I m highly suspicious about the accuracy of your battery/ alternator equipment. I went into your store the other day and had both my battery and alternator tested and Zachary said everything was in order and all that was wrong were my batteries terminals were rusted through. Long story short, he sold us the wrong terminals, and was wrong about the terminals in my car. They were fine. The battery and alternator ended up being junk after he told me they were ok, they went out on us at night while driving home two days after they were tested. Luckily we are ok. I now am very skeptical about the accuracy of your testing equipment and the knowledge of your staff.

The staff here is usually pretty helpful. However, Marissa, is absolutely the worst! She has had a terrible attitude every time I ve been in. Not very personable, looks like she is miserable to be there. Asking her to help is like asking her to give her life. Gives the minimum effort to complete whatever tasks she s asked. As a customer I hope to see a smiling, welcoming, person in her place soon.

The people working here are fantastic. They always seem happy to help, are knowledgeable about most of the questions I've asked, look for answers when they don't immediately have one, and don't make you feel rushed. I've always had good experiences with O'Reilly's, and will continue to go here because of their selection, good and honest prices, and most importantly, their commitment to good customer service.

Jacob at the O Reilly s Auto Parts store in Washington, MO really helped me out and went above and beyond when I was in a bind.It was 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday, 4 people at the counter wanting help, him answering a busy phone.He quickly and efficiently helped put in a head light bulb. All the while being extremely nice and considerate.It s hard to find people like that in this day and age like that!

Just left O'Reilly's in Washington Missouri about 30 minutes ago. I went to get a new battery for my Volkswagen Routan and asked clerk if they could put in in, he said no, that it has to be professionally installed. I went over to Advanced Auto right up the street and they said sure they can put it in. Took not even 5 minutes, so I give O'Reillys, zero stars and Advance Auto 5 stars & that where I'll be going from now on. Had to leave 1 star to leave a review.

Tonight I came into your store. Zack and Cody were so very helpful. I had a terrible experience with Chris Auffenburg Ford today. They went above and beyond to assist me. You have 2 outstanding employees there.THANK YOU GUYS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!!!

I made multiple trips today in an attempt to fix a snow blower and I have to say that each time the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions and help me with my repairs. Thank you to all involved especially Amy, your upbeat personality and level of knowledge is most appreciated. You have earned a loyal customer.

Could be more helpful with questions re products & too many times gave lame excuse for not helping put a product on my vehicle like I thought they were supposed to (aka headlights:said my whole bumper had to be taken off. It didn't. Etc)

Edit: had to return 8 months later for a new radiator. And u have to say my rating is still the same. Thank you to Jacob he helped me figure out what I needed and treated me with respectHonestlt waaaayyyyy better experience this time than last. Last time i was belittled this time they spoke to me like i was human and helped as much as they could!

This is the best overall parts stores in general they have well knowledgeable staff and they are very friendly not like some others that have workers that know less then a teenager that has never looked at a car in there life.... others also don't seem to have any nice or friendly employees at all... without say names in sure others know ones I'm speaking of

Always have everything I need! My lawnmower had been chewing through belts as I tried to fix an issue with a pulley. Called several shops that ended up not having the belt I needed. Luckily O Reillys had it on several occasions. The crew in there was always friendly and willing to give a helping hand if they can. On one of the occasions I went in, there was a woman from out of town having car troubles. The man working ended up helping her find out what was wrong with her car and gave her recommendations on where she would be able to stay in town, as the car couldn t reach her destination.

They were fast, friendly, and informative. I nearly thought I was a mechanic when I was done learning everything they taught me. They had the part I needed and it was actually a couple dollars cheaper than a competitor. The store is clean and accessible and so was their parking lot

They are a good help but most of the things they sell there they can't or they are not allowed to help you install the items bummer it's okay though I figured it out. Thanks for the assistance though.

Great experience! Went into this location and had my dead battery changed in under 20 minutes. Fast and friendly service.

Went down here to have my battery checked. I was told they can't check the battery when it's dead. Jumped my battery and couldn't do a system check cause it died. Then suggested it was my altenator.Took it to Autozone They checked the battery, with no issues. Sold me a battery and installed it.Unfortunately this store caused me a lot more stress than I needed, and lost a sale.

Great service! They will help and most times go above and beyond. I just wish their testing equipment was more detailed or accurate. Being disabled, I can't afford to spend more time than needed working on a vehicle

Called them for a part late in the afternoon and was able pick it up the same day. No wait time AND had my car fixed before I needed to leave for work the next morning.Excellent customer service!

Not real happy with them I had them hook my car up to the diagnostic machine wound up getting $200 for the parts and it didn't make a difference

This store was great and very friendly the man came out and helped.hubby to try and locate the brake leak on my SUV and he couldn't find it either . Troy mo. Store nope to.many young men that wont help youBeen there many times and they do or offer very iittle help. Well it's a sign of changing of time I guess

Went in just for some oil, was there for 20 minutes, still didn't get waited on ,when I said something to the employee they were extremely rude ,they weren't even busy! Wont be going back to and O'Reilly's for anything. Guess taking care of customers isn't that important to this place, so they won't be getting any of my business!!

Was rudely told to move my vehicle while I had a trailer to drop off used oil. I used to go there all the time for parts. The employee wouldn't evehelp me to get done quick & move...he just said move ...don't unload just move.

I have a big repair project. I really needed a shopping cart. But the guy behind the counter was helpful and patient with me and helped me as I got it all together. They are on the ball here.

My go-to for auto parts. I buy performance or OEM where it counts, but for the little things or emergency items, this Oreillys is well stocked. Custom paint you will have to get at Union though. Staff is excellent and friendly. They get busy like anywhere else, but they will actually hussle to get the line moving. They are also more knowledgeable than other Oreillys I've visited and other auto parts stores in general. They have yet to give me any wrong parts.
