Great company. The tow truck driver was awesome. His name was Brent Teel, he was very professional really cared about what he was doing. Just overall had a great experience with the company. Would definitely recommend them.

If it was an option, I would give 0 stars to this company. They dont deserve the 1 star!! First of all, they charged us $250 dollars because my daughters vehicle was in an accident, $35 for unloaded/ en route mileage charge, $84 for loaded/ hooked mileage charge, and a $36.90 fuel charge. They also added in $150 impound/ storage daily rate ($75 per day which the vehicle was picked up at 2:54 pm on a Tuesday by patriot towing and picked up by the owner at 12:23 pm on Wednesday not even 1 full day/ 24 hrs later). So the total bill to tow the vehicle 14 miles was $555.90.We had also asked what we could do to get some legal documents out of the vehicle that we needed and they informed us to do that it would be $250 dollars and we had to sign our title over to them just to get our legal documents.The vehicle should have never been towed in the first place because it was parked where highway patrol instructed us to park it and it was confirmed with highway patrol that it would be ok to remain there until Tuesday evening when we got off work to pick it up. Highway patrol wasn't even sure why Franklin Co would have it towed to begin with.The office staff had no consideration of the circumstances and were very unwilling to work with us.100 out of 100 DO NOT RECOMMEND Patriot Towing!!!

I would honestly give 0/5 stars if it was an option. The circumstances that led up to my car being in Patriot Towing s lot were 100% out of my control, mentioning this to say I was unprepared and confused when coming to get my things from my car. It was originally towed on a day that they re closed, so I was unable to get my ID and other personal possessions from the car when it was initially towed, which was already inconvenient enough. I don t understand why a towing business is even towing when they re closed, but I digress. My real problem was with the customer service when I came in the following open day. As soon as I entered the room, there s a sign that says price is subject to change on customer attitude , and I feel like it s a monetary threat to get you to comply with the staffs horrible attitudes. The lady at the front was practically unwilling to work with me just so I could get my things out of my car. I wasn t even trying to get my car itself, it s completely undrivable. Her attitude was horrible and she kept insisting there was nothing anybody could do for me until they: 1. saw my ID (my wallet was in my car they had gated off) & 2. received a payment from my insurance. All to simply get my belongings out of a car I unwillingly had towed to their lot. After getting the police involved to verify my identity and get help (that s literally what it took for me to have access to the inside of my car), I got the opportunity to talk to the alleged owner! And he was also very rude and didn t have anything helpful to say. Literally made no helpful contribution to the conversation and watched his front desk employee further disrespect me with slamming of pens and clipboards for me to fill out consent paperwork. All because they essentially had to let me into my car after I got police involved. Everything about this business seems like a money grab. And in the end, I was able to get my ID/belongings and I m now expecting some sort of petty additional charge because of this whole interaction, which is simply ridiculous.

If I could I would give this company a 0. They wanted to charge me $250 plus I would have to sign over my title to my vehicle to them to get a legal document from my car. This company is outrageous and unwilling to even work with a family. Do not give this company business.

Patriot Towing charged us $500 to tow our car (PT Cruiser with front end damage ) on a rollback tow truck less than 6 miles after my teen son was involved in a car accident at a Washington, MO traffic light on September 20th. Part of the charge was $250 just because it was a car accident. After the car was towed to the new location the tow truck driver told my husband (who was unable to make it to the actual accident scene since we live 45 minutes away) it would be $482 cash or $500 with a credit card. When my husband questioned the outrageous charge the tow truck driver said the police determine how much we charge. However, I contacted the Washington Police and that is not true. They have nothing to do with how much is charged. I called four other tow trucking companies and none of them came close to that price for a car accident. Everyone I talked to was shocked at how much Patriot Towing had charged us, even the police. A couple of the towing companies I contacted even knew exactly which towing company I was talking about as soon as I said the accident happened in Washington, MO. So please beware, if you have a choice of towing companies I would ask for someone other than Patriot Towing unless you want an outrageous towing bill. Also if something like this does happen to you, contact the police, like I did. Let the police know if you are charged an outrageous towing bill because some police stations control what tow truck companies are in their cities rotation and they have the authority to remove that tow truck company.

I wasn't able to be at the pickup location, but Eric kept me informed of his progress. He was also very professional. I was pleased to see how he handled my tractor like it was his own. Had my vehicle overheat so pulled over immediately to turn off the engine. Had to have it towed. Eric was knowledgeable and professional and the ETA was spot on. Highly recommend using this towing company. Eric was also very caution with hooking up my vehicle. He did an excellent job. I hope I m never in a situation where I need a tow again, but if I am, will call Patriot Towing first.

A+ is all I can say! Arrived way ahead of time quoted. Reasonable priced. Knowledgeable tow truck driver. Could tow bigger truck when most places can t. My truck left me stranded an hour from home. Patriot Towing was quick to respond and my driver, Eric, was professional, precise with his work, and friendly on the drive home. My car needed towing and Eric showed up right away and was extremely helpful and professional. He clearly detailed what was going to happen and even called his boss to check on a question I had asked but that he did not know the answer to - I very much appreciated that; rather than being told one thing and then finding out it was something different.Not that I wish for anyone to need a towing a service, but if/when you do I fully recommend Patriot Towing, top class!Service: Car towing

I had an emergency jumped out of my truck and as always I hit my door lock. Later on I went to get in my truck and I had no keys. I called On Star and they contacted your business. Eric was here in just a few minutes. He was very friendly and had my truck opened up in a few minutes. Great guy and very helpful and professional. Thank him and your business

Matt was seriously such a God send for us. We spun off the road and called everyone we possibly could, and since we weren t in imperative danger, we were on the bottom of the lists. Matt happened to be passing by us and stopped to check on us. (He absolutely didn t have to, he was being so kind.) He had to deal with an emergency, and came right back and let us in his truck to the nearest hotel instead of our iced out and stuck car. The next day, he called us to check on us and went out of his way to take us back to our car and tow it to the hotel so we could attempt to continue home. He absolutely did not have to do any of that for us, but he did, and with the very best customer service we ve ever had in a situation like this. We cannot thank him and Patriot enough for helping us in such a scary situation, and we highly highly recommend calling Patriot if you re in trouble. Tyler came out and showed absolutely the best professional courtesy in towing our truck. It was the hottest day we've had and he let us hang in the truck while he got everything put together and then was the absolute safest driver on the way back. I was helped greatly by Patroit towing. I had and inside steel rim that the center tore out of it self. It was on a Saturday morning and I couldn't find any one who wanted even come out. The owner of Patroit said if it was just swapping tires around he would come and take a look. When he arrived he evaluated the problem and said he had never seen a rim fall apart in that matter. He also said that the lug studs where not going to hold a singled out tire and rim, He went from Villa Ridge MO back to his shop and beat the studs out of a truck he had on hie lot, and brought them back and installed them on my truck to keep the motoring public safe, and to let me make it home. I have been an owner operator for the last 22 years and I have never seen more dedicated and dilligent road service in all my time in Trucking industry. I would highly recommend this company. I felt the hand o God move in this inter action. I want to say Thanks and tell the world about them.

Took disabled veteran son to therapy and van broke down. Justin the tow driver was very willing to wait till therapy was over for my son. My son was stressed about being in tow truck and Justin talked with him and kept him distracted till we were home. Justin is a genuinely good person and very professional. After car trouble left us stranded half way between home and our destination, we called Patriot Towing. Kerry arrived ASAP, got the car loaded and secured and we were on our way again! We had a good chat with Kerry over the next few hours and he delivered us and the car safe and sound to the shop. Having a car towed is not something you want or plan for but it's reassuring to know that there is a 5 star service like Patriot towing out there when you need them! Their driver Shane transported my son and his car to Patriots lot. I was 2 towns away kayaking on the river. It was very hot and my son was upset and Shane stayed with him and let him sit in the air conditioned truck until I arrived. This was on a Saturday when the office was closed.
