Iv been using Riechers Tire for nearly 10 years on at least 6 different vehicles and their customer service and work have always been exceptional. Theyve perfectly balanced everything from low profile 20s to mud tires. Never scratched a rim or given me any reason to complain. I 100% recommend them for your next set of tires

Always have a great experience with Riechers. Folks are always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Never have waited long to get an appointment, nor long for service. I'd give them a 6 on a 5 scale!

Reliable and honest. We've brought 4 different cars here and they do great work, on time, and explain things so that you understand what needs a repair and why. This time I brought my (new to me) truck in after a dealership inspected it and said I needed new brakes and a rotor resurface/replacement. Riechers put on the tires I bought elsewhere and said they could replace the brakes if I wanted, but that they really didn't need to be done yet. Being a woman, it means a lot when mechanics are honest with me.

Always have great service. Although this particular time I felt a little taken advantage of. My trailblazer was brought in for alignment. Tech was only able to do partial alignment due to " seized" bolts. But charged me entire amount for full alignment. It's kind of like ordering a steak dinner and waiter saying you only got a half a steak because the chef said the beef was too frozen to cut. But we charged you for entire steak. That's ok right??? Otherwise they always do great work. And they were upfront about not being able to do entire alignment. Hindsight 20/20.

The service was fast , friendly and reasonably priced. The store was clean and warm. I walked over to shop while they change my oil and rotated my tires. They even took my phone number to call me when they were finished so I wouldn t have to kill too much time. I highly recommend them.

Very professional, called me 3 times to keep me updated throughout the day! Saved my 16 yr old money in his first truck even thought they had the estimate from a competitor that was charging 3 times the amount they did. Very happy!

Matt and Vinny were very professional and friendly. They provided a great set of tires for my vehicle at an affordable price. And, the tires were installed promptly with very little waiting time. This is my second time purchasing new tires from Reichers and I highly recommend them.

1st Timer here. Ask for an oil change and a tire rotation. Turns out I still had 2000 miles before I needed the oil changed, he told me That the oil was still clear and it didn t need to be changed yet. I really appreciated Being told the truth and not being charged for something I didn t need. Still got the tires rotated good to go!

Riechers always does a good job. They communicate any issues with me and are open and honest about costs and options. They are always the most affordable, usually by a significant difference, when I ve had estimates for repairs from multiple places nearby.

Got in my car this morning to find a tire had low pressure. I showed up when they opened and they got it in immediately, found the nail I'd managed to acquire and patched the hole, all in about 40 minutes. Was only $25 - I was so happy with the service I would have tipped if that was an option.

Reicherts is the #1 automotive shop in Franklin Co. MO. In my book. Maybe some of these lesser shops in Franklin Co. Could take notice to how successful Riechers has become. I believe it's all about HONESTY! Just be honest.I just had four new Cooper tires put on my wife's Explorer. And I had Riechers put a 3 inch lift with wheels and tires on my 2020 Ford Ranger.All went so well. I give Riechers a 10 out of 10.I wanna thank Brian for answering all my questions and making my truck look awesome. THANKS Brian

I obtained a quote for new tires from Riechers, and their pricing on tires was very competitive. They offered a choice of 4 tire types/styles and I went with their recommendation. They had the tires at their shop within 2 days and installed them within a couple hours. They also checked my alignment and it needed to be corrected as well. Very important with new tires. I am extremely satisfied with the pricing, service, and helpful/friendly staff. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

When I walk into Reichers I am always greeted with a friendly face no matter who is behind the counter. When I have to leave my vehicle they are in contact me throughout the day with what they are doing and letting me know what cost will be. Would give more stars if I could. I wish all businesses were this well run!

We always have great service at Riechers. While putting on a new set of tires they said they noticed we needed new brakes and rotors on the rear and our bill included a quote. Tires and the quote for brakes/rotors were reasonable and they are always friendly and helpful.

Riechers saved us over $4,000! After diagnostics from another local shop we wanted to get a second opinion. Riechers took the time to check everything over and let us know what the real problems were. Luckily the issues were much less severe than we were told by the other shop. Riechers not only has very friendly and knowledgeable service writers but a great team of technicians diagnosing and performing the work as well. Our vehicle is driving the best it has since we ve owned it! Grateful for such a caring and trustworthy shop right here in town! We are proud Riechers customers

I went in the other day and tried to replace my tire on my car. I found out that I had a special lug nut on the tire (a key) as they call it. I found out that the place that I got the car didn't provide the key. The person at the counter still took my car and tried everything to get the key off so I could replace my tire. They couldn't get the tire off but went the extra mile to try and I appreciate that. I will make sure to give them my business whenever I can over other places.

I have to say I was completely surprised and impressed with this place. Customer service is excellent, prices were excellent, very fast and efficient, very clean with plenty of seating. The whole atmosphere was great. Love this business.

Highly recommend!! A great first impression and experience doing business with Riechers!! Matt helped me select my tires and they arrived the following morning. I waited in the lobby while my car was being worked on and noticed how well the staff communicated and treated other customers. They treat you more like a friend than just a customer.

They have the best service here. They had my special order tires there within 1 day. I got there when they opened and there was a line at the door. When I got inside there was 5 guys behind the counter and had everyone helped within 5 min. My vehicle was pulled in and worked on right away. I drive out here from St Louis for the service and it s always great.

Wife took her SUV in for a slow leak tire. They suspected that the issue was just the cold at first which is what I thought as well. Fortunately, they decided to go ahead and investigate further as it turned out we hit some road kill and the tech found bone pieces in our tire. Thank you guys for not stopping at the "cold weather" slow leak theory and getting my wife's car fixed up for her. I appreciate it.

Riechers always gets me taken care of. The expense of repairing your vehicle is never one that anyone looks forward to, but I can count on Riechers to always treat me fairly and provide excellent advice. They helped me pick out some great new tires just in time for winter, and installed a trailer brake controller to give me peace of mind towing a dump trailer I just purchased.

I had a flat on a set of tires I was planning on replacing before winter and I was about 6 hours from home in Missouri. Someone local person recommended Riechers to me. Not only did they have my tires in stock and get them on and have me me back on the road in an hour and a half, they beat the price of the last set I bought by 150 dollars. Great people and fantastic service.I cannot recommend them enough!
