I used Al West collision when my F150 took a forest mule to the face destroying the grill, 1 headlight, and radiator. Al West got the truck repaired in the time we discussed & they were even able to replace the after market wrap I had on the grill. Roger called me weekly with updates & I was very satisfied with their services. 100% would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

OMG!!! They made my car new again! Roger provided great customer service, he explained everything in detail what needed to be fixed, and he even kept me updated on how things were going. I couldn't be more happier. They even detailed the inside, it looks amazing!!! Thank you again for all y'alls hard work greatly appreciated!

Had my daughters brand new truck for OVER 9 months, stated parts were on back order. Got first 2 parts in 3 months in, they forgot to order the wiring harness for 1 of the said parts, another 3 month wait for that. 9 months total of payments with out the vehicle, for half of this time she didn't even have a loan vehicle from them! When she did recieve one,( lol) it was in not the best shape at all for a loan vehicle. Finally recieve truck back only to have to take it back 2 weeks later for repaint and "some items that weren't fixed properly" example windshield fluid that sprayed straight out over the hood, there were others this one just made us laugh.

Brought my wife s car in for some repairs after a minor fender bender. Mark was great to work with, and explained the whole process clearly so we understood exactly what was going to happen and how long it would take. The car came back looking brand new, super clean inside and out! Will be sure to recommend to anyone needing car work done in the area!

This is the second time I have taken my car to them and they are wonderful. Keegan done a great job and has the best customer service ever.. and then there's Roger he was so helpful and friendly.. I will definitely us them in the future if needed..

Great service, they lent me a car while mine was in the shop. Excellent body work on my car, and it was done in a timely manner. Extremely friendly employees there, Mark was very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking to get work done.

Had my Jeep fixed there.. Jennifer and Roger.... absolutely the most pleasant pleasant experience Dealing with a body repair shop. The work was excellent, only topped by the service

We were very pleased with the service and quality of our repairs. Staff are very friendly and professional, and work to make sure everything is completed on time and to the customers approval. Worked very well with our insurance. Highly recommended

Our car was brought here after my husband learned what ice is.Professional, clean building. Modern setup, Friendly staff.The front Bay has a see-thru door so you can view the masters at work if you want.You can't even tell that anything ever happened. This was the first time that I've had to make an insurance claim, ever. I used to work for a subpar insurance company once upon a time and know what nightmares can come out of accidents. None of that applies here. My car was barely here a couple of weeks. They work fast!They even detailed the inside of my car, and that was the first nice thing anyone's done for me in Missouri since we moved here last month. I had full intentions of taking her to get cleaned after pickup. I'm thankful for that, regardless if they do it for everyone or not cause believe me, a lot of places couldn't care less.Will definitely recommend Al West to anyone needing vehicle repairs in the area.

Al West Collision Center in St.Robert and Rolla is the best repair shop around in this area. They go far and beyond the call of duty when it comes to collision repair. If they are going to repair your vehicle they come to you and pick it up and return it to you. I have seen lots of work done from them and it looks amazing. Mark who is in the St.Robert office will help you anyway he can. They are like family, soon as your walk in their doors you feel like your welcomed. Good job Al West Collision Center of St.Robert and Rolla Keep up the good work.

Sorry Al West, but I think this place should be called Roger's Collision Center!!! My car was crushed in an accident...fast forward to the rental agent not returning my calls. Roger tracked down the rental supervisor, retrieved the necessary information, scheduled my rental while my vehicle gets repaired, and literally did everything necessary to make it all seamless. He stayed in touch the entire time, and made sure I understood what was going on without making me feel like a dumb girl (which I completely am when it comes to cars). If it wasn't for him, I would probably still be driving around town in a beater! Lol! Thank you so much! I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else EVER! Five stars!

Quoted me $12,000 to repaint a white crossover that doesn't have any body damage. What a joke!!! Talk about price gouging!!
