As always Riechers came through for us. I knew I needed new tires soon but naturally I waited longer than I should have. Friday I had a front tire start leaking so I called Riechers to order new tires. They got them in Monday morning and I dropped my car off for less than an hour and it was done. I highly recommend using them for your tire and automotive needs!

Cody, Eric and the entire staff are awesome. My wife and I have been going to Riechers for many years. Wife brought her car in to have alternator replaced. Was told battery was probably damaged and needed to be replaced. Called her the next day. Told her they tested the battery overnight and it was fine. Reinstalled original battery at no charge and gave her a full refund for the new battery. We will not bring our vehicles to anybody else, period.

Matt is great to work with! He took extra time in person and multiple emails to get my lift and tires installed. Very happy with the way it came out! Will be back in near future to get wife's tires on.

Eric quickly diagnosed and replaced my ignition switch for a fair price and got me in last minute. I m happy with the services they offer I just moved to Washington and the ford dealership was booked. Will use them for all my car needs now

Riechers Tire and Auto provides such great service. Wife's car had a complete flat tire sitting in garage. Newer car didn't come with a spare tire and had to use the inflatable kit to get it to Riechers. It was on a Friday so had to get tire fix before the weekend. Inflated tire and drove car to Riechers during a lunch break to get a patch on tire. Back home within an hour. Thank you Cody!

Long story short I have an old car that has rusted out and over the years of having it repaired and inspected by other shops No one bothered to let me know my entire rear suspension was rotting out. Riechers was the only one to say anything about it! Sadly by the time I got it to them I couldn't even drive it home from the shop safely it was so rusted out. Maybe if I would have chose them sooner I would have been able to keep my car on the road.

Took my truck in for a safety inspection and the service tech went above and beyond.I left a bag of chips on the front seat, and when I got back in the truck I found it safely buckled up. Thanks Dakota!

Great service. Friendly helpful staff. I was visiting Washington and needed to get home. Their timely service helped me get home on schedule. Four new tires on in an hour with no appointment. Thank you Reichers.

Had 4 new tires and a alignment on my work truck done. I had made a appointment a week prior. They got it all completed in a couple hours. The clerk was very friendly, and my truck was all good. I would recommend taking your vehicle here.

On a 1-10 scale (10 for outstanding) we d rate Riechers a 10, for sure. We think these guys are the best and whenever we need work done on any of our vehicles-we call them for help. Thank you ever so much!

Worst service I ve ever received from a automotive repair shop in Washington. Took my car in for brakes and my car is in worse shape now. My car won t stop The ABS system light comes on and my brake pedal vibrates as my car will not stop due to the brake repair service that I got at Riechers. I complained the owner Matt called my husbands phone left a message about the horrible service we received. To top it off we called him back left a message for him and he DID NOT contact us back. It appeared that he cared about the terrible service but then showed his true colors by NOT returning our call. Keep in mind it was his personal phone that we called so I know e got the message. Oh did I mention that getting my brake work cost 600 dollars yet Riechers did an awful job and didn t offer to try to fix the horrible job they did. I have to take my car to modern auto to get a real mechanic to fix my car!! I just hope I don t get hurt by not being able to use my brakes as my car will NOT stop. I hope I don t hurt anyone else by not being able to stop!! I am no longer a long time customer if Riechers!!

So we took our car to them today, they put 2 new rims and 3 new tires on it. I am so pleased with you guys. I had previously taken my car to another place to get 1 rim replaced only to get my car back with a different damaged rim that they had put on it. So when we got my car back today I could feel the difference when we drove it. You guys are awesome!! Thanks for getting my car fixed as fast as y'all did. We will def be back!�!

Just purchased my third set of tires from Riechers. Price for the exact same tires was $350 cheaper than the large tire store chain in St louis. Also, they make it fast and easy to get the free rotations, I'm usally in and out within 15 or 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I love this place so much that I keep coming here after moving 45 minutes away! Always great service! And they let me know what my options are so I can make an informed choice! They keep our cars in tip top shape! With a smile

Love this place! Always friendly service. If they find something wrong, they will give you all your options. They will explain what needs to be done now and what can wait. I have always found them to be honest and not try to over sell you.
