This is a different kind of basic campground. It has full hookups, but the campground itself is mostly Rock. There is a decent amount of space between sites. There are no other facilities in the park. A few sites have a fire pit, but none have a picnic table. The greatest thing about it is that it is only $20 per night. This makes it good for just an overnight stay. I would stay again when passing through.Playground: NoneRestrooms: None

Today was the Patriots Day Festival. It was pretty cool. I think the kids loved the face painting!

Very quiet, washroom facilities are limited. Nice park if you are passing thru.

Great little city run RV park has all needed utilities and hookups, but has no amenities the park appears to be a seasonal park with lots of long term residents we stayed one night as a place to sleep with a quick run to Fort Lenardwood. commissary for supplies..Restrooms: Small portable bathroom with showers near entrance.. did not use them

Haven't experienced the campground, but love the Farmers market. The Medicare man is there every Saturday to answer questions and get you setup.

Great little campground right in town. Walk to restaurants, shops and park. Real nice place to visit.

Decent city campground with lots of potential. This campground is very convenient and a nice space. The area where we stayed was newly paved so that the pull through pads were a normal sized gravel with the space that were normally grad being a large gravel. The bathroom/shower space is a portable building set up permanently and adequate. The problem was the electricity according to our surge protector it was not grounded. This caused the protector to lock down to avoid damage to our RV. We could only get things to work by not using the protector. It makes no sense that a brand new area was not wired correctly.

I caught a bunch of real healthy trout, the healthiest trout I've ever seen, I do catch and release, but it was awesome,! The staff I dealt with for the camping was extremely polite and upbeat, everyone I talked to was very nice! Highly recommend for and person or family unit! Thanks

Nice, quiet camping area on a fun little spring fed creek across from great city park.. Portable bathrooms, but not bad.

The showers and toilet combo leaves the mind that it has not been maintained as well as it could be. The camp was maintained. Price was great. I did not remember being told that a park was nearby but have since discovered that. The neighbors were great and were watchful. I will add photos on our next drive through. I would like to see a fire pit for all pull throughs.

Very nice RV park. It's very close to the Roubidoux river. There's not a lot of amenities but it's nice just the same. Just beware the park is subject to flooding during the rainy season. Unfortunately we found out about this when I park ranger knocked on our door at 6am and told us we had 1 hour to evacuate. Someone from the park service called us to apologize for the evacuation and offered to refund some of our money. We declined the refund but we thought that was a pretty awesome thing to do. We will definitely stay there again if we ever make it back to Missouri.

The campgrounds were well taken care of and the grass was Mo but the shower house is a disgrace I've seen better and cleaner pit toilets than that mess they call a shower

It s ok, it s quite and Inexpensive. They don t take deposits or send you an email confirmation once you book so you re just hoping that the person that took your reservation actually wrote it down. There were a few people said that they were double booked with somebody else in a spot. So if people book and don t show up there s vacant spots sitting all around. Actually they had told me the campground was booked but when I got here there were like four or five spots that s been open the entire time.

Based on other city parks in the $20 price range this is 5 stars. We stayed for one night as a road stop. The site was clean and almost level. In a nice part of town, just far enough from the highway to be quiet, yet not too far out of the way.Our neighbors were staying by the month. On one side was a newer 5th wheel that looked to be in vacation mode. Across from us was a tired Class A that looked like permanent residents. There was a family camping next to the creek that ran about 300 feet of electric extension cords to their site. Not wanting any hassles we just plugged into the 30 amp service and didn't see them until the breaker blew the next morning as we were packing up.

Nice gravel pads, full hook ups (50, 30, & 20 amp). Not much shade. Right on the creek.

We are very blessed to find this campground. They have full hook ups and pull through sites. They are not anything fancy but they are clean and gravel. They offer good Sams discounts and are very responsibly priced. Very close access to the river and it is great for fishing and relaxing in the river. We had plans to go to Echo and 2 of the 4 trucks had other plans. We will come. Back to this campground.

Great place for picnics and gatherings for large groups. 2 soccer fields. Volleyball court w. Net. Good fields for activities. Would not recommend playing full court basketball due to the court being short. Half court game is good. Other basket ball hoop is garbage w. No net. And it's bent. Has a trail to walk. Bathrooms have water and dryer which is nice. 4/5 or 7/10Update: volleyball court is not available at the moment.

Great place to stay. Stayed all winter. Very reasonably priced. Just don't get stuck her during rain season, the river floods. But overall, I really enjoyed it!!

This place has some history behind it! It has signs up in there about it being part of the Trail of Tears for the Indians back in the early and mid-1800s. The mouth of the river that runs out of there you can walk right up to it look at and for people who like to dive they can actually scuba dive down in there and go down in the caverns and things like that. There's fish there for those who fish but it has a lovely walkway that's about a mile-and-a-half long with a new playground for kids benches and tables with barbecuers , a water park with fountains coming up out of the ground, it has an outdoor entertainment center for whenever that happens it's really a nice place to just go for a walk. It's my dog's favorite place to go he gets so excited whenever I pull in down there so if he likes it I like it if he loves it I love it and... I love it! There is also a small RV park on the other side very clean very well kept. So if you have a chance to go there on a nice day go you will not be disappointed lots of people walking there all the time and just having a good time.

I stayed here back in June, then moved to a private location. Bare minimum is available in the campground. What is advertised as farca parks and playgrounds is across the river in the public park that you can enjoy for free. I've been going there to dump my holding tanks. That will not happen again. I went to City Hall and the woman on duty would not let me pay the fee to dump. Why? She didn't know how. So I politely told her the procedure, pretty simple. $20 fee, she give you a pink receipt so you can dump. I even pointed to a receipt book. She still refused because her "boss is in a meeting and I don't know how". Horrible customer service. I'd recommend going up the road to Lamplight Rv Park at the Buckhorn exit. They only charge $10.

Great camp ground... nice well kept and cheap monthly rates. Only negative is poor cell service and if bad storm rolls through then it has the potential for flash flooding. Overall really enjoying my stay!

Called for reservation. This campground is run by the city. Very clean. $20 for the night. Have weekly and monthly rates also. Good place to stop over on way to Arizona and unwinterize our rig.

I LOVE taking my kids to the small splash pad here. They enjoy running between it and the playground and great shaded places to sit with my infant as well!

The Roubidoux is so beautiful and set up for all ages. You can take a great walk along the trail of tears while your there.

Very very nice park along the Roubidoux. The restroom seems to be well taken care of and there is even a performance stage with a few benches built in.

Clean and expansive park. I've been here multiple times to partake in events, and I would absolutely recommend stopping by if you are looking for a place to spend time.
