Ed Wilson went over and beyond to get my vehicle back to me even when the insurance wanted to total it. He fought for me and he persevered through supply chain issues and difficulty acquiring parts. So happy to have my vehicle back!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was hesitant to take my baby (car) to ANYONE. I would rather do it myself. But when I ran into something I didn't feel comfortable doing, the folks at Ed Wilson took the time to explain what they were going to do, and even called in an outside expert to assist. They were extremely professional and hadn't better customer service than other places I got quotes from.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The owner couldn't tell the truth and stick to it for anything. Said my car would be done on wednesday, I guess I didn't ask which wednesday. I had to rent a car for 8 weeks so he could do a supposely 3 day job. I ended up having to get the police involed to get my car and take it to another shop to have it finished. the police told me that this wasn't the first time they had to visit this place for issues. Come to find out he couldn't stay out of the bar long enough to finish my car. This place has no employees, just the owner, who is there only sometimes. If I could leave no stars, I would, this place doesn't even deserve one!

Recently hit a deer, this was the second shop to have it towed to, the shop took care of the tow. Hands down mr.wilson and his staff know what they are doing. Had a very pleasant experience. Another thing to add, this should of been the first shop to have it towed to.

A deer hit my drivers side door - they did a great job on the repairs and matching the paint. Would use them in the future.
