This new NAPA store has the largest inventory I have ever seen in an auto parts store. From car parts to tools they have everything you will need.NAPA has some of the highest quality auto parts in the industry and is why I chose to use them on every project I work on.

Found a battery for my car here, after stopping at 3 different places before this that didn t have it. The employees were very nice, even helped bring in the old battery and take the new one back out to my car. They gave me a good deal on the battery too.The store looks clean and was well stocked.We ve been here many times for various items for the farm and have always had a good experience. Would definitely recommend.

I went in a few weeks ago and the old men that work here are so childish, disrespectful, and shows nothing but discrimination to women. The younger guys that work in there have more respect. What s sad is what kind of leadership are these older men showing to these younger kids working there. I m sure if there s all this happening when I went in I m sure it s happening to the co-workers as well. The leadership in this place of business needs to be revamped ..

Love this store! If they don't have it they will get it for you fast! Nice big parking lot, easy in and out. I don't go anywhere else for anything!

What a awesome store. This is the biggest show room I've ever seen. Tools, part's, odds and ends. You name it they probably have it. Great customer service and very friendly. Will definitely be back again.

Had a mechanical fuel pump from them fail leaking fuel badly.. Limped in Thier store ..not only would they not honor the pump warranty...wouldn't loan me a lousy 9/16 to r&r the pump. Wanted me to buy a tool set. Basically I was stranded. I went to Orillies and the 9/16 was no problem at all. Got what I needed and was on my way. This store was my main go to place to restore my cars but no longer.

The Webb City location is full of employees that don't know about their job or care about your experience. I'd rather go to a salvage yard. Napa has good parts and bad employees.All the good reviews on line are employees or their buddies. They have a bad reputation in the community and now I know why.

When you have an inventory as vast as they do, but they have to check a computer for something and no one knows where anything is, there is a problem. Just wanted a K&N air filter cleaning kit.....

Needed help with purchasing a "hand-held charger" called around and NAPA had the best price, the customer service was very helpful.

I stopped going to any other parts store since going here. They always have exactly what I want instead of telling me they have to order it.

Don't go there. 1 employee helping customers 1 employee looking at a computer and one employee just standing there behind the desk not very good customer service
