I stopped in at about 7:15 this morning to get a salad to take for lunch at work. I asked for ranch dressing and was told by the cashier to look for it in the cabinet under where the dressing is. Ok? That was weird. I looked, I pulled a bunch of stuff out of a cabinet , that as a customer I should not have been in, no ranch. I will go to ANY other place besides Casey's in Waynesville from now on.

Man, back in the day, this was a great location; it has been going downhill. They barely have food in the morning around 7 aclock, and I just ordered a BBQ brisket, and it felt like I was chewing on rocks between bread. What happened to this store? Shake my head. Also I would like a refund and a dental appointment for my teeth since you know rocks are the best for your teeth.

The workers were nice and friendly.The manager, however, was extremely rude. The gas is ALWAYS higher than the stations just down the road. I always have issues paying at the pump. The manager was the cherry on the cake and I will just go anywhere else but here. I ve given it more than enough chances.

I want people to be aware that Casey's in Waynesville mo have a habit of not putting up wet floor signs until someone falls. On Sept 2, 2022 I slipped on water that was in one of there Iles and fell on my left knee. The manager was very rude and walked off to finish unloading their truck. I received no help from any employee to get help getting up. It was a customer that helped me get up and another one went and got my husband. I had to request a report be filed. Wet floor signs got put up after I fell. It is not right the way they treated me. I will not return to their store.

Casey's always has what I need for convenience items and fuel (diesel & unleaded). Best part is that I always run into someone I know. Staff is incredibly nice and talkative. It feels like going to a friends place whenever I'm there.

DO NOT ORDER A SANDWICH FROM THESE PEOPLE! Its a sandwich, how is this so hard? They took away the option to place your order to the actual person making the sandwich so theres 2 people there to mess up your order. I told them turkey and cheese and they tried to charge me for a turkey club which i didnt order. At noon they had no lettuce prepped and chopped to make orders so the lady pulls the top 2 layers off a new head and throws them onto the sandwich. Then leaves to the back to finish the order. I pay and go to my car to make sure it s somewhat correct. I open it and there is little mayo like the tiniest strip so im thinking its going to be dry so back in i go to get more. Get to work eat and they put American cheese instead of cheddar. Wrong orange cheese. She had a ticket sitting in front of her so where did that get messed up in the line? And im the only person ordering from the deli at that time and it took me a half hour. Why soooo hard?!!! Just go to subway save the time and get the right order actually talking to them!

I have ordered 10 to 12 sandwiches many many times and have NEVER been told I had to pre order. I have always been told it would be anywhere between 30 to 45 mins for pickup. The man who called me 30 mins after the order was placed that they could not fill my order. Why was I NOT told when I placed my order that they could not fill it. He was very rude. I was told they didn't have enough white bread so I asked if they could fill the order of I changed some of the breads. I was told I had to pre order for the next day. This Casey's store in waynesville has gone down hill and should really think about closing their doors.Piss poor service from rude people.

Pizza was surprisingly good. I'd heard local radio show hosts blabbering on about how good the pizza is and I figured of course, because they're getting paid to say that. I took a chance one day and was pleasantly surprised, the crust was crunchy on the edges and the right cook/doneness on the bottom, the sauce was rich and flavorful, the cheese had a delicious slight chewiness to it like mozzarella typically does and the toppings we're fairly tasty as well. Again, I was shocked, expecting disappointment and indigestion but neither and I'll happily get pizza from them again, also their apple fritters are very good, the new location on Missouri Ave across from AutoZone turns out better products but it isn't listed on Google maps.

Casey's is only a short drive from where I live in Waynesville, MO. I choose to drive another half mile down the street due to the way Caseys' their very employees, I mean their non-white employees. I've witnessed with my own and have heard with my ears from these non-white employees who demean, belittle and often times are very indifferent toward them. Sadder, the manager there has been apprised of these vile complaints from the employee and has does nothing to resolve the issues. In time and space that America is in right now customers should not have to go into a store purchase a bottle of water and witness a employee treating another employee like a slave!

The place is always clean even bathro clean food is great staff is very great treat customers very generous and helpful I love my casey staff are all number 1 and 2nd to none always fresh coffee rewards points are easy to get with purchases bonus points and staff are truely concerns for thier customers know thier customers needs and habits of what you mostely buy .I am appreciate if thier not busy which not very much I buy cases of water there since my tripple by pass if a staff member free they help me and carry out my water to me the staff also have that smile which is great I am not just saying this if you have never eaten a casey pizza you have not had a pizza tell you eat thiers plenty ingredients on it not all saucy just the right amount I give my casey at 850 n jefferson a 10 plus a+++ rating thank you Casey keep it up you should be the number one casey in town and beat most out of town area casey hope you are blessed

I got gas and snacks for the road cashier was very nice. Sorry I spilled coffee at the checkout (people getting coffee blocked the lids and I couldn't interrupt their conversation to ask for a lid.)

The staff there are very friendly but definitely over worked. There has to be an issue in ownership or management because it shows when an entire GAS station, is out of GAS.... Really? You had one job.

Use to like stopping into the Waynesville Casey s. But who ever this cashier is must always be having a bad day. Always with a bad attitude. Man the staff is not what it use to be.

3rd time I have ordered a pizza and not only was it not done 10 minutes after pick up time but it wasn't even made. I understand that the pick up time is approximate but this is unacceptable.

Waynesville store is under new management. Most of the time there is one cashier with long lines.
