Great trailers! Great customer service. We called ahead, and they had our paperwork done before we showed up. We were in and out and on the road in 15 minutes. Great customer service!

Chris was great! I called and he told me what they had in stock, I went and bought one of the trailers and was very pleased with how friendly he was. He was very patient as I decided what trailer to purchase. Thanks a bunch for a great experience. The trailers they sell are "Stag" and have a good warranty.

I shopped at least 15 suppliers for a utility trailer on the internet and surrounding metropolitan cities. R&S in Webb City had the best trailer, and by far best price. The guys went out of their way to accommodate me. I was impressed with this business. Thank you!!!

Made three calls to R&S on Monday to purchase a trailer. Left a message...waited nearly all day with no call back. Near closing I drove an hour to their location to find Randy sitting at his desk...not returning my call. I spoke to him and he advised he had the trailer I needed coming in this week so I left my name and number and he said he would call. Surprise! No call and no communication of any kind. If the trailer didn t come in give me call and let me know. If it did come in and he didn t call I guess their business is so good they can just blow folks off.Folks, this place is a joke and I recommend finding a dealer that will communicate and treat you right. This is not that place.

Randy sold me my 18 foot car hauler. He was a great and friendly guy to deal with, and worked with me to help me purchase my new trailer. He has good prices to I looked online to find a used one and it hard to find a used car hauler for under 1500 buck so why not get a new one for $2000 with warranty s!! Thank you R and S Trailers!

I found R&S on the internet, made the trip to Webb city on Saturday , I was there less than hour. Made the deal and returned back on Tuesday when the trailer arrived. Quick and simple transaction. The way it should be. If I need another trailer I will travel back to R&S. Great bunch of guys to deal with.

I saw a trailer they had for sale, it was set up exactly like I wanted! Awesome trailer. well built,and a good price. Randy was friendly, and made the process very easy.

Nice, when you go somewhere like this, to actually deal with the owner, not just some commission sales person that is just trying to make a buck.Randy and Shelly honestly know their products, and truly care about their customers.

Great guy to help you out, but the trailer hitch was a pain to work. Thankfully U-Haul assist came fairly quick to help out.

The uhaul process is very slow compared to the one on 7th ran by uhaul.
