Bought a truck here and have had nothing but problems with it. I thought I was dealing with good home town people I've called 6 times so far I've had exhaust bolt and gasket rust out wiper motor issues on driver side and back window had no locking mechanism and seal so truck with 22000 miles on it got water all inside the cab....best of all no call backs in the last 3 weeks

We had a great experience with Schicker Chrysler Dodge Ram of Washington Missouri. Sonny in sales helped us find the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2023 that we wanted. He was very professional, courteous, and responsive. He communicated with us through phone and text messages and arranged the delivery of the vehicle. Sonny went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Next, Nick in finance helped us with the paperwork and the payment. He was very patient and supportive, and he made the process smoothly and easily. We are very happy with our new Jeep and we highly recommend Schicker Chrysler Dodge Ram of Washington Missouri. I've been going here for two years now getting regular maintenance done on my truck. They have been nothing but pleasant and very helpful to work with. They have a nice waiting room to wait on your vehicle. I recommend booking an appointment online as it is very easy to do, and you can make it work with your schedule. Next time I need a new vehicle I will definitely look here first. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We have had a great experience with purchasing vehicles here. The sales team was extremely helpful and transparent with ordering a vehicle. The timeline of production was accurate, the sales price was communicated honestly and vehicle arrived exactly as ordered. My only complaint would be trade in. However, that portion of the transaction is usually never pleasant and typically always in favor of the dealership - so, it is what it is. Would highly recommend shopping locally and have been a loyal RAM and now Jeep owner. Friendly and honest.

A YEAR ago I came in with my brakes grinding, pulsating and cutting in and out on my 2014 Chrysler 200. My fiance and I both told them it is possibly my ABS module that was out. The dealership had my car for a whole day and called and said it is not the ABS module, but they wanted to keep my car to look at it more for "free." The next day they called and said my ABS module is out and replacing it will fix my breaks and will be put on back order along with some recalled parts. Come March or April of 2023, I don't remember which month, I got a call that my recalled part is in, so they fixed it. While I was there I asked for an update on my ABS module and they said it was never ordered... ha LIARS! The guy told me he would order my part and it will be here within 1-2 weeks. Come October 2023, finally got a call that my part has been sitting in the shop, since God knows how long. I go there October 17th to get my ABS module replaced, while waiting for my car, a guy told me that my front right wheel bearing is out and the ABS light will not turn off unless that is fixed. They NEVER once told me that my brakes would not be fixed unless the wheel bearing was replaced as well. I told them I would hold off on fixing those due to money and just replace the ABS module for now. Car gets done, I leave and my brakes are grinding, pulsating and cutting in and out. I call the service department and talk to Greg, "the big guy" and he said "it sounds like your rotors need to be replaced." He said I can bring my car in the next day and they will look at it for "free." The next day Greg calls me and says "you do not need to waste your time coming in because it is most likely your wheel bearing that needs to be fixed and we will fix it for you by you just paying for the part and no labor charge." The day before I got a grand total estimate of around $540. So I listen to him and cancel my appointment and he said he will call me back later that afternoon to give me my new estimate. Greg calls back later and said the part will cost $500 and we will order the part. There is no way labor only cost $50. I just said "okay" and was respectful. At this point we are furious because I spent almost $1,000 to fix my ABS like they said the ABS would fix the problem and now they want me to spend more money. My fiance calls Greg and Greg has the audacity to tell my fiance that the dealership told me that replacing the ABS module would not fix the problem, when they NEVER EVER told me that, they only said it would not turn my ABS light off. My fiance was respectful and told them we are going somewhere else for cheaper and to take care of the problem.In all summary, they took advantage of a young woman, lied about everything and lied to try and cover their butt's. DO NOT take your vehicle their unless you want to keep paying a lot of money and to be lied to.

Towed my jeep here with all kinds of trouble turns out I needed a motor the entire crew was so helpful and amazing very friendly but I would like to give an extra shout out to Kenny in service he explained everything to me was very nice and did great work on my jeep I highly recommend this place 100%

Avoid at all cost. Once they have money you are nothing to them. Bought a cay 9/7/23. Was delivered to us 9/8/23. Broke down as soon as driver dropped it off, should have realized something was off because the man didn't even park in a parking spot. Mentioned that to the salesman his response was 'oh no, he is a honest Christian Man, I cant see him knowing and leaving' Ill leave that up for your decision, I have my own opinion on that. Anyways, called the salesman and he ask me to leave the car and he would have it towed. I declined as after hours where the car was dropped is not the safest place and the car prolly would not have been there by morning so salesman drove from Washington to Sullivan. Salesman arrived said we could still back out of the deal, this was a decision we left up to our son as it was his car. He really liked it so he chose to keep it. Salesman called a local small mechanic to call in a 'favor card' as he called it. Mechanic said he could work on it next morning. Went from being ready next day, to Monday, to Wednesday to two weeks later after the salesman and manager of Schicker Washington could not give me an idea of when will be fixed. I called the mechanic myself, mechanic said part on back order he would find a part somewhere else. Finally after 2 weeks got the car back. I did ask the manager if we could have an extension on the warranty since we have not physically taken pocession and his response was 'I will see what I can do. But will be out of pocket until then' Never did get a response, I am in a lose-lose situation! Drove it for 7 days, and same part broke on my son. Salesman read my message, no response. Saw the manager in a local restaurant he said to call him Monday. I called Monday & Tuesday left a message for a return call. Still no word from the salesman or manager. So I ordered the part myself and will fix. Messaged the manager today and still no response. I'm not sure why our experience with Schicker Washington has been so bad, but I sure hope all their customers are not left as 'we have your money that's all we care about' as that is 1000% truly how I feel. Schicker has defiantly given our son a sour taste to never trust the loyalty of a car dealership at a young age. We signed for the car 1 day shy of a month ago and he literally has driven it 7 days. Schicker has failed us as customers & in loyalty and warranty.

WOW!!!I know the exact truck I wanted. Craig and I worked out the details over the phone. I drove in from Kansas City, traded my truck, and left with a new one.It took 10 min when I got there. Such a great place to do business. Highly recommend them as Craig (Sales) and Nick (Finance) we re up front, honest, no haggle, fast.BEST CUSTOMER (CAR SALES) EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.

Was traveling and had truck trouble. Schicker Chrysler got my truck in, found the trouble, and made the repairs. They got me going in a couple hours. Everyone else said they couldn't get to me for two or three days. Schicker saved me trip. Great job!

I showed up to look at an excursion that was listed for $12,900 on the internet. When I asked my salesman how much, he said $15,900. I told him that can't be right. He goes back and asks and comes back and said, "you're right, it has dropped to $14,900.". I informed him that it is the first hit when I search Ford Excursion and it says $12,900 and that was the price I planned on starting at with negotiation. They were not willing to negotiate below $12,900. On the last day of the month and accepted my offer of $12,000. I came to pick up the truck. They had it running when I showed up. I noticed while running, the vehicle was not putting out enough voltage. I turned it off and it was dead. I was told the price wasn't going any lower. I went and picked up an alternator. I installed it myself. I told the salesman that he needed to talk to the person in charge and get me a gift card or someway to compensate me for selling me a truck that wouldn't start.They told me that they would mail me the title. But then they told me that I had to drive all the way back up there to get the title. I would have made it one star, but a couple of guys helped me with tools and stayed late for the alternator. I was grateful for their kindness.No gift card or reimbursement was offered for the alternator and labor.If you choose to shop here. Assume that they are not telling you the truth. The truck they sold me is good, so there is that. Maybe, I should have given them 3 stars.

Edited to update 8/24/23: The below response from the Sales manager went nowhere. Despite an original email back from Justin to set up a time, there was no further discussion. I sent two follow up emails and left two voicemails to confirm a time after he requested I sent my availability. I recieved no replies to emails or return calls to voicemails.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Schicker to anyone. I will stear anyone away when buying a used vehicle. We purchased a Jeep in December of 2022. The day after we drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. We took it back in and was told it was fixed. Two days later, the check engine light came on AGAIN. When I called I was told "the code had been cleared but not fixed" and to bring it back, which we did. Since then we've had nothing but issues. Not only did we realize upon the start of warmer weather that the A/C doesnt work, they would not fix the radio before selling, and we have had additional engine issues. When we were in the negotiations phase of purchase, the warranty was pushed for us to purchase. A man came in the waiting room and said, "if it was me, i would get the warranty". Maybe this was a warning that we should not have purchased it at all? Between the push for the warranty, all the issues within a week of purchasing, and larger issues coming to light within a couple of months...Im almost ready to call this thing a lemon. One star for the nice gentleman in the service department who was nice to talk to.

Trucks been to the dealer 5 times still burning the right front tire off. They said it was cheap factory tires ok bought new tires $1500.00 good tires less than 7000 mile on them still burning the front right. Had them rotate the tires charged 150.00 because it was aluminum wheels only came with 4 (its a dually) who sells a truck you cant rotate the tires on? (Thats not on them) so they had to break the tires down and switch them on the rims. Got it back had 57 psi in the rear 64 psi in the front had 80 psi when it went in there. Over them nobody wants to to the work anymore only want the reward !!! 2022 New right now this truck is $93000 looks like you could get a truck you wouldn't have to replace the front tires on every 35000 miles for that kind of money!!!! I'm die hard Mopar own 3 have owned over 20 in the past years but i might have to try another brand.

not a very good experience with them. Going to buy the red f250 that s still on their lot. Had rust had a check engine light still wanted me to buy it with the engine light. then low balled me on my trade in. Went next door bought a platinum with less miles newer and no rust or engine light. And they gave me what I wanted on my trade in no problem. Then Monday morning the truck pops up on Facebook 2 or 3 grand more then what I listed it for. Seems sulfur fishy and would stay away

Robyn & Justin Bizzle the at Schicker in Washington, Mo. were the BEST! I bought my car sight unseen and am ABSOLUTELY in love with it! They went above and beyond to make my 1st new to me car buying through a dealership experience as smooth as possible!! Sent my daughter and her husband to them to get their new car and Reggie sent them home in it Friday! I will be using them for my future business!!

I brought my car in a few weeks ago for a recall on my catalytic converters. When I dropped it off, I mentioned some of the concerns I was having. Explained to them that my car alarm would randomly go off and the car s system seemed to be restarting. I checked under my hood and realized my battery connection was loose. So, I asked them to check my battery to make sure everything was okay. I also mention the service air bag light that was coming on. I was told this code could only be ran at a dealership. They let me know to run the code, it would be $99.58. I said that was fine because I wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with the air bags. They replaced the catalytic converters with no problems but then they started to explain what was going on with the other issues. I was told the battery in my vehicle was under sized. The service air bag system code ended up having an issue with the occupant module. I was told that part needed to be replaced. He proceeded to tell me the part was discontinued and was no longer being made. I asked what I needed to do to fix it, but he didn't really give me an answer. He just gave me a phone number to their parts department. I then asked him if my air bags would deploy still if I was in an accident. He began giving me attitude and told me "The airbags SHOULD deploy". Well should and will are 2 entirely different things. I ended up taking my car into my regular shop to figure out what kind of battery they installed and discussed the code the dealership "couldn't fix". Turns out the battery in my car is the right size and is the best battery I can have in my car, so I'm not sure why the dealership said it wasn't the right size. The shop was also able to find an occupant module with a different model number that could be replaced (they called other dealerships and figured that out in 4 hours, maybe less). So, in conclusion the people who work in the service department are more concerned about making money than people's safety. I will never be bringing my car back here for any work nor will I ever purchase one of their vehicles. Very disappointed with the customer service. Please use caution when going through this dealership.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I've probably purchased 30+ cars in my life and this was by far the easiest and most pain free transaction. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Schicker Auto Group. I purchased from out of state and they even picked me up from the airport. The paperwork was ready to sign when I got there with no surprises or additional fees. They were low pressure and honest the entire time. It was easier for me to fly halfway across the country and purchase from Schicker than having to deal with the bozos at the dealership in my town. Next time I need a car, I will be checking with them first.

I'm pretty new to the Jeep brand (bought a Rubicon 18 months ago) and Schicker Washington has been great. Tom has always thoroughly explained things to me, didn't push if I asked about putting a service off to the next visit and the whole crew has been great. I would definitely recommend.
