looks SssOoooo Great . They're always there for my needs and have Good Information about whatever I'm doing

Had new tires put on the work truck and asked them to look at the brakes too since they squeaked a bit. "There's still life on the pads" is what I was told but sure enough a few weeks go by and I hear metal on metal when I brake. Had another shop look at em and its the piston grinding away the rotor now... Any more use and brake fluid is gonna shoot out and fail to stop but all the shops in the area are 3 weeks out now. THANKS REEVES!!! Oh and they couldn't even do an alignment on my truck.

Ryan and his team did an AMAZING job installing a lift & new tires on my wifes Jeep. The quality & speed of the job they did was very impressive. I will take all of our vehicles to Ryan and his team at Reeves Tire & Auto, and encourage everyone I know to do the same. Thank you Ryan for making our experience nothing short of exceptional!

Great, fast and friendly service. They had my new tires on and alignment done in less than an hour and a half!Travis is very helpful and kind.I called them at almost 3:00 p.m. and they got me in the same day.Highly recommend!

The worst service I have had in a very long time. Took a car in for a inspection. Pretty much lie to our face about 800 bucks for false repairs. I took it to my personal mechanic for a second opinion and just like I thought everything was fine. I have had good luck with the one on 7th Street in Joplin. Do not trust these guys in web. They are in it for your money. Also seen another review with the same type of stuff going on. They are ripping you off. Stop coming here

Making the long drive back to Mississippi from visiting the parents, while squeezing in a semi final 6A football playoff game to watch my son play.. and.. 3 roofing screws in my new tire. I stopped in Webb City and asked where a person could get a tire fixed. I was pointed to Reeves tire and auto. They got me right in, the tech who did the work patched it properly and checked all the other tires for more screws. (He found one). Then he adjusted all my tire pressures. They got it done fast enough that I m writing this from the bleachers. First class service and technically correct work. It doesn t get better. It s a long way from my home and I still might buy tires there. They deserve the business.

Found a way to not use the warranty my dad paid for on the tires on my car tried to say i never had it aligned but i have a resite from a place saying i did 2 times and they still wouldn't let me use the warranty and now i have to spend $215 for a new tire i hate this place they dont even deserve a 1 stare rating

Always a good experience here. I've bought many sets of tires here over the last 10 years and will continue to take my business to them. I've also had inspections and oil changes here. They are busy because they are good, so expect a reasonable wait time.

Called for an estimate and was met with exceptional service. They were able to get the tires we needed ordered and in the shop the next day so we were able to get back on the road in essentially less than 24 hours. Highly recommend this team!!!

Not from the area we bought an old camper in Webb City. As soon as we pulled out with it the tires were flat. We limped it to the nearest tire place which was Reeves. They didn t have our tire size in stock but they told us where we could get one nearby. They let us drop the trailer in their lot to get the tires after helping us figure out what size we needed. When we returned they were so friendly and helpful. They charged a very small fee to put the tires on for us and kept us updated while we were waiting. We re so happy we were close to them. If we re ever in this area again we would gladly go back. Excellent service!

I've purchased two sets of tires from Reeves in WC - they are always so helpful in choosing the right product and jumped through all the hoops when I needed to make a claim to the manufacturer. I never have to wait long when coming in for a rotation and everyone is always super nice and polite. Great business to come to for your automotive needs!

These folks have always been good to me and my family. I was recommended to them by a friend when I moved to the Joplin area and I have never been disappointed. They are always timely on their repairs. They have serviced my truck, my wife's car and my motorcycle all at this location. They quote a price and stick to it. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else. They always call me before they make a change or need to do additional work on something, I've even brought them old, rotted dirty tires and wheels. They took them, put new tires on and accepted my business without rebuttal or hesitation. Great bunch of guys and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I do not work there and I have no ties with the business other than I am a loyal customer.

I was forced to stop and get my brakes replaced during a road trip, and found this place and choose it due to the ratings.The price was fair, and I was please with the service at that time. Less than two weeks later I had an issue with my brakes, and living in Chicago, I was completely unprepared and dumbfounded by the the response I received. The manager Oran (I hope I spelled his name correctly), was more than willing to assist me with the issue, and provided a level of customer service that I have never expected or received before.I would strongly recommend this place to to anyone. Thank you for far exceeding my expectations of the customer service is thought I would have received.

After getting my car looked over at the Ford Dealership in Joplin, I was told I needed to get my ball joints replaced. Not wanting to pay what Ford was asking, I shopped around and found Reeves Tire in Webb City. Not only did they quote me a much more reasonable price than Ford did, but when I brought my car in to get the work done, they informed me the ball joints were just fine. So I gave them my business and got my tires aligned and will go back whenever I need work done.These are good, hard working people that you can trust and will treat you right. I'm very pleased with their service!

I have work in the automotive industry for most my life and I can say I am beyond impressed at the professionalism here at Reeves. From the informative sales staff to the fast efficient tire tech. They are worth trying out cause once you do you wont go anywhere else.

Out the door pricing did not include tax. They do you try to sell you tire protection. Asked for 2 but they installed 4 tires. Made it right, but spent over hour and a half getting 2 tires. The tires were in stock and the waiting room is pleasant. They are local and usually competent. If not for the miss understanding I would have given 4 stars.

Always kind, respectful and honest. The lobby is clean and smells like fresh rubber (a plus if you ask me.) And the services are always done quickly and efficiently. Reeves takes the stress out of going to the mechanic cause they don't try and make you worry about your car and spend 500 extra dollars for something that wasn't messed up in the first place..

I took a tire to be plugged. He said he would call me when it was ready. They closed and went home. No call. At 10:30 the next day l finally got my tire. They never did call me. They were very unfriendly and did not bat an eye when they charged me $22.70. I went to another tire shop. They said they charge $10.00 to plug a tire. I will not go to this place again for anything. I missed a days work while they took hours to plug a tire. There were no other cars there either time I was there.

I love this auto shop! They not do all car work but most of it. Travis the manager has been friendly and always tried to save me money without sacrificing quality. Really I truly wish they did everything so I never had to go anywhere else.

For a tire store you can trust, look no further. A local chain with a nice, clean, newer building, comfortable lobby, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. I took my car to a big-box tire shop & had a tire "repaired", but when it kept losing pressure, I took it here & they quickly fixed the problem for a very reasonable cost. They offer many services. Access was okay (for being located on a very busy street), but parking seemed a bit under-sized -- or maybe it's just because they're always busy? which tells you something. (FYI the accessible parking is not fully accessible -- for some reason, the accessible spots are not located next to the striped area in front??)

I have been going to Reeves for over 25 years and have always gotten the best of service from them. They are very knowledgeable about anything related to tires or suspension/steering. They are reasonable in their prices and always call if they find any unforseen problem. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for tires or front end work.

I purchased 4 new tires in Sept at this store. Had tire vibration from the start. I brought the car back in 5 times. They would re balance each time with no results. I requested replacements , but was declined. 4 months and 4,000 miles later, I went to another Firestone dealer 3 miles down the road, and had new replacement tires in 2 hours. The front desk employees at this store need some formal customer training. I dont blame them, its always upper management.

I have always gone to Reeves for service on my Volkswagen. They are always are great to work with. Keep you informed on what s going on with your car while they are working on it! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I've used them several times for tire fixes and oil changes and I have always been so impressed with how kind and courteous they are. They are respectful of my time and very quick to get the job done. Recently, I needed a tire patch and happened to be grocery shopping I thought I'd just let Walmart do it while I was there. Walmart said they couldn't fix it and I needed a new tire! Took it over to Reeves and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Not only are they nicer and cleaner than other places they are also more competent. I won't be taking my car anywhere else in the future!

They were quick and to the point. I went to have a flat fixed. My typical mechanic (he is on the other end of town) usually checks all tires even if I just tell him about one. But these guys did not and over filled the tire I had fixed by 11psi.

Wow, you can certainly trust this company. Our RV trailer tire went flat and we saw no nails or obstructions in the tire. We took it to Reeves for repairs and they discovered it was only a valve issue. Grateful for their expertise and fabulous customer service. Thank you!
