Wonderful job getting my 2007 Ford Fusion up and running! 287,000 mikes and counting. Joey and Sarah are the best!! I had my young girls with me when I got an emergency flat tire after working hours. Luckily Joey and Sarah were still at the shop (just about ready to leave) when I pulled in. Joey took the extra time to change my tire right then and there and I will forever be grateful for the amazing customer service!!!Service: Tires

Went in today due to a flat tire and ended up needing a new starter as well, Unnerstall Tire was so friendly and fast at fixing my car. I couldn t be more grateful for their help, even when they came out in the sleet to help me put my new wipers on too. Thank you!

Had a great experience here. Took in my car for some break work. They were very professional, took care of my car the same morning and even reattached some trim they noticed had fallen off! I would certainly recommend and will be going back for services again.

I've been going to Unnerstall Tires for 18+ years, 3 vehicles and I have never received such wonderful service anywhere else! Tom, Keith and Staff are the best! They've helped me so may times I lost count. Their customer service is also top notch and prices are great! Thanks again for taking such great care of my vehicles :)

Absolutely love taking my car here. But i will never again. They must not care about customers if they say "we are too busy for this" and hangs up when i asked about getting my breaks changed.

Good place for car repairs and maintenance. Service staff are friendly, knowledgeable and generally able to get you scheduled within a couple days. Reasonably priced with accurate estimates and timely service.

The best tire and auto shop in Washington. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. They work quickly and get the job right the first time. Been a customer for about 15 years and no complaints!

I only needed them to put tires on my truck which they did, so congrats 2 stars. A month later one of my tires went flat and I had to change it in a parking lot. This is when I realized that they replaced all of my lug nuts with cosmetic upgrades... (why?) The new Nuts were not the same size and I couldn't change my tire because I now didn't have the right tool. When I looked back at my receipt I noticed a "fee" which paid for these Inconvienent lugnuts that I never asked for. Glad to see hometown mechanics still taking advantage of women.

Our alternator broke on the way to a wedding. They got us in right away on a Saturday and were done within an hour so we were able to make the wedding on time.

Drove in after 4pm on a Friday after getting a dead battery charged in a local parking lot. Unnerstall got a new battery installed for me in less than 30 minutes.

All I did was call, an the guy who answered the phone was rude an very disrespectful. I have never been here an just from the phone call, you will NEVER get my business.
