I was a first time customer but now I will be a forever customer! I assumed I had an issue with my transmission, but I wasn t sure. The guys had me bring my car in for a test drive & they determined it is in fact the transmission. They don t do transmission work, but referred me to a place they trust. They didn t charge me a cent to check my car out, which was more than appreciated!! Thank you for such wonderful customer service!

After trying to get my car to pass an inspection at a different shop, with different "issues" popping up everytime.. I took my car to purcell and they handled everything at once and got me back on the road! Highly recommend and appreciate the service here at Purcell!!

I bought a new set of 4 tires for my truck and got the oil changed. The customer service was great from start to finish. The guys in the shop took excellent care of my truck and the guy that checked me out was the only reason I got my Goodyear rebate! Absolutely 5 star customer service!!

I ve been using Purcell for about a year now. I ve brought two vehicles in, my sons have used them, as well as my daughter. There were a few times when they could have gotten more money out of me, but went out of their way to save me money.Also, they are very good at communicating what s going on. I m not always having to call for updates.So, unless something changes, I ll continue to use them.Update:Still the same.

Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a headache.I called in to Purcell in Washington MO on Wednesday May 31 to get my tires rotated and balanced and asked them if they would fix a slow leak while it was at their shop. They said that would be no problem and scheduled an appointment for Monday June 5. I arrived early on June 5th so I put my key in an overnight slip, checked all of the boxes necessary to get what I needed done and dropped it the drop box they provided. I left my truck there. They called me at 2:30 pm on June 5th to tell me my truck was complete. Great! I thought. Until I found out they only fixed the leak when I showed up and saw that nothing else had been done. No rotation or anything else I asked for. Patrick at the front desk asked if I had time to see if he could get it in. He was unable to to do that. Said sorry and asked if I would like to reschedule. I said no, I ll take my business elsewhere. I advise everyone else to do the same. They didn t offer compensation for their mistake. Just a sorry, tough luck, have a nice day.

Took my truck in to Purcell with a engine light they ran test and checked everything out said it all good fixed the issue and not even two days later engine light came back on and still the same issue go back to them and didn t know what to do they said I can schedule another appointment for late next week even though they truly didn t fix the problem!!! I will never go back to Purcell!Paid them for a job that they didn t even fix no thank you!!

Walked in to inquire about a new battery and was helped by a very rude older gentleman that offered zero help. Talked to me like I was a huge inconvenience because I didn't know the exact details of my battery size and offered no assistance to help. Went down the road to Riechers and got much better service. Avoid this place

They did an oil change, tire rotation, brake check, fluid check and fill and an inspection. They were so polite, on time and didn't try to talk me into some service that I didn't need! Honest people. I got in and out fast. I would definitely recommend them for any of your services needed. I will be back for sure!!

Being new to the area. I had received a coupon for a free oil change. Although I wanted synthetic I knew there would be a cost difference. That was explained. I also asked for a tire rotation, coolant check since I just re-located from Florida. Although the customer service person seemed nervous and they were extremely busy the welcoming atmosphere was missing. I had also requested to check tire pressure and reset mileage counter to ensure I stayed on track with my oil changes. I was shocked at the price after my coupon was $85.00. It seemed a little high to me since that was my regular price in Florida. Next time I ll be checking pricing before I go and don t really know if I ll go back? I also viewed my tire pressure through my dash gauges and think they were to low? What should tire pressure be on a 2019 Hyundai Sonata? Still searching for a mechanic in the Washington area.

Purcell tire and auto was extremely flexible with me on a very jam packed day with short staff!I needed a tire patched before a trip and he pulled me right in, found a screw in my tire, and gave me a time he could try to squeeze me in.All of the staff in the shop were working in 95 degree temperatures and moving quick.They even had a sign out front looking for help and we re able to provide outstanding customer service to me and others in the lobby.These are trying times and regardless of that-this staff is trying to make it happen.Thank you Purcell tire and auto!I will be back and recommend you.

This location is Amazing!! They are friendly and have the best Automotive care in town. They are my go to here in town. Very thankful for the Purcell family starting here in Washington and expanding so other locations can experience the same things I do!!!

I was super happy with my experience at Purcell. I primarily worked with Kurt who was super accessible and helped make a stressful situation very smooth. The shop and the waiting room were clean, everyone I spoke with as friendly and ultimately, the repair was performed much more quickly and for less money than I was anticipating! They will be my new go-to for car maintenance and repair in the area.

Always had good luck here. Very fair pricing and don't try to pressure you into something you don't need. They have such integrity and ethics that they will even recommend against a service if it's not the best for the vehicle, even if you specifically requested it. I fully trust these guys to always do what's best and right.

My tire kept losing air and I called in the morning before work and asked if they could take a look at it for me. They told me that they were pretty busy, but go ahead and bring it in and they would try to have it done by the end of the day. The staff was very friendly and they did get it looked at and fixed by the end of the day, even though they were busy. There happened to be a small nail in my tire that they removed and patched the hole in it. The cost wasn't expensive either which was nice too. I would recommend them to friends and family if you have any work that you need done. Great place to have your car serviced. Thank you Purcell for squeezing me in. I appreciate that.

All staff were friendly and work done seems to be fine. I was not happy about having to wait for my car to be finished. I dropped it off at 7 and was told it would be done by 4:30. I came back after 5 and car was not finished. Waited additional 20 minutes plus so I wouldn't have to come back for unfinished work that was asked to be done.

I had a coupon for this place but after this visit, I don't plan on coming back. It took 45 min for them to even pull my car into a bay. Then an extra 30 to do an oil change. It doesn't take over an hour for other shops to do an oil change so I won't be wasting my time here again. Not worth the coupon.

First visit. Went in for an oil/filter change. Even though they were very busy, they got my car in and out incredibly quickly! They were very friendly. I am quite impressed and could not ask for more! I will be back soon!

We have been coming here for 3 years now. We have always been pleased with the service work and the friendly staff . Thank you for the work done on our 99 civic ! Everything is great ! Just had a bunch of front end work on our 2004 explorer sport tac. As always they did a great job again!

Recently purchased a new set of tires for my Subaru Outback. All of the employees were nice to work worth and easy to talk to. They happily helped and even gave me great advice as to what tires would best suit my needs.They were able to quickly schedule a drop-off time for my care, and after dropping my car off it was not very long until they were done. The people are Purcell are fast and efficient, and the prices are fair. I can highly recommend their tire services.

Steve was friendly, honest and informative when I called to get a quote. The excellent service continued throughout my experience. BJ made the check in and out process easy. I was very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I will use Purcell again for future tire needs.

Friendly service, great advice on which products to purchase and why these products are the best for your needs. Steve gave me the name of a good local tow service when my roadside assistance failed me. The guys stayed after hours to change my flat tire. I m very grateful!

I've been a steady customer for about 2 years. The whole crew is very courteous and efficient. I always get in and out in a timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and the members of the front desk service staff never try to sell you with things you don't really need. Give them a try

Purcell has shown to be efficient and honest about their services performed, as I have been utilizing their auto servicing for many years. Would have given 5 stars, but had scheduling mixup, and was not informed of a 3.5% credit card surcharge at checkout.

I had had my snow tires put on At another place on fifth Street . They weren t balanced the tires weren t on properly and the car just wasn t driving right. I took it to Purcell and Craig took care of everything for me. He was very professional, timely and proficient. My tires are on properly now, balanced and driving correctly. Thank you Craig and thank you Purcell for helping me out. I am new to this area And I had a very bad first impression of services here until I met Craig at Purcell.
