Josh the new manager is great!! I called with a nail in my tire close to closing and he fixes my tire himself. The entire staff is great Della and Larry in the front are exceptionally helpful. I can t wait for my next flat tire!!!

If I could give it zero stars would. Came here at 9am there was no one else In the parking lot waited an hour and a half without hearing a word from them go back and check on my car, they haven't even started only to be told they had appointments set up before me. When I was told the day before they didn't take appointments. Then they tell me they can't rotate my tires bc of wear. Their extra "warranties" they have you purchase are a scam. This is the second time they refused my warranty. Would not recommend, will not be coming back.

They are obviously severely understaffed. The sign on the door says 7 AM. But the website says 9 AM. And they definitely opened at 9 AM. There were already three people in front of me even though I got there 10 minutes early.It ended up taking two hours to get a hole in my tire fixed. But they actually found two other holes in my tires that they also fixed. So kudos to them for that.No one was particularly rude or nice. But at least they re doing their job.

Could not get a locked lug nut off with out key. So could not go further . Couldn't help on tires they could just not the lock

Made a 20 minute job last over 3 hours. They leave one incompetent man on the counter who refuses to help anyone. They have 3-4 guys standing around at all times while the line piles up. Would recommend letting your children work on your vehicle rather than this place

How about updating your service hours. Building and website clearly say 7am. I get here at 8:30 and it's closed. Called the store and told we know what sign says but we don't open till 9am.

Bought two tires and wanted mounted and rear tires put on front. They kept the car all day and refused to put tires on car unless I bought 4 tires. The other two had all kinds of tread left. They said it was un safe but let her drive away with 2 bald tires about ready to go anytime. That makes sense. And then was put on hold for over 15 min to talk to manager that never answered. Never going back. Employees are rude and half don't know anything about there department without looking on the Walmart app. What a joke. And to top it off they made my wife load the tires in the car by herself. Lazy employee said he had cars to take care of. Now that's a man for ya letting a lady load tires. Great customer service! NOT!!!!!!Service: Auto tire replacement

Went to get my tires rotated and left with a squealing noise and a bad vibration, didnt have any of these problems before going in there. I called, and they told me i needed to pay to have my tires balanced, tires that i just purchased from them 6,000 miles ago.

Horrible experience asked for two new front tires. They put the new on the back and left the bald tires on the car. The man who waited on me was more worried about his break than listening to what I was there for. Never going back there.

Been waiting here since before 8am to get new tires. Several "appointments" apparently. Never told there was people ahead of us, just that we were "next".

Had an appt at 8 am didn't drink my car back till almost 9am and still waiting here 2 hours later just to get 4 new tires put on. They even had them set aside for me cause I called a day ahead. This is ridiculous. Cheap tires tho I recomend buying the cheap tires and going somewhere else to get them put on.Edit: been here for 3 hours and waiting a whole hour for them to tell me they're finally putting the tires on...Service: Tires

2 hours of waiting for an oil change and they didn't even get it done. 3 mechanics in the shop all working on changing tires on 1 car. Ridiculous

The employee had NO idea about vehicles at all. I had to show them proof of what size my tires were as they kept disagreeing with me. Then I waited 3 hours for tires and an oil change. Now I change my own oil and go to Bays for tires.

I waited in line for over 30 min(there were only 2 people in front of me). When I finally got to the front, they told me it would take them over 2.5hrs to even look at my car. Keep in mind that it was a 10AM on a Tuesday and they were not that busy. Go to Valvoline for an oil change. They got me started within minutes.

Always hit or miss with these guys. Got an oil change the first time in 20-30 min went back when it was due again and took over an hour after being told it d be 20-25 min since there was no wait. But for $20 for the basic oil change I always get what I need. Which is new oil, filter and flushed. So it s worth the wait most days considering anyone else in town charges about $50 for the same thing.

Terrible. Had tires mounted and balanced. Didn't call me to let me know they were finished. So wasted an extra hour waiting. Why ask for your phone # then? Happened more than once and I even emphasized the need to call me upon completion.

Takes to long ,we had to wait 2 hours And you should have for seniors a discount. And if you have wal- mart credit card why is there no discount.

Refused to do a tire rotation. Insisted that my 4/32 front tires couldn't be rotated to the back where I had 6/32. Just interested in pressuring me into buying tires.

Brought my wife's Edge in for a new battery. There was a problem that the crew handled very well, the terminals had suffered corrosion damage and needed to be replaced, since they could no longer be tightened effectively. The team replaced the terminals, bringing everything back in line and did an awesome job.

Waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Would have been nice to know before we sat there with our cold groceries getting warm. Will not be coming back.

Went in one day because my tire would mysteriously deflate on its own so I new I needed a patch. Waited for an hour and a half just for them to look for leaks only to be told I didn t have any. Tried going to work a few days later and on my way up my driveway, my tire popped more and now I have to buy new tires. Whoever looked over my tire shouldn t have a job.

Was very understaffed there was people waiting for a very long time. My car had been done for 20 minutes setting on the lot I finally had to go ask them for my bill and he said oh yes your key her over here in the ready Box.

Went to get an oil change. They did a great service but it took almost 2 hours and I was the only one getting an oil change. Customer service was good but slow.

Came in to have two tires replaced and they had change out of wrong tires accidentally. I showed up at the last minute to pick up my car at 7 and they stayed extra over to help fix the problem and give me a slight discount as much as I hate Walmart I do love the tire center

My kids waited 4 1/2 hours to get a tire put on a rim. It was Sunday and they had no choice but to wait so they could drive back home to St Louis. Horrible service. Whoever runs this should be fired!!

Screw walmart atuo care, waited 2 hours for an oil change paid about 40 bucks for them to short me oil and leave me with an unchanged oil filter. Day of the change my car threw a rod due to no oil in it.
