Shelby helped us set up our business account. Even though her office faces the vault, she really made her space feel comfortable and inviting.We appreciate our time in a bank that doesn t feel like well such a bank.

The whole team was very helpful. Shelby worked with me to optimize my savings utilizing the high rate 9 month CD and Hero Savings and Checking accounts. 5 Stars all around!

This business has really went downhill.I submitted a loan application on Saturday and I was originally told that it would take one business day to process. They did not process it in four business days. They gave me multiple inaccurate time estimates for when the funds would post and I have consequently taken off work, went in late, left early, etc. to purchase a vehicle on false promises from Infuze and repeated extensions on getting the loan processed.They would promise to call me back, send document to sign, etc. and never follow through. I had to constantly call to ask why they hadn't followed up with me.Finally, the seller sold the car I was interested in out from underneath me. I set them up so many times due to Infuze's false time estimates for when the money would be available, so he assumed I had lost interest.I financed my first car through Infuze, and am so disappointed to say that I will never go through them again. If you're looking to get something done in a timely manner, don't go through Infuze.

Shelby was extremely helpful and very informational when it came to opening up a business account! She made the process very easy & less overwhelming. She also has such a lovely personality! I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Infuze credit union is a great place for banking. Their staff is Very friendly and professional. I really appreciate the help that I recently received from loan office Andrea, she really worked hard to get my loan process completed. She was an all star working with my BMW dealer up in Columbia Missouri. You need a auto loan go to Infuze credit union.

Ms McKenzie was very helpful getting documents and banking procedures done over the phone. Saved me driving into town or going on my lunch break. She walked me through everything, made sure I had correct documents and ensured I understood the procedures. She ensured all was completed and done in a secure way.

I d post 10 stars if I could!! Large purchases such as vehicles are always stressful, but Shelby puts you at ease with her big smile and friendly nature. I understand that all businesses, including banks, are understaffed with the current economic situation, but Shelby always makes you feel like you re her top priority. She goes over and beyond for all of her clients. I hope Infuse recognizes that they have a GEM of an employee who is worth her weight in gold. I know her clients do!!

I visit the PTM s in lebanon twice a month and each time Jenn is usually the one that answers my call she is absolutely amazing she is always in a happy mood and actually converses with the members. She makes it more personable when you go there. You never have to worry about having a bad experience with her because it never happens. Keep her for sure.

I have been a Infuze/mid mo credit union member for many years, however this is not about me. For me it has been a pleasure every time I go in the Waynesville branch and being helped by Darcy Lehman. She is always helpful in every way. When I walk in and Darcy knows me by my first name that automatically makes me feel like she cares and knows her members. I always look forward to seeing her and always leave with all my banking question answered. Thanks Darcy for all you do.

Staff is extremely helpful go out of the way to do everything they can to make your needs financially come true. We all know that we have to protect our money these days and infuse credit Union does just that. With thier courteous staff. They are not just a pretty face wanting to sell you things but they are very secure very upfront what they can do for you. The credit union is always clean and Welcoming You walk in you're always greeted with a smiling face which puts you at ease. No other bank or credit union in the area can touch the rates at infuse credit Union. Better yet They just can't compare.The Service is great. Very happy to be part of the infuse family. I would like to also give a special thank you to Sarah Baker at the Waynesville location thanks for everything you've done extending me credit when you didn't even know me thanks for the financial advice you are the best.

Shelby Wheelock is very professional and prompt to answering all questions I have. Her smile and enthusiasm makes visits to the credit union more enjoyable. Best loan officer hands down.
