Employees are professional. It's pricey, but you are paying for speed and convenience. If I cannot get in with my regular mechanic then I will happily go to this location for an oil change. They also do tire rotation! Yes, tire rotation. Last time I went to Union they couldn't rotate my tires.So when you need an oil change in a pinch, go to Valvoline in Washington.

Appears that my other review has been removed for some reason? Anyways, I m unhappy. The employees are very nice, but pushy for extra services. It s expensive. It was $90 even with coupons. They also seemed to have torqued down my oil filter. Oil filters only need be hand tight, who the hell would put one on so tight?

Went on a Sunday afternoon, I was glad they were open on Sunday. There was no wait, pulled right in. Had a oil change and the radiator flushed on my work truck. The guy that waited on me was very polite and checked everything and also topped off all my fluids. I was very satisfied with the work they did. I would definitely recommend you go here.

I was skeptical going in having them do a transmission and coolant flush but I must say they were efficient and quick. My transmission is shifting smoother now. With a 20% off coupon it was also reasonable. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I both took our cars to the Washington location. Staff are friendly and efficient. They check and top off all your fluid levels and inflate your tires to vehicle's specifications. FAST AND EFFICIENT!!!!

All I can say is outstanding. Fantastic service. Very open about everything they're doing and what products they offer. Best oil change center I've been to in a very long time. Definitely recommend. Would go back if I wasn't just visiting the area. Be sure to let them know if you're a veteran or active for the military discount.

I'm only giving 4 stars due to the price of a full syn oil change... Walmart sucks but theirs is $58 but I'm sure quality is better at Valvoline and they are quick and friendly! Get some eye candy and y'all would be set!

Worked 10 hrs then here could not get on ramps right he made me move several times ,,then he ask if husbands name was Frances I said no this is me ,,I got flustered by now iam a widow , he got manager Gary which was awesome on job here only 2 weeks he gave me a better coupon than I had he was awesome ,,I have been going to this place for years always a great experience till yesterday ,,,,I will go back since Gary was so niceService: Oil change

My wife went here for an oil change. She saw the lube tech drop one of the screws for her air filter box. He looked for a moment then shrugged his shoulders and walked away. She told the tech in charge about it, and his response was " He's new ". She said, " That does not matter, if I hadn't seen it , he was going to send me on my way with out fixing it. " Instead of fixing the problem, their solution was to put the work on her, telling her she could go buy a new screw and they would reimburse her for it. THAT is terrible customer service on top of the poor workmanship.

The ladies did good. Young man greased my brake bleeder thinking it was grease fitting. She caught the issue and made sure he did right. Oil filler cap was over tightened so bad I had to ruin it to get it off. No big, I've done the same thing myself. They gave me the service that I paid for.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got in within 2 minutes of pulling into parking lot. Staff was overly friendly and informative. I was very pleased with how I was treated and the service I received. Kyle and Austin did an absolute fantastic job. These guys are some of the best technicians I've ever met; being a former tech, it's awesome to come across dedicated and motivated individuals in the automotive sector. David & the rest of the crew had me in and out inside of 20 minutes -- OUTSTANDING. Sadly, I didn't have any coupons with me, but then again, I'm willing to pay just about anything to keep my car running as best as possible, since I've got a trip to Louisiana next Wednesday.I highly recommend this location for your LOF and additional automotive needs! They've got my business for sure!

We always have a great experience here. Alex is very great at his job! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every employee we have encountered makes sure we understand what they are going to be doing and gives us recommendations for services if they come across anything that might be needed. Valvoline is such a great and convenient place to go when needed.

Good they are being friendly, and they pay attention to the cars ,they have to a good parking spot with a trash can outside, and a gas station that is also a convenient store that is being closed by .you can to take a good care of your car on the bought things at the same time .
