They were great!! I was in a jam and just happened to be down the road from them at the end of the work day. They were there in 10 minutes and had my car loaded in 3. And I was home with only 20 minutes total with the guy. Just amazing. And the ride home he was very helpful about services in the area. I highly recommend these guys.

They are just wonderful! My car broke down nearly 3 hours from home and they helped get me to a great mechanic and to a safe place quickly and efficiently. I just have to say that this guy is a complete scam artist and good luck to anybody using his services.My daughter's car was towed away from the scene of an accident and this guy took the car out to his impound lot and wanted a $600 fee just to release it.. never mind that the towing fee was only $75 to tow it across town to his lot, the "accident fee" was an additional $425 that he just made up out of nowhere, a ploy to get people to abandon their vehicles because they can't afford the storage fee in the exorbitant additional rates that are applied. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as Waynesville emergency services to file our complaints against this company.The city of Waynesville should not be doing business with this individual. This is a complete Racket and there is nothing wholesome or honest about this man's business whatsoever. Stay clear of this towing service. IT'S BAD NEWS.This company's slogan should be "JUST CALL ANYBODY ELSE."

Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. When you go to pick up your car they ll refuse to give it to you even after you ve paid. Complete snakes run this business.The man we dealt with is a scam master and will charge $600 to pick up a car from an accident 1 mile away. Don t know why the city calls these greedy folks to tow anything but, never again. The whole city knows them to be scammers and we should ve known better than to let the car end up in their hands.They will claim your review is slanderous when you call out their predatory actions and then proceed to slander customers by publicly stating someone was arrested for drugs as I noticed on another review.Childish and completely disgusting.They then attempt to pretend to know what level of coverage you have on your vehicle, stating it s basically your loss the tow wasn t covered (even though our tow was reimbursed in full.)Service: Car towing

I will not use this towing company again. They brought my brothers truck from my work because the radar is bad and could not drive without over heating. Not to mention was on a flat tire on the pull side. When they dropped the truck off I asked them to put the truck in the drive way and his response was "it drives." I then proceeded to say it is on a flat. And it over heats. Eric said "moving it just into the driveway will not hurt it." So I told him to pull up and drop it. I paid for the service and he left. When I went to get n to my brother truck the keys where not there. So I was sitting n the road on a flat tire with NO KEYS because he left with them. I called him and he said he will look for them in his other truck. I waited for an hour and tried calling him back. He would NOT answer ( 3 times ). I called again on my brothers phone no answer. I had no choice but to call the non emergency number bcuz the manger of the neighborhood came down and said it needs to move or will be towed. After calling the nonemergency number he showed up 20mins later with the keys and wouldn't move the truck. His excuse was...it runs..really its on a flat on the pull side in the snow! He still did not put the truck where I originally asked for. Then in the middle of moving the truck into the driveway it tore my brothers tire up. So now I just paid 165 for tow, 220 for a radar that is on the way and now a tire. Never again will I use this towing service. TC Towing is cheaper anyways. They where just busy providing good service with other people.Service: Car towing

Great service! My car died just off of I-44. He was very prompt. He actually took the time to help assess my vehicle to try to figure out what the problem was and if it needed to go to the Honda dealership 95 miles away or if it could be taken to a shop that was closer. It did need to go to the Honda dealership as more than likely the alternator was under warranty. (It was. Thank goodness!) The 95 mile ride was pleasant with great conversation (silver lining). Thank you for helping to get myself, my daughter, and my vehicle to where we needed to be. Much appreciated!!

Eric went above and beyond to help me out when my car broke down. He even let me come back at a later time to pay him for the towing fee. He was very professional, courteous, and his equipment was well maintained and clean. I would recommend Anybody Towing and Eric to everyone in need of his service and if in the near future I should need it he will be my first call ! Thanks for what you do Eric, you are a Troooer !

Best tow truck experience I have ever had!! Hands down. Didn't just tow my vehicle but found the parts I needed from O'Reillys & had the mechanics at the shop ready & waiting! Would definitely recommend to a friend. If someone says to you "just call Anybody" this is who they're talking about!

I called Anybody towing from Alaska to take care of a family members vehicle. I didn't have to worry about anything, just told him the problem, explained the situation, and the problem was solved.Eric went out of his way to ensure my elderly mother was safe and got home alright.Thank you for a job well done Eric.

Prices are predatory. My daughter s vehicle was towed less than 1 mile and was charged $150. It sat on the lot from 10 pm-midnight and was charged $50, it was picked up the next morning at 10 am and an additional charge of $50 for a grand total of $250 for less than a mile tow and 12 hours of storage. Excessive fees, would not recommend.My boss had his vehicle impounded after an employee wrecked in St. Louis for 3days resulting in only a $64 charge-what is going on in Waynesville MO???
