We started using 44 storage and worked with Corey he was absolutely amazing! He was very easy to work with over the couple years we have been with 44 storage we have met a few others that have worked there and they have all been so easy to talk to! Amazing facility behind locked gates! Never ever had any issues if we ever had questions getting ahold of someone was never in question they always answered if we had to leave a voicemail they return calls very promptly! Would recommend this storage unit company to everyone! Thank you all so much!!!!

I highly recommend this storage!I have used the 44 Waynesville Self Storage for temporary storage this year. Jennifer is very quick to help and she is very professional. The property is in very good shape, no damage inside the units, no damage to the outside units. If you need storage, this is a very safe and secure place to rent.

Best local storage in the FLW area! Jen was promptly and provided optimal service at accommodating us upon last minute request. We rented 2 units for, basically the price of 1. If you are looking for a storage unit, look no more, 44 Waynesville is your best choice!

Clean, safe and professionally run storage complex. They were very helpful and flexible with my move out schedule. Reasonably priced for what you get (gated, and monitored). My unit was an 8 X 8 X 10 "Spice drawer".You need a bigger unit than you think, rule for life, not just this complex.

I've moved several times in the past few years. Anyone who has moved can relate that having well made boxes is a game changer. Without well corrugated boxes you are fighting to carry them without the boxes falling apart. Not only does 44 self storage have well made boxes but they are affordable! Other companies have moving box package deals but I've found 44 Self Sorage to be the most affordable. They have great customer service with even better facilities. 44 Self Storage is doing ot right. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Came out to Waynesville for short training exercise and need a place to store my motorcycle and find my way to unload it from the bed of my truck. Jen went out of her way to help me. She sat and talked to me about where good places are to go and where to stay away from. If I could not find time to ride my bike she would reach out to make sure I was ok. If I came to the unit to get my bike and was gone all weekend she would check on me making sure I was ok and didn t get into a motorcycle accident! The unit was perfect for me and affordable. VERY CLEAN ALSO Wonderful experience and Jen s amazing.

If you are in the St Robert/ Waynesville area this is the place you want to rent a unit from. The facility is clean, easily accessible, and the customer service is unmatched. I have had no problems with them and would absolutely use these storage units again!The best part about this place is how great the customer service is and how user friendly the workers are. Corey is always so friendly and helpful and I am so glad I rented with them!

I had a unit with Waynesville Self Storage for 3 years. I was always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Cory is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. The units and grounds are well maintained and clean. I always felt that my things were in a safe and secure facility. I would highly recommend them!

Great storage facility. Well secured area with cameras, coded gating and lighting. The units are easy to access, properly cared for and/or upgraded to high standards and the manager is very accommodating, thoughtful, caring and professional. We were very satisfied with the pricing of the units. Out of all the years of using storage facilities, this is by far the best over all. We will highly endorse this storage business to all our friends and those needing to store their goods. If in the future we ever need to use a storage facility again, this one will be our first choice.

Had a shed here for a while. There s absolutely nothing I can complain about. Very secure and I never had a problem with anything. They have a person that goes around and checks the locks on the sheds to make sure they are locked properly. If it s not locked properly they will call you and let you know before they leave for the day. I know because they have called before. You have to have a PIN number to be able to enter the property and the cameras work. They told me who didn t lock my shed properly. I lived in rolla and kept the shed in Waynesville because I trust them and felt safe about keeping my stuff locked up there.

Over my 14years of usage, I can truly say that the new Management has improved the quality of the Facility. However, with the new Management came new pricing which affected all customers, including me as an old timer. Otherwise, all the necessary repairs were made to better upgrade the storage facility as it was dearly needed from when I first got my storage unit. Great job for the new Management Team!

USE THIS COMPANY! They have everything I was looking for - clean, affordable, secure, easy to access storage. I have had the best experience working with 44 Waynesville Storage. I was in a last-minute bind needing storage and Cory helped me get the right amount of space at a fair price. He even checked in multiple times to make sure my move was going ok. His professionalism and exceptional customer service has been refreshing and has helped take some of the stress out of moving a family across the country. I even keep all of my stuff directly on the ground in the unit because it s so clean. This company definitely goes above and beyond and has FAR exceeded my expectations! You re never going to find a another storage company like this anywhere. This place is a unicorn. Reserve your unit now before they re full!

I was very happy with the price and service from this storage place. The units were priced decently and there s cameras and a coded gate so your unit is secure from thieves. The people that work here are excellent as well, they re on top of everything, I moved out and they called me before I had a chance to call them about, they made the move out process super easy. 10/10 would recommend

When I moved to the Waynesville area I had alot of trouble finding storage but I'm thankful enough that this faculty out of all the others ended up available. Not to say other places may not do business well because I can't say they do. Cory who owns the business is very passionate and cares for it and if there's ever any issue he will help you any way he can. He's upfront and very fair. One time when we didn't put our latch on correct when locking it, he does a routine checking of the storages and will be happy to remind you. We were out of town one time when this happened but he courteously called and was nice. The storage unit itself are very high quality on the inside. We stayed from fall to beginning of July. Our stuff was kept safe and critter free. Security was something we never had issues with either.The property is fenced with a code gate. Along with routine check ups. If your looking for honest, fair prices and well kept units do business here if you're able too. I've never had fantastic costomer service at a unit facility as well. If I ever end up with a need while living here I'd definitely would do business again. Take my word on it.

I had a great experience using their storage facilities. I knew my stuff was safe since they have the gated entrance with a code required. They even helped me remove a lock when I lost the key for it. Payment was easy online as well

Corey was really great at helping my husband and I find the perfect size storage which are all decently priced. He was very easy to talk to & very informative about the policies & property! It is set up safe and secure which we love. It is in a convenient area would definitely recommend Waynesville 44 self storage to anyone looking for professional business with affordable prices in a clean area!

I needed storage within a very short time frame. Found 44 Waynesville self storage with very reasonable prices. Ms. Connie was very helpful and professional, paperwork took 5 min. The storage unit is nice and clean and very secure. I can only recommend this place. Oh, and the office was super clean, l brand new and had tv screens of all the storage areas. I was very impressed!

The facility was more than adequate for our needs. It was clean and spacious upon arrival. The manager was straightforward, friendly, hospitable throughout our use. We plan to use them again if we are in the area in the future.

The storage units are always clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Along with being a very secure location I would definitely recommend using 44 waynesville storage.

There needs to be more people like Cory and his staff in this world of business. I was in kind of a bind when I found 44 Waynesville storage, I didn't know when my goods would arrive and I didn't know how much space I really needed. Cory hooked me up with his best guess and the we adjusted fire from there. PERFECT! Very pleasant people to deal with, I highly recommend 44 Waynesville storage.

Just wanted to give a quick review regarding 44 Waynesville Self Storage facility. I highly recommend there business to anyone looking to utilise any storage needs, especially for our military personnel stationed @ near by Fort Leonard Wood. The staff members their are extremely professional and friendly, and they also several options to choose from for everyone s storage situations. When it comes to billing, general questions, and overall experience, you will not be disappointed. The business is growing and let s help them continue to grow with our supportive civilian and military partners. I would absolutely utilize their services again!! Great job.

Dave was very helpful and really easy to do business with. He took into consideration our trailer and the best site to assign us. The facility had outstanding video surveillance, Very clear video! It s gated storage, you ll require a pin to get in and out. While unloading Dave came to check on us. Definitely recommend this storage place! Thank you Dave !!!

10/10 would recommend. Facilities are top of the line, newly renovated it seems, and always making improvements around the units. The security with the cameras and fencing gives you a great piece of mind. Connie, who runs the place, lays everything out and makes it simple. Excellent place to use!
